I
recently
had
a
rather
frustrating
experience
at
Cult
Lajpat
Nagar,
particularly
with
Manager
Pankaj
Chauhan.
Manager
Pankaj
Chauhan's
response
only
added
to
the
disappointment.
On
my
third
day,
I
arrived
just
5
minutes
late
for
the
Burn
class
at
7
PM.
The
trainer
told
me
to
convey
the
message
to
Manager
then
only
he
can
allow.
I
went
to
Manager
and
he
told
sir
it
is
not
possible.
You
are
late
and
u
can’t
take
it
because
there
will
be
chances
of
injury.
I
agreed.
What
left
me
dissatisfied
was
witnessing
another
individual
seamlessly
join
a
different
slot
without
any
hindrance.
The
manager
told
at
that
time
to
wait
30
mins
he
will
make
the
slot
for
the
yoga
session
at
7.30PM.
He
also
told
me
he
will
arrange
the
yoga
mate
for
me.
Despite
patiently
waiting,
the
manager
failed
to
convey
the
message,
resulting
in
further
delays.
I
asked
the
manager
also
for
yoga,
he
was
not
replied.
It
was
around
7.40
and
yoga
class
was
started.
I
asked
again
to
manger.
He
told
the
yoga
slot
is
full.
u
can
join
at
8PM.
I
told
you
have
not
convey
the
message
till
now
why.
If
it
was
full
you
should
convey
the
message
I
believe
clear
communication
and
fairness
should
be
upheld
to
ensure
a
positive
experience
for
all
members.
Unfortunately,
my
encounter
at
Cult
Lajpat
Nagar
fell
short
of
these
expectations.
