The worst experience at a Tata owned product. Mens changing area looked like a store room, lift out of service. Please do not bother to shop for womens wear here if there is a joint discussion between a couple to buy. Men can't stand outside the women western changing room to give an opinion. When I raised a concern I was offered space but the mood to shop was gone. The staff was gaving mask and nose was not covered- COVID protocols not followed. We went with a message that 20% off on birthday discount but the store has there own policy only with purchase on or above 5000 INR. Our bill value was 4100 INR ( which could had been 3 times, but did not shopped due to unfriendly and unsupportive staff). I wasted 2 hours with family and at end due to rigid attitude left without billing. After that spend at 2 more branded stores nearby with collective purchase of 20000 INR. Loss for Westside and Tata group. Tata groups - West side must introspect else it will be a loss making centre.

Great brand and products, but lately their collections has been reduced.

I went to this Westside today to shop men's clothing. The staff here doesn't care about customers. I repeatedly asked the staff to send someone over to the men's section as I needed help but even after telling them multiple times, they didn't help. Such callous attitude as if they are doing us a favor is not expected from Westside. I'll never be going back to this branch again and my overall respect for Westside has gone down after this experience.

More on the expensive end for just about everything and the quality isn't even worth the price... Be it accesories or clothes BUT the ethnic section is bomb!!!! Must try Beautiful pieces and expensive but worth it quality Men's section is also pretty nice(haven't shopped much there tho)

They have awesome collection. Better then multi brand stores. they have specially good collection for girls.

Westside is a great place to shop for a variety of products, from clothing and footwear to household items and gifts. The store in Janakpuri is spacious, well-stocked and conveniently located near Aakash Institute. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and variety offered. I especially liked the women’s wear section, which had some beautiful kurtas, dresses and tops in different styles and colors. The kids wear section was also cute and affordable. The store also has a loyalty program that gives discounts and vouchers to regular customers. I would recommend Westside to anyone looking for a one-stop shopping destination in Janakpuri.

They have good collection of dresses and have all the categories with them. The collection is superb but only one thing they don't provide lots of offers like other brands

Well maintained beautiful looking store with good quality products and services. Store is at very good location of uttam nagar. A customer can reach easily by bus dropped at terminal. By metro also can reach easily, dropping from metro at uttam nagar east. Staff is very supportive. Display of items is impressive. Price of products availability and arrangements at store is appreciated.

Staff are very friendly also they are helping me select the best clothes and hassle free billing counters.

It had got a great location, free parking and fabulous collection from several of the famous international brands. Not to mention, the staff is really friendly and helpful out here. Although discounts are not so common here, so one night find the pricing a bit in the costlier side.

Nice options available..costly if you are picking the fresh arrivals but best place for quality shopping if you live near uttam nagar east

The outlet is located in Janakpuri near Uttam Nagar Bus terminal. Easy to find, good variety of appreals and quality clothes . Behaviour of the staffs are polite and helpful

Has good parking space at ground floor. Limited options in shoes with limited size. You can find some of the trndy in fashions wears available at the store. Staff has no interest in entertaining customer needs.

Mr. Lovesh Chawla at Westside Janakpuri is an asset to your company. In today’s times it’s rare to find sales associates who can read your body language and come to your assistance. Mr Chawla is extremely attentive, forthcoming and energetic in his assistance. Had it not been for him, I would have been lost on this busy day, as I had come alone for shopping and had no friend or family to help me get what I was looking for. Once I insisted on getting a particular Polo T-shirt in my size, colour and make, he found out the nearest store at which my product and size was available ( after checking his own store inventory ). However, his keen sense of involvement and observation, ultimately guided me towards something which I bought in addition to what I was looking for. Good Place for shopping in west delhi. They have an ample parking space. You get decent discounts and very good stuff. Its TATA company so i prefer it.

Just like any other Westside. Nice and latest collection. Staff is very friendly. Western collection is always nice. This time even ethic was great. They have their own parking space..so great if you are coming by car. Walkable if coming by metro. Location is very nice.

Wide variety of clothes accessories and homeware products. Parking available and well air-conditioned. But for a reluctant shopper like me, the variety feels a bit overwhelming!

Have always had a pleasant experience with westside. This particular outlet is right on the main road and easy to locate. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good collection in women's ethnic section and kids section. There were hardly choices for handbags though.
