Worst experience at Eye7 hospital, they promote SILK and even book appointments over calls and their whatsapp number. But after reaching to the hospital i can came to know that the SILK surgeries have not started yet and asked me to visit after a month. I came from Nagpur city to delhi for the SILK procedure only, and now they are clearly denying that they can’t do SILK surgery. I don’t understand why they misguide patients when they can’t provide what they promote.

Don't go to this place if you are going for a regular checkup. First of all, their fee is very high, and secondly, they do the bare minimum, which is required to check the power. I went there and wasted my 1000 rs and felt cheated. They don't even dilute your eyes, and doctors will not even listen to you properly. They are just there to make money. I don't think they even think about their patients. The fee of rs 1000 doesn't worth it at all. Choose some other less famous but better clinic.

My experience was not good at this hospital the staff was not cooperative they don't care about patient time I waited there too much for normal testing In October I took contura vision surgery and after one and half month my right eye is still blurry according to me they only use Dr. Rahil choudhary and the hospital only motive is making a lots of money and they charge too much rather than the other eye hospitals.

One of the best eye hospital in North India. I visited here due to some information about Lasik surgery Dr. Rahil Choudhary well explained me with details. Very happy and friendly doctor. Had my mother’s cataract surgery here. It’s one of the best hospitals being suggested by Google. Consulted Dr.Gaurav Kakkar of Lajpat branch.He is patient & calm. 8 months ago had surgery of right eye. Now going for left one aswell. Opting for bladeless surgery. They have many hitech machines. The only CON is that they take too much of time & have so many people around but service is too slow. You need to keep asking them many times. Else everything is good. There is no use of having prior appointments. Low rating is being given coz they are not at all punctual. They will make you wait for long hours without any updates.

Best hospital for eye checkup…very clean and highly maintained hospital with amazing panel of senior and junior doctors. Dr Gaurav Kakkar is the best doctor. Our family is consulting him from decades now and every time we visit we get best advice and amazing treatment.. No Covid protocol taken here, one cannot see social distancing after entering. No seating plans. Abundent appointments given. Irrespective of taking appointments your waiting time is prolonged. Pathetic management.

As i have to remove specs but there are many hospitals from north to south after searching and taking feedback from patients who did lasik and coming at last I viewed hospital 2 times for checkup and as i have to go for army ssb and appear for medicals in army or police so it can’t be detected by anyone so i did lasik on 29th September 2023 it was wonderful experience now vision is clear i did epi conturea surgery and recovering , no pain no injections nothing, hospital is clean, and staff behaviour is also good so you can go for it inshort paise to lgenge pr aise lgega nayi eyes lg gyi after 1 month everything is fine i am free from specs suggested my cousin too for this now they have silk most advanced technology in the world so go for it

Very bad experience:( I'd like to share my recent visit to Dr. Rahil Chaudhry's clinic in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, India. My husband is currently dealing with cataracts in his left eye. The journey to reach Dr. Rahil's clinic was arduous, lasting over three hours, which exacerbated my husband's discomfort. To my surprise, there were security personnel stationed outside his room, even though the clinic's communication allowed for one attendant to accompany the patient. Regrettably, my requests and messages through his assistant went unanswered, and I was not granted access to Dr. Rahil's room. My primary motivation for accompanying my husband was to address his prolonged eye pain and redness and gain a better understanding of his condition. This experience left me disheartened and disappointed. The presence of security personnel to restrict attendants from accompanying patients was disheartening. Moreover, the surgical charges were significantly higher compared to my husband's cataract surgery for his right eye two years ago. I cannot recommend this place due to a lack of consideration and respect for the feelings and concerns of family members. I hope sharing this feedback will prompt improvements and a more compassionate approach to patient care. I would also like to offer some advice to Dr. Rahil Chaudhry. It appears that he may be heavily invested in creating YouTube videos for business purposes, but there seems to be a gap in his focus on the core goals of his profession.

Too Bad management. No social distancing No Covid precautions. No proper sitting arrangement, The hospital is earning ample of money every day. They should at least make proper arrangements(Basic) for their patients. No appointment benefits, after taking appointment we still need to wait 1-3 hours. Half of the patients stand outside the hospital and wait. Too bad experience

Pricing and costing is very reasonable and transparent. They always respond to our calls. The reception staff always greet the patients with a smile and explains the process briefly. OPD staff was way too much helpful and attentive. We got our checkup done in less than the waiting time we were told initially. Hats off to their dedication and very professional yet compassionate attitude.

I got my Lasik surgery done from here. It was a great experience. All the procedures are very smooth and very well coordinated. I got the surgery done from Dr. Sanjay Chaudhary. He was also very good and punctual. The surgery went very smooth. The entire staff is very well coordinated and hard-working. It is highly recommended.

I had been there recently for my fathers cataract surgery. The reception was good. Waiting time was minimum and the staff were amiable. Dr. Pawan Gupta, who treated my father was willing to listen to our queries. I would recommend the hospital for ophthalmic issues/treatment.

Everything is very good here .. But i would highly suggest team eye 7 to improve their management! Timings are really off! Patients literally wait more than 5 hours just for a 2min interaction with dr. That too after having appointments!! I mean what's the meaning of "appointment" then!

The checkup was thoroughly done & the contoura procedure was quick and painless. My vision is great post op. Appointments are easy to schedule. The only thing I disliked was the waiting time. It takes around 4-5hrs for all your tests to be done, so make sure you have your breakfast or lunch before your appointment.

Dr Rahil and his highly skilled and experience. he is A1 doctor highly recommended. Few suggestions for betterment of services on admin side only- a) The hospital lacks in space. It is too much crowded and they need to regulate it. b) process automation like on screen appointment numbering c) cafeteria inside or outside is missing. Great experience as far as their work is concerned. Best doctors, best equipments in Delhi. The issue is that they don’t know how to run and manage the place. Maybe the ownership is a little money minded and is trying to do as much work as possible. Expect to be ignored and have your work delayed. On average it takes about five hours to get anything done because there is so much of waiting. Either need to gather more resources (doctors, machines, area) or scale down their operations (booking less people than they are right now).

Very rude behaviour by staff. I visited this hospital few days back to know about Contoura Vision Lasik. The old lady sitting in the counter number 8 was very rude. She was very frustrated & getting angry without any point. No manner how to talk. Due to this bad behaviour I decided that I'll go for Lasik treatment in this hospital.

Doctors are good but the management is so pathetic cannot even tell..They are so puny that they charged my credit card though I had policy and while refunding asked me to pay 2% charges that they are paying to credit card company. Extremely pathetic experience. Would recommend Vasan Eye Care or Center for sight. Donot waste your energy fighting these extremely stupid people.

Eye 7 is one of the best eye clinic in India , my brother and I underwent eye surgery and both of us got 6/5 vision. When it comes to how organized they were , hands down they have the best management. The process was streamlined and everything was so well planned. I highly recommend them for any eye related surgery.

The centre is very hygienic and the staff is very cooperative. Dr. Gupta is an efficient doctor who provides valuable advise to his patients. Reception staff is also very humble and friendly.

Very Bad experience, I have got my father's cartract surgery and the experience was hell bad. No proper space to sit, no TPA people response, admins girls are just running here and there not sure what for , charging for room expenses in the billing, but we didnt even get the chair even for patient post suregry to wait for discharge. It was a nightmare and I would highly recommend people to avoid if they can and save themselves for being cheated. Funny part is when briefed about discharge and precuation the follow up scheduled with other doctor as was mentioned that Dr. Rahil wouldnt have availblity for follow up.

I recently had my eye lasik surgery done by dr rahil sir..i have a clear vision now thanks to the doctor who have such a great knowledge and experience and moreover the machines are also best in the market .. the main problem with eye7 hospital was the front desk management girls,sir you should definitely look for it a.Except anmit ji and one more girl no one was talking properly to any patient.But,am happy as the end result was good!❤️

I had contura vision surgery here on 10 sept, i noticed few points 1. They will give you surgery time(evening time) , but there won't be any staff to help patients before and after surgery at night. 2.there is lack of proper management(and Manager "Reeta Ahuja" is quite rude) and huge waiting time, you have to waste your entire day for small work even routine check up. . 3.They will ask you to pay in cash, which creates trouble(as u can't withdraw >50k) to patients. Above mentioned points are things where they should work to improve. My contura vision surgery outcome is good & my vision is 6/6. Most positive thing about Eye7 is that both Rahil and Sanjay Chaudhary sir are polite and helpful inside and outside Operation Theater. Anybody wants to visit pls consider above 3 points.

Overall system is ok, DR. Khushboo 1st floor she is behaving very unprofessional and treating patients with ZERO humbleness and doing wry fast test that even is questionable for me if everything went well. Request from top Management to reach out to this matter

I am from Kolkata, Got my keratoconus treated with Tcat and C3R, best customer support, considerate doctors and staff. Plus Rahil sir and Asif sir are awesome and so helpful. I will suggest EYE7.

Pros: 1. Doctor Rahil is friendly. He answered all my questions patiently. 2. They handle a lot of cases daily, so they seem experienced. Cons: 1. Waiting time- even with appointment, you can expect to have waiting time at least 2-3 hours on average. 2. I was a little shocked when the doctor attended his phone while operating on me in operation room. Phones are strictly prohibited otherwise. 3. On weekends the place is very crowded.
