The hotel experience as very good, room and washroom was pretty clean, staff was courteous. The biggest advantage is the location, the locality is very good, it is closer to many places which one eventually want to go. The hotel is good for family, couple, and a single stay too.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. All amenities were available. Restaurant was good. Separate smoking area beside restaurant. We had to pay in advance at the time of check-in. Stayed for one night only. The only issues were leakages and faulty plumbing in shower area and the curtains could not be fully drawn together

An excellent property with warm and prompt housekeeping but unfortunately managed by a PETTY THIEF of a MANAGER MR AMIT who hides behind and puts incompetent desk staff to absorb the consequences of his tricks and exploits. If you filter the reviews to view the least rated you will find many customers citing that the manager refuses check in when the stay is extended via booking apps and modifies the price unfairly asking you to pay the offline charges even though you booked it online ! Pathetic cheap tactics by MANAGER to earn a few extra bucks every now and then and the customer not just ends up paying extra but also bears the hassle of waiting for 4 long hours only to find out that booking app not just sent the hotel a confirmation mail but also got revert from hotel team!! The hotel staff denies all this despite showing evidence and even making them speak with the booking app team ! Shame on these CHEATERS

What can I say? Amazing experience. Rooms are perfect for business and vacation. Food was outstanding. Most of all, the staff were some of the best i have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. My current favourite place to stay. And excellent access to all areas by metro and cab.

One of the worst pathetic stay experience I have ever had in terms of the service. The rooms were decent however this hotel is very money centric instead of customer centric. With few of the quick instances listed: 1) They give only one water bottle, can’t even give extra water not even one which hardly costs 18-20 rs. 2) Room service takes 2 hours to deliver a requested items 3) No one takes the call on reception on shift change, as if it’s a govt office 4) Their 500gms cake 1000+tax even expensive than good chains like Radisson or Country Inn 5) No apology on any delays 6) Very less food items in restro and if you order from outside they will make faces that the food is not allowed 7) Whole management from Zone Manager to General Manager to Duty Manager are less on service and more on money in the face of so called policies. 8) On date change request they asked for 2500 extra where the room only costs 4100. They are asking for 60% more on this request where they stated the property is sold out, how room can be available with 2500 with extra payment where there is not even a room upgrade? I accidentally booked on incorrect date where later I agreed for no changes due to this money minded act. Despite being an escalation, they have put everything on customer that we can’t do anything after billing despite being understanding that no managers were there in the property while checkout and duty manager did not give the contact too. In property: 1) Property was clean 2) Good location 3) Bathrooms are spacious but small bathing area 4) Room curtains does not block the sunlight so, rooms can be warmer 5) Rooms were clean No reason to re-visit or even suggest this property to anyone

Stayed in udman panchasheela for two days, I must appreciate hotel service, thanks a lot to staff friends who are really nice, provided service more than our expectation, Gud luck

One of the best Service oriented and professionally managed regional hotel chains of Delhi. The staff is very punctual, always smiling and go the extra way to serve all the needs and request from the customer. Food in the all day buffet is exhaustive and worth every rupees spent. The rooms are airy and spacious and well maintained as well.

We went there to attend a small family function. The open area and the dining area are not very big. The dinner serving was at rather leisurely pace. Every body, staff as well as the guests, were quite relaxed. As we did not stay there, I can not comment on room facilities.

The interior is good, but the main highlight is the food, The service is amazing and the staff are humble and friendly and the food has just blown my mind, even though I am a non veg lover, the veg food has never impressed me this much the naan, dal and chilli paneer are just perfect, 10/10 for the food, even if you are not staying there I would suggest you to visit its restaurant for the dine in someday. By far the best hotel with reasonable price that we had a chance to visit. Clean, cozy rooms, has a good restaurant with nice breakfast, helpful staff. Had more comfortable stay than some of the "5" star overpriced hotels. The only downside is that (foreign) credit cards are not accepted and its a hassle to get bigger amount of cash from atms.

Udman Panchshila by Ferns & Petals is an amazing venue with a luxurious and grand atmosphere. The banquet halls are spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a stunning setting for any event. The staff is highly professional and provides excellent service, making sure every detail is taken care of. The food is delicious and the overall experience is memorable.

I was given room 107 which was very comfortable. The experience was very pleasant and I would recommend it. One downside was the fridge in the room was not cooling at all and my granddaughters milk got spoilt. I highlighted this at the reception and hopefully it would be rectified when I return this weekend for a couple of nights. Overall a very good experience.

The coffee shop is small with very limited options if you go for buffet. Taste is also average. Will not call it a luxury hotel. Overall it is average

Reception manager didn't know that Booking was done well in advance. He couldn't find the booking even after giving booking I'd and name of guest. Had done 2 bookings under same name.. First booking was done for 2 days and Second booking was done for 1 day. The reception manger couldn't locate the second booking on the check out day of First booking. Ridiculous Front staff. Not experienced enough to handle guest bookings. Not courteous enough to even apologise for the mistake management due to which guest had to wait for 1 hour in the reception area in cold at 8PM. Not enough variety in buffet breakfast but service is very good. Room Service & House Keeping staff Excellent. Quite prompt in handling every guest query.

Best Place to live , with great hospitality

A very charming hotel in South Delhi which is bang on the Panchsheel park main road. The distance from airport is a huge plus. The proximity to the shopping places is an advantage as well, be it, South Ex, Sarojini or Lajpat, whatever your preference. The rooms are maintained very clean, the food is delicious and the staff is courteous. They can a little better on room service, but, no complaints as such. If you're looking for luxury in budget, this hotel might be the answer.

The lodging has severe security making it a protected spot to remain. Its actual clean and scents wonderful with anything deodorizer they are utilizing. The morning meal buffet was eminent and flavorful.

Services are too good in comparison to 5 star hotels in line of what u ordered u will get before by expected time . front office team and service team excellent in all periphery of the hotel . I stayed here with my family for 3 nights. I made hotel booking via phone with Rahul Shrisvastwa which was done very efficiently. All the staff were very helpful. Mahavir at the restaurant was very curteous. Checkout process was very quick and Rakesh was very helpful. Overall a very good experience and the location was excellent withing reasonable distance from the places we wanted to visit.

Lobby was awesome and it feels home away from home .... Mr Rahul and Mr Santosh help us to make our stay memorable as well as Mr Rakesh and food is also pleasant .... Room is totally spacious and comfortable

Stayed here over night. Even though it was short stay, felt nice abt the hospitality. Decent place with welcoming environment. I feel they shd work on the food, with more items for the buffet. We had to check out early. Staff held our bags in the luggage room which we collected 4 hours from checkout time. There was smooth check in and check out process.

Our overall stay was pleasant Stayed for 6 days with breakfast Location of the hotel is good close to the metro 10 min walk.However we used a rick to commute ard the city. The key needs to be activated when u enter.Sometimes the key would deactivate and we would need to come back to reception. ⭐⭐Billing - the staff who served the meal did not bring the bill along when we were served in the room. On check out we were billed extra which was highlighted to the receptionist and the changes were made ..sign your bill when you are served to avoid over billing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Buffet breakfast - had good options, the chef Tiwari made sure we were served fresh pooris/parathas/ french toast / pancake...Instead of taking what was placed at the buffet at 7am. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The housekeeping staff came and checked on us if everything was good in the room and if we needed anything as we were with a toodler. ⭐⭐⭐Ordered in room dining only on our first night the butter chk was to peppery. Our first choice was unavailable (sweet corn chk soup or chk clear soup)

Amazing hotel. Wonderful rooms with very nice view of club next door. The food was awesome specially the morning breakfast. The restaurant team is super. They take care of your every need.

We used one of the small banquets, service was good. Food was fine too. Washrooms al lower ground floor were unclean and smelly. Even at ground floor, washroom was not maintained. And that's it.

A nice and decent place to stay. aTge rooms are clean and spacious surrounded by greenery. The staff is cooperative and decent. The place is clean and hygiene is maintained. Just loved the back area of resturant surrounded by greenery and beautiful spacious sitting area. It was a one day stay for us and kids loved it. All in all a decent place at a reasonable cost is best for a short stay.

This is a conveniently located hotel that is very fairly priced. The staff is just excellent. Perhaps the most friendly staff ever that I have come across at a hotel. I spoke to Neeraj Singh to help with my booking, and he provided great help and customer service. All the other people in the hotel are also very friendly and competent.

Recently attended a professional event at Udman. The rooms and facilities are very good however the food was okay. Since there was a buffet in place, it was difficult finding seating and the food ran out quickly. Some batches of rice were a bit raw.

We have stayed in the hotel twice during our stay in India, on which night we had a room that was okay. The second time we stayed in this hotel, we had a room where you couldn't close the window... Street noise all night and kitchen smell. You could get the kitchen smell under control with the manual air conditioning. The manual air conditioning consisted of sitting at the switch all night and having to turn the system on and off as I said. I would give the hotel rating for the first night 2 stars, for the second night I would not spend a cent in Europe......

One of the best hotels in south Delhi. I must say this hotel has one of the most spacious and luxurious hotel rooms. Awesome hotel rooms, maintenance, food, and all amenities. Loved my experience here. This is one of the closest hotel to IIT Delhi and all best places around in South Delhi. The only issue here is the wifi speed and issues with connectivity. Wifi drops very often. Hope they fix this soon. Other ways it’s a 5 star hotel.

The hotel has clean, spacious rooms and the staff is cordial. Ambience is okay. I found the buddha statues in the lobby a little funny, but that is my own personal taste. Breakfast service was quick and reasonably good!

The Reception Check in Manager was not aware of any booking done by the travel agency. Upon check in at 7PM also he could not find the reservation. Had to wait for his confirmation for around 1 hour in the cold outside. I had to call my travel agent who spoke to the manager and after that he checked 2 days prior booking e mail which manager forgot to check. Very mismanaged Reservation Desk. Reception desk mangers are quite incompetent in fulfilling their duties. Even the Booking confirmation number which was already available with me couldn't help the manager to find the booking. Worst welcome I have ever experienced upon check in at a hotel.
