One
of
the
worst
pathetic
stay
experience
I
have
ever
had
in
terms
of
the
service.
The
rooms
were
decent
however
this
hotel
is
very
money
centric
instead
of
customer
centric.
With
few
of
the
quick
instances
listed:
1)
They
give
only
one
water
bottle,
can’t
even
give
extra
water
not
even
one
which
hardly
costs
18-20
rs.
2)
Room
service
takes
2
hours
to
deliver
a
requested
items
3)
No
one
takes
the
call
on
reception
on
shift
change,
as
if
it’s
a
govt
office
4)
Their
500gms
cake
1000+tax
even
expensive
than
good
chains
like
Radisson
or
Country
Inn
5)
No
apology
on
any
delays
6)
Very
less
food
items
in
restro
and
if
you
order
from
outside
they
will
make
faces
that
the
food
is
not
allowed
7)
Whole
management
from
Zone
Manager
to
General
Manager
to
Duty
Manager
are
less
on
service
and
more
on
money
in
the
face
of
so
called
policies.
8)
On
date
change
request
they
asked
for
2500
extra
where
the
room
only
costs
4100.
They
are
asking
for
60%
more
on
this
request
where
they
stated
the
property
is
sold
out,
how
room
can
be
available
with
2500
with
extra
payment
where
there
is
not
even
a
room
upgrade?
I
accidentally
booked
on
incorrect
date
where
later
I
agreed
for
no
changes
due
to
this
money
minded
act.
Despite
being
an
escalation,
they
have
put
everything
on
customer
that
we
can’t
do
anything
after
billing
despite
being
understanding
that
no
managers
were
there
in
the
property
while
checkout
and
duty
manager
did
not
give
the
contact
too.
In
property:
1)
Property
was
clean
2)
Good
location
3)
Bathrooms
are
spacious
but
small
bathing
area
4)
Room
curtains
does
not
block
the
sunlight
so,
rooms
can
be
warmer
5)
Rooms
were
clean
No
reason
to
re-visit
or
even
suggest
this
property
to
anyone
