Great place to workout. Have good quality equipment, trainers are very helpful and friendly. The facilities are regularly cleaned and well.

This gym has just what i need. I tend to work out in the morning. When it's not crowded. So i never had to wait for equipment. Thanks Monty for the help and corporation with such a trainee like me 😅. Really appreciated 🙏❤
