If I could have given a zero or negative star, I would have done that, I bought the largest aquarium from there for 13000 and within 2 months it broke off... When i asked them to help me out the so called owner "imran" was extremely rude and said ki "aapne toda hoga jaan buj ke" And went to the extent of verbally abusing me, for which I had to take help from authorities, however my husband came in and tried for a solution and fixed the issue. Zero Post sale service. Extremely rude. Horrible behaviour. During sale they made all the promises and then turned around. Did not even give a receipt when asked for. I would not recommend this place to even my greatest enemy... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Never buy any fish from here it not safe they die within 1-2 days. They will charge u like hell but services are pathetic. This is place is not at all guine as they will push upu to buy lots of thing but never give you correct suggestion pets die within 1-2 days after purchase wether u buy fish dog or bird. I have proof we did purchased three times fish along with aquarium set paid around 3000 INR but fish died within 2-3 days. This place is not recommended at all. Fake and fraud never go for this store.

A colourful, well maintained and a beautiful lovely pet shop. Service is very good. The person at the counter Mr. Imran is very humble and nice speaking. The most important thing is, it's very much affordable 👍🏻. And of course you'll find all needful things for your pet. One stop shop for pet lovers.

Sold me an aquarium tank, FIRST THE POWER HEAD FILTER CONKED OFF IN ONE DAY and then the entire aquarium CRACKED within a month and my ENTIRE house was flooded. money wasted and deeply disappointed and angry. Think twice before purchasing from here.

Horrible experience!! The owner here is absolutely the rudest and the meanest person and doesn't bother about your or your product. If you are in Vyapar Kendra, just don't bother to get in here. There is another shop on the ground floor, who is much more polite and reasonable. He will be all polite to sell a product but if atall it has any issue, he will treat you equally badly. Will never suggest to go to this shop. Don't waster your time and your money and spoil your mood.

The shop was recommended by a friend of mine and rightfully so. A reasonable shop to buy fishes, aquariums and supplies. When visiting, expect decent price & variety of fishes ..along with friendly advise.. bit of scope for negotiation though. Not much after sales service is required ;) but when needed, was to my satisfaction. Do check out the little shop when out for Fishing.. !! :)

We purchased fish aquarium few days back fish died just within few days we paid Rs 2600 all got spoiled.Think twice before going here.There are not guine and not worth purchasing anything from here .My own personal experience.

I received an injured fish which was looking fine on 1 side. Kindly check thoroughly before buying any fish as the owner denies any responsibility even after informing him within an hour of purchase and says that its your fault that you did not check properly before buying. Beware as he is not so cooperative or trustworthy.

Not a lot of stuff there for the enthusiasts. For beginners it is ok but not for experienced fish keepers and enthusiasts. The cost of tanks and tables is too high. Not a lot of options to choose from in terms of lightings for planted tanks and even filters.
