What is annoying is the email giving a pass then it is withdrawn - lost me right there - bye- see pic

Worst staff I have every seen in my life . I went there for enquiry and the person(Sethi) over there were talking in a bad manner, in addition, next day he called me and behaved like a hoologan . So it's a humble request, please do change your staff and create positiveness in your gym , if you want to gain members.

A well managed locker room. Free unlimited coffee, tea, warm water. Spacious,Super hygienic and well managed. Not much rich with its body training machines though but all in all great place to workout.

Well equipped but lacks few important equipments like abs machine, steam- sauna, and well trained floor trainers. For the price they charge they need to work more on a gym environment that is conducive for the members. If you pay extra for personal trainer you need to be careful to chose the best for you. As far as my experience is concerned I wasted my money initially and later found the trainer who understood what workout suits me and gave me the results. Overall it's a good gym with variety of classes and workout area. But for the price it's one star down.

Fitness First Hamilton House is one of the greatest Gym bars one should definitely attend who are fitness enthusiasts and crave more workouts that will give you 100% kick off the much. All the trainers are very good. There are few employees in front desk who are not that much of supportive in terms of services.. Some of the time wifi crashes.but let me tell you one thing that group classes are awesome we can burn maximum calories in these classes....wide range of functional tools Available here But please its a request provide us steam bath also if you will provide 100 member will join your gym in future

Small and crowded. Trainers are target driven and cannot , even if they want to, give u their full attention and focus. Good for those, who can make it to the group classes regularly or those who can workout on their own

​ I have been a member of Fitness First from the past one year and I really feel that it is a best place to burn your stress. Classes (like body combating, Circuit training, body pump and HIT etc) are one of the main weapons that FF has in its kitty. What matters the most is hygienic environment which makes the FF superior in the category. Ironically most of the time wifi doesn’t support and crashes where I raise my eyebrow. When it comes to the trainers my utterance becomes deeper as they are very amicable and descent that gives you a friendly environment and positivity towards FF family and you feel more attachable. Nonetheless, It gives you a burning whole in your pocket without steam bath and spa and I would like to strongly urge for the same. PS- Furthermore, we will be thankful if you provide Oven besides the Coffee Vending Machine :)

I got my hair reduction treatment today from dermapurity I must say the staff was very helpful and polite. I got my service from anjana and shivani. Both r very sweet and at the same time both r very professional in their work. They were very humble. I like there services alot..

I have been a member of fitness first from past 9 months. I enjoy the classes especially body combat and circuit training. The fitness first family is very helpful and cooperative. The group classes motivate you push further and helps you getting posture and techniques right. Lastly I would suggest to be part of fitness first, it will help you change the perspective of life and motivate you to set your goals high.

The weight section is very small, I have never found an empty bench till date, it is very crowded. Not enough equipments , no machine for hyperextension. Not worth 5k per month at all. I have seen much better gyms which cost less than half .

This is really an awesome place to work out and the management is really really helpful. The have the best trainers I should say and Full of knowledge. The best platform with an amazing energy. Keep it up...

Amazing gym, well certified trainers n great ambiance.

Gets very over crowded and even when you pay so much of money you are not able to get whats worth your money. Except for some staff who are really good everyone else is quite rude. The personal trainers are free lancers they are only in money making game. Overall its a overcrowded average gym.

Fitness is essentially for health. I can say this is one of the best fitness centre in New Delhi.The trainer of that fitness centre is awesome. They guide us fitness and diet to make us healthy. I can suggest this to others..

The Chain is one of the best in Delhi-NCR. Period..!! I've been a member with them since October, 2018 and have been able to hit the gym as much as possible only because of the hygiene factors it offers with respect to a Gymnasium. Overall a great experience.
