It was a pleasant and joyous experience when my family attended a wedding in the month of July 2022 at this place. The place was easily approachable and had ample parking space. The hygiene, cleanliness and ambience was good. The food served was delicious and nutritious with a wide range of variety to choose from. The service was excellent. Good place to hold functions as large gathering could be accommodated.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Westend Inn. They have a pool and the 24 hour restaurant and in room dining was amazing. It was very close to the airport and on the main NH-8 highway making it the ideal location for my stay. I even had the chance to look at their banquets and they’re divine, will definitely host something if I have to. Excellent service, amazing food, and really hospitable staff. Really appreciate the team’s efforts in making me feel comfortable in all aspects.

This is a spacious and quiet property. Best for a peaceful stay near the Airport. The staff was always available and did extra to make my stay really comfortable. The location is really good and both Delhi and Gurgaon are well accessible from the hotel. Surely going to stay at Westend Inn for my business trip and also would recommend the same. Value for Money.

BEWARE...... The hotel is in extremely deplorable state. Not maintained at all. Smelling corridors with never cleaned carpets. Lack of basic services. Room service is never done. You will be wasting your time in arguing with the stupid staff here for basic services. Only the new section of the hotel is a bit better in condition. But that is reserved for the air india (international) cancelled flights passengers. The staff only gives importance to them. Never ever book this hotel.

The best part about this place is the staff. Extremely sweet and quick with service. The property is also quite beautiful and best for a staycation. Food is also amazing. The hospitality is excellent. Really enjoyed our stay. One of the most enjoyable Another highlight of this place is the souvenir shop where you get the best fabrics and jackets to take home at an amazing price .

You don’t want to make the mistake of booking here 1. Due to construction around it, it has no charm or has any view to enjoy. Don’t get fooled by pictures posted by the hotel 2. The staff’s are pathetic. The food representative was so unprofessional, he disconnected my call even before he took my order. He’s excuse was he got another call 3. And when the food arrived, it was barely for one person and way to expensive. On top of that, the waiter demanded the food bill right there and wouldn’t leave the room. According to him all food bill has to be paid immediately, instead on checkout. Even after complaining to supervisor, kitchen staff would not even entertain his/her supervisor 4. Hotel rooms did not have heater, even knowing The only reason i gave one star, is for the room. Which was descend

Stayed at this property last week for a couple of days while visiting Delhi. My room was very clean and tidy and the restaurant had good food and service. They have 24 hours in room dining which I loved. The pool was refreshing as well. There’s a bit of road construction going on outside but there is a lot of parking space which helped me a lot since I had a lot of friends visiting me. The location was amazing as it was close to the airport. It was easy to go to both gurgaon and central delhi. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Would stay here again 100%.

As most of the reviews, my experience with this hotel was also because of delayed Air India flight. We’re given free food too which was great. The dining space was big & spacious with lots of food options. Rooms were clean with all basic amenities. Want to thanks all the staffs, super friendly, awesome and very helpful. I stayed alone with my 6 months old and every staff helped me without even being asked. But 4-star coz I don’t know I had such eerie feeling in the hotel. Nothing happened but couldn’t wear off the feeling for some reason. Otherwise all good 👍🏻

STAY AWAY! This hotel is dingy and overpriced. Would not recommend staying here. Only plus is proximity to airport, otherwise you can find better places for half the price. 1. Check in experience - no staff around to help with baggage, security guard just stared at us as we hauled our bags to the counter 2. Rooms smelled weird, curtain had some stains on them. Room hasn't been cleaned properly in ages it seemed. Bathroom wasn't in good shape either. 3. Service - non existent, too less manpower. The landline didn't work so couldn't call reception and calling on their mobile number didn't help either as nobody picked up. 4. Food: breakfast was decent, the only highlight of the stay

I recently stayed at the Western Inn hotel in Delhi, and I must say, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the hotel appeared spacious, its cleanliness left much to be desired. The room I stayed in was plagued with issues, primarily the malfunctioning switchboards, rendering most of the electrical outlets useless. Despite having a centralized AC system, the room's cooling was inadequate at best. The bathroom was infested with numerous flies, which was a major hygiene concern. To add to the frustration, the hairdryer provided in the room was also non-functional. The TV in the room failed to work as well, and when I reached out to the reception for assistance, it took a whopping three attempts and half an hour before any staff member finally arrived. This delay in addressing basic needs was truly disappointing. Overall, my stay at the Western Inn hotel was marred by a series of issues that reflected poorly on the hotel's service quality. While the hotel might be spacious, it falls short in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and prompt assistance to guests. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests

The entrance is strange and doesn't live up to a four-star hotel's expectations. The rooms are roomy. Cleanliness is not up to par. Towels, drapes, and stained sheets. ripped covers. The floors and walls of the bathroom are discoloured due to its age. Feels a bit depressing because of the drab, ominous atmosphere.

This is a very old fashioned property now . They dont even have functional lifts in campus to support medically challenged guests. Having lift is very basic facility to provide to your guests. The rooms were not equipped with basic facility like proper lights and others. It was like a dharamshala to me . Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the property, wont go again or refer/suggest to anyone for any vacation or staycation . The only advantage it has is the location. Located very very near to airport.

Worst service ever. Here we booked our marriage functions for three days. It was so pathetic. The only saviour was our event management team who helped and managed things. Understaffed and the available one is of no use. Rooms are not good and the doors of all the bathrooms were broken. And we had booked more than 40 rooms I can state the working conditions of the toilets here...

BIGGEST BLUNDER booking this hotel. Checked-in to a STINKY and dull room only to see that entire inch of the room is covered in DIRT. Despite getting the concern of the guests acknowledged, you are invited for TIRELESS WAITING for anyone to show up to your door. Multiple calls to the reception for close to an hour were required only to see a scared house keeping lady staff who took all the burden of this HORRIBLE hotel on her shoulder to make the room at least stay able. NOW THE BEST PART....... Order a meal from their kitchen (MANDATORY) . It still gives a YUKKY feeling, their own staff was DISGUSTED when I asked him to smell the food. Too much of drama already in just few hours of checking IN, couldn't take it furthermore. Had booked room for 1 night BUT in just 3.5 hrs we checked out. NOW THE REAL DISCLOSURE. THEY RIP OFF PEOPLE UNETHICALLY HIKING FOOD BILLS BY ADDING ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE NOT Even ORDERED. NO EXPLANATION WHEN CONFRONTED. IN-HOUSE STAFF FIGHTING IN FRONT OF GUEST BLAMING ONE ANOTHER. SUCH IS THEIR WAY OF DEALING WITH THEIR ISSUES AND GUESTS. MAKES GUEST WAIT FOREVER JUST TO DEAL WITH MINOR ISSUES. WHAT AN EPIC MISTAKE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL. If ever anyone books hotels reading their reviews, take my suggestion DON'T INVITE TROUBLE BOOKING THIS HOTEL WHILE DRAINING YOUR WALLET AND SPIKING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL TO CONSIDER STAYING. NEVER . PLEASE DONT . NO MATTER WHAT. No guilt or shame in their faces despite such service. God save you if you still book this filth. This is an honest opinion and me venting out my experiences with them.

Highly recommended. Amazing service from check in at the front desk . Everyone is so kind and make you feel so welcomed. They are very quick to help in anything you need. Would stay here again.

Okay place. Zero in terms of hospitality. It is a huge property maintained poorly. The room stinks. The entire lobby stinks. The staff looks tired and poorly paid. They were polite to me though and good at their work. The rooms are old and badly maintained. The ac does not work in lobby. The toilets does not function properly. There is some metro work going on in front of the hotel. This is the high time that owner should start paying attention to this property. It hurts when you see a good huge property maintained poorly. The receptionist Gaurav does not know how to be polite while interacting with customers. I am trying to sound modest and kind but please train him well in hospitality management because he seems like not a fit for a front desk job to me.

The Air India flight to Newark was delayed by 12 hours. So the airline accommodated me at this hotel for the night. The hotel is under construction, quite seedy, and rather unlivable at this moment. They have no WiFi yet. The hallways were dark and bare. The room had very poor furniture, electrical outlets that didn't work, a TV that would not turn on, a bathroom that was best avoided except in an emergency. The reception (in another building away from the room I was in) was ok, the staff was doing their best. Free breakfast was provided but I decided to avoid the dining room. The coffee machine in the tub worked, a minor miracle. The transportation back to the airport was timely.

Overall if I had to rate this hotel, I would give 2.5/5 . (2.5 is only due the location) No doubt location is very good but the staff service ain't good, I had to call room service thrice to get few issues fixed, also the response of receptionist is not welcoming. Other than that, one major drawback is , there's no lift in the hotel, and we had to carry our luggage upstairs, they didn't provide any staff to help us carry the luggage. Food- 3/5 it is ok ok. I would advice if you're looking for a hotel near airport, there are more options way better than this one. Don't waste money.

Had to stay for one night at this place as my Air India flight got delayed. Can’t believe Air India sends their passengers to such places! Cheap contracts or deals!!! I needed an extra bed which they told me at the time of check in that it will be placed in my room asap. Had to call the front desk 7-8 times and wait for around 3 hours before I got the extra bed (it was about 1:30am) Poor service! Cheap airline (Air India) doing cheap business with cheap hotel (westend inn)! Air India, do you still call yourself one of the best airlines?

I literally found tones of ants on the bed, window of the room. We asked to change the room then found a leaking refrigerator 😅. They offered us superior room but even the room was smelling with no refrigerator working. There were no lifts plus lack of cleanliness. The people were rude. It was one of the worst stays I ever had. The only thing which was really good was the food. That’s all. I would suggest to have food but do not plan to stay there.

I had a free night stay here, courtesy of my Airline, so my review is not based on cost but purely on the service. Check in was smooth, but they asked for money for taxi shuttle which I was told would be free. Still waiting for the receipt, Hence the 3 stars! Apart from that people working here were great! Rooms and bathrooms were clean. I liked the layout of the hotel, and food was included as well ie. Dinner buffet.

This is a great place very close to the airport. Rooms are clean and quite okay, washrooms need a revamp definitely. Staff is nice and helpful but the highlight of the place is the food on menu. It is really very good. Overall great place.

Welcome to hell. We paid for early check in, and were shown to our rat infested room. A pair of underpants were in the shower, and everything looked dirty. We insisted we should be moved. The receptionists poorly acted surprised that we had seen rats in our room. They moved us to a nicer room upstairs, only to hear the people downstairs scream all night because they had obviously also found the rats. Disgusting.

Good food in their restaurant tastes very good. Rooms are clean The cleaning service is also good. but maintenance is much required. All are very old and not working properly in the bathroom particularly.

The managers are not good except one. The hotel has just 2- 3 bellboys/ waiters/ hiusekeeping. If you order something it's gonna take ages to come. The AC & the current supply itself has no guarantee. You are gonna dehydrate there for sure. Worst experience of a hotel in my lifetime.

The reception advisors to pool attendant were helpful and went an extra mile. Breakfast is amazing & varied. Hotel is near the airport with other attractions nearby. Hotel is incredibly good value for money. Service is prompt and efficient, especially by Sagar and Beauty Singh in the resturant. Hotel is extremely safe for solo travellers. The swimming pool is wonderful especially when it's hot. Also the garden is massive and well maintained.

I had just landed from the my Air India flight and the hotel management was extremely courteous and made sure my stay was superb. The food was definitely fantastic and the house keeping was available at all times. They had almost every cuisine available and there was a plethora of options to choose from. Went there to visit a friend who was staying for a day to catch connecting flight. Room was good but service was not that good.

Terrible place, Dirty rooms, sheets. infested with rats. No hot water, had to use coffee kettle to heat water for bath.I would never go back here. The only bright spot was the service and food were good.

I had the worst experience with this hotel, if you are booking your hotel through Agoda please don't do that they have some issue with them and you'll have to pay it with your precious time they had me wait for 2 hours because they had some issue with Agoda and didn't let me check in even I had payed for the booking already after talking to several people finally after 2 hours they let me check in, Over all rooms are quite spacious with all amenities but they have the worst room service I had asked for water again I had to wait for 1.5 hour, still they didn't bother to provide me water I had to go to reception to ask for water. So if you are coming to this hotel try to pay up front rather than through some websites. According the price it was a good hotel for a night stay

my daughter was stuck in New Dehli for unforseen circumstances. She came across this great place and I am so thankful she had a safe place to stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was good. The price was great and she loved the pool! Gives a mom a world away peace of mind! thank you!

Everything was perfect, rajan and his entire team made my day in fact made my whole weekend memorable with beautiful decoration and fabulous food in all functions. Team was very supportive and humble. I would like to suggest a change in the heritage wing of the hotel which immediately needs renovation. Otherwise, everything was next to perfect. I felt so cared for during my stay at Westend, the customer service was amazing! The hotel staff were so friendly and gracious… the restaurant manager Abnish gave outstanding service and ensured I had plenty of food to eat! Also, the pool was so so nice. 10/10 recommend and will most definitely be back if I’m ever in need of a place to stay again!

We had booked the entire hotel for wedding purpose (wedding in family). Our guest loved the 24hours hot water shower in this freezing January cold breeze... 😁😁 it was our savior. Food and all was Average in variety but quality and cleanness was full power... lastly but most importantly... Mr Abnish was the star.... Indian wedding has too many last minute demands and he made sure that we feel at home... all our last minute demands and requirements were fulfilled. He was just a call away and he made sure that we take only the good memories. Thanks a ton and God bless him.

Not so great experience, I booked directly by calling hotel reception but I called multiple times and they responded only few times, also while check-in they didn't tell all instructions and we had to call and for every need. At restaurant there is a no hand wash and we need to go down and it was not so clean so felt unconvenient. Swimming pool was dirty and water was greenesh so we skipped swimming. Also they should have had a restaurant at pool side for a good vibe but there was nothing. Overall they need to improve customer satisfaction and hotel infrastructure.

We are thankful to the team led by Sh Lal ji under watchful observation of Mr Rajan in providing us the necessities for our event. Fabulously located property has all the potential to be converted into a hot cake. Mr. pandey, the chef organized wonderful food, and Sh Lal ofcourse takes away all the glory by remaining a cool cucumber in all the situations. Ria came handy and restaurant staff was excellent.

Hotel rooms are spacious and swimming pool maintained well. but u have to check whether all are properly working or not. . Food is horrible. Staff shows discrimination for southern State people. No hot water. Staff are not cooperative.

We had a terrible experience while staying at the hotel. We had booked a deluxe room but on arrival the staff was completely clueless on where to place us. We were taken to two very poorly maintained rooms( one of the rooms was actually occupied) before an OK room was finally allotted to us. The allotted was also only allotted to us after a very rude confrontation with the reception staff. All this happened at 11 pm when we had a long day of travel. The poor quality of the rooms & extremely unprofessional behaviour of the staff made us believe that we have been cheated/ scammed of our money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean with a breathtaking view. The amenities were top-notch, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
