I recently stayed at Hotel Sterling In for a week, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my overall experience. While the location of the hotel was convenient, it unfortunately did not make up for the numerous shortcomings during my stay. First and foremost, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The linens and towels seemed worn-out, and there were noticeable stains on some of them. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance, with a leaky faucet and grime in the corners. It made me question the hotel's commitment to proper sanitation and hygiene. The staff's service was another letdown. While some members were friendly, the majority lacked enthusiasm and did not seem genuinely interested in helping guests. Requests for assistance were met with slow responses, and it felt as though I was a burden rather than a valued customer. In terms of amenities, the hotel fell short of expectations. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at best, making it difficult to stay connected and attend to personal and professional matters during my stay. Overall, my experience at Hotel Sterling was subpar. I expected a higher level of service and comfort, especially considering the price I paid for the room. I regretfully will not be returning to this establishment in the future, and I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their options before booking here.

They don't accept OYO room booking, if you want to get abused then book via Oyo. With arrogant and rude way they will tell you to take room from Oyo only. Oyo are simply bast@&d, even hotel owner don't want to continue business with them they are not removing hotel from their system, keep taking booking and later you have to wait for 14 working days to receive your money. Simply their helpless representative can't do anything. Also hotel is in very awkward area fully gully type, in night 9pm it feel like you will get looted.

Worst Experience ever in delhi, in Delhi most of the hotels are a scam. Dont ever book in oyo they wont even let u checkin into this hotel and you wont even get any other hotels as replacement. Hotel Sterling inn is the worst i have ever seen.

This is very honest review, the hotel and staff is very cooperative but plz make sure the distance between railway station and hotel its just 500/600m but there is nk rikshaw or other vehicles can drop you, youhave to go by walking if you have luggage then its difficult to make it till there,.. Because this hotel is in galli.. Overall hotel is good to stay. Food is average.

Considering all options in this area, this is the perfect budget hotel one can get. But still... I booked this hotel after looking at reviews in all websites. But only after reaching here I got to know the true picture. Most reviews are fake If you looking for family stay then this is not for you, not this hotel but iam talking about entire pahargunj is not suitable for family stay. Very narrow roads, only small battery operated vehicles reach here. Forget about cabs and autos, if you book something you need to walk a mile atleast to get into cab. If you use Google maps then for sure you would end up with deadends and wrong location. Chaos is a norm here. And coming to the hotel, Has a lift but it doesn't work Has AC but only works in specified hours Has a long food menu, but only few of them are available at any time of day And the list goes on

Never book any hotel by oyo app i booked a hotel i didn't get any stay even i call more than 10 times for cancellation or refund nothing happen this is a fake company before it was good but now service was worst. My suggestion is just visit hotel and book from there only.

The hotel is very nice and best with service with all staff are very nice and polite with nature. Provide all facilities with very helpful

First day the room given was not good as there was no hot water. Next day on request they had given a room with hot water. Timely hot water. Certain staffs are not cooperative and not even a smile on face. Fina day receptionist attitude overcome all these. Next time also i will stay there..

Not a good hotel at all, overpriced, no cleanliness, difficult to locate ,shady place,hotel staff don't care if you are not able to find the hotel,all they care about is they'll take your phone and give themselves 5 star rating, that's where most of the 5 star ratings have come from. Not recommended at all

Burst experience the hotel refused to stay booked through oyo and using rough language and asking to pay Rs. 1300.00 unless otherwise leave the hotel and they've totally refused the agreement made with oyo and they get 40 percent commission

Booked from OYO but after reaching they have denied the request of booking. Very desprespectful. Worse experience ever. This often happens on OYO. I SUGGEST DON'T BOOK ON OYO.

Dont book. Pathetic & Extremely bad . The guy on the reception ram Sharma calls himself the owner of the hotel but he just a staff and denied entry . We already paid full amount in advance online with Valid proof but they are rude and Extremely bad behavior people. This hotel should be black listed

Worst Hotel Experience i ever had in my Life. Staffs don't know how to behave with customer. They literally use to abuse and fight. Rooms are very conjusted and no lift/water/telephone anything available. I would recommend to go for some other hotel otherwise u will regret.

when I reached hotel , hotel manager refuse to give the room . He says that room are not available. OYO service is very shamful.My whole family suffer that day due to OYO. Very irr-responsible service from Oyo team. I am suggesting to ay one to book hotel from oyo.

Delay check-in; to hen asked after 1 hr the reseptionist carelessly replied what hayby waiting an hour; food is over priced; lift isn't working; AC doesn't work for 24 hrs; tv only gets a channel; at checkout they asked to open Oyo app for some OTP and they themselves gave a 5star review themself when asked why they are staying silent

Staff forcefully reviewing on google and oyo app. They just took the phone and giving the rating . I have edited after they given five star to themself . They turn off ac from central button every 2-3 hour fed up off calliing them . Just warm water they have given after 2 hour and 4-5 calls bedding were also dirty . I just came there after viewing rating but the rating is given by staff member by taking costumer phone . Just pathetic

A wonderful place according to me. I just stayed here for a day but felt in love with the property. We had an smooth check in because of great staff. The rooms were just amazing with best interiors and furniture. The price was pocket friendly so it was the best part i liked. A worth going place according to me.

A beautiful and spacious room with goog quality furniture was given to us post a hassle free check-in. I enjoyed during my stay in this hotel. Rooms are very well maintained and strict hygiene norms are followed. There was no problem in locating the hotel as well.

It was a fantastic hotel to stay in. I checked in smoothly as the staff was friendly. The rooms they offered in this budget was above the top. The ambience mall was the great mall i went which was near to hotel. Overall, a pocket friendly hotel with all the amenities given and great support staff.

Worst Rooms. Rooms are very dirty. Bedsheets are not washed. Toilets are not clean. Please don't believe those photos posted by them. They will switch off the AC in midnight. Mats are not clean very dirty. They gave room in 3rd floor, my mother couldn't climb step, so We asked for room in 1st floor they asked 300 extra to give room in 1st floor. I booked AC room, they told that I have booked normal room without AC and they charged 300 extra for AC. Location is not good. Very dirty place. It is very inside from main road. No auto will go to the place it is very inside. You need to walk to the hotel. staffs are very arrogant. Room floor is not wiped so, We asked to wipe the floor of the room many times, they told cleaner will come and he didn't came at all.
