Best hospital specially for eyes. Private , Semi private and charitable options also available. Treatment done by modern latest machines and equipments with well trained doctors and hospital staff. Now from here I am writing after surgery so, just want to tell you guys if you are getting any problem after surgery or you want to visit your doctor without appointment which is not easy to get then you have to go through private section which cost more than charitable atleast they have to consider about post surgery complications they must allow their patients to consult their doctors at same fees. Bye the way my vision is not clear after 2.5 months later, feels difficult to concentrate on any thing most of the time. Now I am removing 1 star from now.

This eye hospital is one great aid to all specifically financially weak class of society. Hospital premises are clean and staff is cordial. All the basic amenities are present and available to all. Fees is very reasonable and parking is free. All the equipments are modern and unbiasedly serves all.

Feedback is purely for management. System is very poor. No transparency in terms of when you will be attended. Entire workload is on the two receptionist. Doctors are very experienced and good but hospital should work on the management as it takes 4-5 hrs to see a doctor and then if they suggest something for ex surgery then a single man is handling tons of cases. For every case he will be out for 30 mins for paper work and again you have to wait for hours for him to explain you the procedure. Highly pathetic management. It is not like they charge less, they charge good amount. Staff is good and hardworking just that they are low in number. Management should work on this

Overwhelmed with the kind of service here. Staff is well mannered and value for money services. The doctors explained the disease and its treatment nicely. Very cooperative people. And still appropriate covid measures are being followed. Appointment system is quite feasible. Overall good experience.

Best institution for learning

It's moreover like o Government hospital. They are not bothered about your time & money. It's charitable just on records. Most challenging job to take respond back on landline numbers. Even after taking private consultation you have to wait for a long time. I don't have a doubt on Doctor's capabilities but as far as management & staff behaviour is concern its similar like a government hospital.

Private Day Care at Shroff's is brilliant. The staff on duty couldn't have been more polite and supportive. Highly recommended.

I was shocked to see such an awesome facility in general ward. Super clean & hygiene. Before coming here I saw some bad reviews about staff rude behaviour but I personally had a good experience. Sister Shweta is too good with her explanation about medicines, things to remember post operation.

My mother-in-law had undergone a cataract surgery at another hospital which had gotten infected. We were told that this needs an urgent repeat surgery to remove the pus. The hospital where the surgery was done was giving us mixed and confused signals. So I brought her to Delhi and we decided to go to Shroff eye hospital in Daryaganj. After a check up we were given a proper explanation about the problem and what was needed to treat it. They were clear about the risks and the doctors were patient enough to clear our doubts. As it turned out the infection got treated by some antibiotic injections in the eye. And her vision is also almost back to normal. I am very thankful to the doctors and staff of the hospital who took us in when we were in a state of panic.

AIIMS declared my dad blind, then went for Sankara Nethralaya Chennai but at last i came to know about this hospital in my city delhi So moved from chennai to Delhi due to living cost. My dad was blind for 3 years. This hospital doctor have did imposible thing and bring back eye sight that aleast he watch movies and identify the faces and walk around nearby....

Pathetic service ... you have to wait one whole day even if it’s a small work. We were troubled for refund. We got the call from hospital that yr refund has been processed and when we visited the hospital, the billing department says there is no such information on refund. My mother had two surgery and the last one was cataract surgery where they said that either we have to put gas or oil. If we put gas there is an extra amount of ₹₹6,000 which will be easily refunded. I mean it really piss me off with these kind of things. You have to literally take a day off from your work and they make you run form one place to other. In my case , I have to go to billing counter for refund first and they they sent me to the counselling department and then we waited and yet no one came. They go after you when you have to make payment but when it comes to refund they say system is not updated; you need to wait.

We visited SCEH for Cataract surgery of our Brother-in-law. We had a fabulous experience from the time we reached here till the discharge. Courteous ever smiling team greeted and guided us. The entire process, including admission, surgery, and discharge took about 3 hours. We had detailed brief on precautions to be taken post-surgery and eye drops to be applied. We sincerely appreciate the professionalism and deep commitment of the entire team.

I am not sharing only my experience my review is a real fact of pediatric clinic.. After doctor prajakta doctor himani join the seat but doctor himani is a very low experience and no manners of talking.. She told me my son is perfectly well and he prescribe me a cough syrup and an antibiotic medicine.. She thinks only junk food is responsible for any kind of disease air quality doesn't matter.. If someone want to wast his time or money then they would go to shroff paediatric clinic.. I am strongly recommended do not waste your money and time.. Dr. Aijaz at rehmani nursing home is better and experienced then her.. Even he is best paediatric in old delhi..

Poor time management. Doctor gives appointments like 8 AM but no staff have any idea when doctors will come. Even doctors are coming in time - waiting 2 to 3 hrs. Dr Shroff hospital is one of the best and oldest eye hospital. Its located in Daryaganj. It is highly recommended that you take an appointment in advance for hassel free consultation and checkup. It takes around 3-4 hours to go through various recommended checkups and tests. Fee is around Rs500 for consultation.

Dear Team, I tried reaching you people. It took 30 min to get some one on line and speak. The phone assistance was pathetic. They disconnected 3 time before i could talk to someone. Dr. Shroff charity eye hospital is 104 year old one of the best eye hospital in Delhi. It was built in 1914 in area Daryaganj. British period’s beautiful building. Speciality in cataract surgery. Near about 7000 cataract surgeries done in one last year. It is now having charitable and private both OPD’s and wards. Recently they have launched Express OPD for those have big pockets and less time. First class hospitality and service which is difficult to find in any other charity hospital. Neat and clean ambiance. It has different types of wards like child, septic, general, special wards. Prices are very moderate even in private registration. They have eye bank also. Recently an ENT section also inaugurated with the same pioneer services. Timings are from 8:00Am to 5:00pm for different types of patients. Fee for different opd’s are from Rupees 30 to 1200. Centralised computerised system. It is advised to choose this hospital apart from other costly and with less services.

Best eye care. Doctors are knowledgeable and the staff is supportive and helpful. I have been visiting the express opd (have previously used the private opd as well). They are very helpful and take you through everything with patience. If you can, also give donation to their charitable trust, they do a lot of good work with that. And you get 50 percent tax saving on donatiom under 80g.

The hospital is nice andthe staff ijs helpful. They have special departments for Retina and ENT as well. Parking is available and it's open on most days. If you are nearby and hungry, you can have a meal at the canteen or a coffee and snack at Cafe Coffee Day located within the complex.
