Honest reviews. The Google reviews didn't seem to have done justice..the room and bathrooms were in pathetic condition.. bed sheets and curtains unwashed, No house keeping service is available.. Do not recommend for families at all.

Extremely terrible experience. Most of the facilities were out of order and most importantly they overcharge for the negligible services they even provide. The lock of the doors were broken and so was the room key. The switch board was totally dismantled and not even fixed due to which the lights were always on in the room. The lift was not working and upon repeated requests it was somehow fixed. The only reason for even giving few stars is because of the service provided by few staff members who were polite and prompt while rest of them kept us waiting for hours for our food. The walls of the rooms were damp and the floors were mostly wet. Bathroom essentials such as soap and shampoo were not provided and empty containers were kept in room 202. The inverter was also not fixed and was only made to function upon request again. Basic facilities were not provided or left dysfunctional. You can get much better hotels at the same cost or even less. The network in the area was extremely poor even the WiFi was not working on the second floor because its payment was long over due.

Location is near to tourist places and safe but hotel room and services are pathetic , cockroaches was our roommates , No hot water post 11 am . No one was there to provide extra blanket even after 2 hrs of call , myself carried it from reception. We are getting this hotel for lesser price but they treat you as if you are staying for free. Not worth it. And most of the reviews here are fake I think, don’t go by that.

Rooms are not well maintained, owner & staff are friendly. A/C works well. Good place to stay as there are numerous veg restaurants available in karol bagh.

WARNING: AVOID THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR SAFETY AND WELL BEING. Please stay away from Hotel O Delhi. I have stayed in numerous hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. From the very beginning, there were serious issues. They demanded payment for two days upfront, and upon entering the room, I was horrified to find a multitude of ants falling from the ceiling onto the bed. The room itself was disgustingly dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The lighting was incredibly dim, and there were no soap dispensers in the bathroom, with all holders broken. After complaining, they moved me to another room, but the problems persisted. The air conditioning was faulty and made an unbearable noise all night. The door was stuck and wouldn't even close properly. Additionally, the bed was too short, leading to a very uncomfortable sleep. TO TOP IT OFF, THE NEXT DAY, I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND DANGEROUS CRAWLING WORMS IN THE BATHROOM, ALONGSIDE COUNTLESS DEAD ANTS AND FLIES. I HAVE RECORDED A VIDEO AS PROOF OF A CRAWLING WORM. Due to my horrendous experience, I immediately wanted to check out of the hotel and as I only stayed for single day, I requested to refund my money for the second day. The receptionist was extremely rude and refused to cooperate and refund my money. Even the owner of the hotel showed no empathy or concern for the situation. Furthermore, the hotel's neighborhood was filthy and had a strong unpleasant smell. In conclusion, I urge you to steer clear of this hotel if you value your safety and wellbeing. The conditions are intolerable, and the staff's behavior is unprofessional. Please take my word seriously and find alternative accommodations for your stay in Delhi NCR.

The stay was comfortable and the staffs were kind enough to provide all customer service throughout. The place is in walkable distance to metro as well. All together we got a good stay at delhi

Awesome experience !! It was a memorable long stay and felt like a family with the entire staff. We celebrated our Anniversary at this location. It is worthwhile to mention that the entire dining staff (crossavenue, mint) kept the area professionally managed and very courteous. The tea area is very creative during morning breakfast. Food is very delicious and Chefs prepare them the exact way it should be. Housekeeping and maingate staff were very courteous in their duties as well.

It was horrible property. Actual pictures posted ur portal were all fake. In reality room was shockingly dirty. It was stinking. Washrooms were juzz like free dharamshala. U call it 3 star but it was not even worth a single star. Reception area n lift were full of dirt. We felt suffocated. Although I book free breakfast but after seeing the dirt we could not even drink water in it forget about food. They promised us free parking that means the security of the car was their responsibility. But when Shockingly I saw that the front door of my car was hit badly then they told me that they r not responsible for the security of car. Their cameras work after 12 noon when the owner of the hotel comes. Not otherwise. I paid 3150 for the roo. But I was getting much. Better rooms for less than 1000.

Below average but karol bagh area 90% hotel is not upto the level only money waste. This price is OK people ok but room need to be good bcz it's capital of India but its very low level in Delhi

A non-hygienic hotel has ever seen.. you can see the picture of attached cups here.. it's dirty.. used one gave to us.. lipstick mark also seen.. Can't touch the room floor as it is not cleaned.. Must avoid it until they clean the premise..

Location of hotel is near to Karol Bagh Metro and Pragati Maidan... Food is very tasty here... Rooms are neat and clean and best thing is that owner of property Manish bhai is very supportive and always ready to help.

Worst hotel in karol bagh. Hotel moved our luggage to looby without prior information saying we are fully booked. Moreover they get customer in 500 rs more they throw out your luggage.

The room of Hotel O Delhi hotel is very nice and clean. The food is also good & staff is also of helpful nature. In terms of amenities i say they have decent facilities to go with. Overall a decent stay experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location of hotel is perfect. It's near haldirams and metro is also walking distance. Staffs are friendly and available whenever needed. We checked out and had our train at 5pm so they also provided us with complementary room for sometime. The only problem we faced is of bed.. the length was a bit less for people with heights. Overall good experience.

Though the hotel is located in middle of Karol bhag, it ain't worth for money. Pros: hardly 250m away from the main street. Cons: 1. Lift is non functional, you can only avail lift till 2nd floor, then have to take stairs. 2. Even though breakfast is included in the package it will be available only by 9am, so if you are on a Delhi trip and wish to leave early, then it's of no use. 3. Rooms are average, no mirror in the room, wall sockets are faulty leaving you with few options to charge your device. 4: No proper maintenance of room, you could feel that the rooms are so clumsy. 5: Bathroom with no proper partion for shower and toilet area. 6; Air conditioner is non functional saying its not in service due to winter season, it doesn't matter whether winter or summer, it's included in price package.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean.But I recommend this hotel mostly because of the staff and the hotel manager. All were very friendly and helpful. The manager arranged even a tour for us and helped us where he could. The tour was flawlessly arranged and we were happy with everything.Thanks to Manish.

I stayed in the hotel with my family. The best thing about the hotel is the owner Mr. Manish ....he was helpful. The rooms weren't bad and service was ok too. They helped me keep my luggage when I was away to Agra and Amritsar. I was a little disappointed they charged me 1500.00 for 7 hours on the last day ....which could have been adjusted because I stayed for 5 nights there

Good hotel, average rooms. The staff was very good and the owner was good as well. It was a bit difficult in the beginning when they gave the four of us a two bedroom instead of a four bedroom. But later on, it was fine.

Worst Place to Stay : Guys don't blindly believe the ratings, all reviews are fake. I got trapped by the fake reviews 1. Rooms are not at all clean 2. Bathrooms are not cleaned and also have a bad smell 3. Rooms service was pathetic you have to follow up multiple times for water, towels, toliletris 4. All the staff are yelling to each other with foul languages There are other hotels around that you consider, but don't waste your hard earned money on this cheap hotel.

I booked this hotel for 2600 rs and definitely not worth the money. Rooms are not cleaned, old furniture, poor maintenance. Overall pretty bad experience. There is another hotel just beside this, sohi Residency. It is far better than this for the same 2500 rs

Worst place to stay.. All reviews are fake. They force you to write fake reviews. Rooms are dirty with patches on wall .washroom very dirty with no handles in gate. Food was horrible. They dont have kitchen also. There are girls roaming in floor at night not suitable for family stay.

Always a great stay at Hotel O’Delhi. Stayed there whenever I had to go Delhi, rooms are clean and great service with friendly staff and owner. Location is perfect with general stores and nice restaurants nearby on walking distance. Food in hotel is good too. Hotel O Delhi is my go to place to stay in. Owner mentioned they’ll be refurbishing all bathrooms and some furniture, so excited to check them out on my next stay. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel. Best value for money room we stayed in whilst in Delhi. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The rooms were a great size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower, with running hot water. The WiFi was great. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

We had stayed here for a week and it was a great stay for us. No disturbance no issues… the proprietor was too good to talk and the puppies outside the building are like family if u cuddle them …!!! And it was in a good location which is accessible to anywhere easily.. we loved it

It felt like the best hotel in Delhi. Loved staying here and easy to find the location of Uber cabs, Ola cabs, buses and metro stations. This hotel is very clean and the staff of this hotel are respectful. The biggest thing is that your security is very good here thank you 😊
