It
gives
me
great
displeasure
to
share
that
my
first
experience
of
a
purchase
made
form
a
GAP
store
has
been
very
distasteful,
and
has
compelled
me
to
never
advice
a
friend
to
go
shopping
at
a
GAP
store.
I
made
a
purchase
of
Rs.6135
on
17-07-2016,
from
GAP,
Mall
of
India,
Noida.
I
was
ensured
that
refund
can
be
made
within
30
days
of
purchase,
in
case
of
return.
I
returned
the
product
on
19-07-2016,
and
was
told
that
the
refund
would
only
be
done
in
my
debit
card,
because
of
your
company's
policy
of
"same
method
as
original
purchase".
Ideally,
my
account
should
have
been
credited
with
the
amount
that
day
itself,
since
there
is
never
a
case
in
payment,
where
you
take
the
product
home
and
pay
for
it
later.
But
in
my
case,
I
was
told
to
wait
for
4-7
days.
This
is
the
11th
day,
since
the
refund
was
made,
and
I
still
haven't
received
my
money.
Now,
its
important
that
you
understand
that
today,
I
have
neither
the
product,
which
I
have
requested
the
refund
for,
nor
the
money,
I
made
the
purchase
with.
In
all,
I
have
made
a
fool
of
myself,
going
by
the
brand
value
GAP
carries!
To
sum
up
my
first
and
probably
the
last
experience
of
a
purchase
at
GAP,
please
look
up
for
the
popular
Hindi
saying,
"ऊँची
दुकान
फीका
पकवान"!
