recently
stayed
at
Hotel
Sterling
In
for
a
week,
and
I
must
say
I
was
quite
disappointed
with
my
overall
experience.
While
the
location
of
the
hotel
was
convenient,
it
unfortunately
did
not
make
up
for
the
numerous
shortcomings
during
my
stay.
First
and
foremost,
the
room
cleanliness
left
much
to
be
desired.
The
linens
and
towels
seemed
worn-out,
and
there
were
noticeable
stains
on
some
of
them.
Additionally,
the
bathroom
showed
signs
of
poor
maintenance,
with
a
leaky
faucet
and
grime
in
the
corners.
It
made
me
question
the
hotel's
commitment
to
proper
sanitation
and
hygiene.
The
staff's
service
was
another
letdown.
While
some
members
were
friendly,
the
majority
lacked
enthusiasm
and
did
not
seem
genuinely
interested
in
helping
guests.
Requests
for
assistance
were
met
with
slow
responses,
and
it
felt
as
though
I
was
a
burden
rather
than
a
valued
customer.
In
terms
of
amenities,
the
hotel
fell
short
of
expectations.
The
Wi-Fi
connection
was
spotty
at
best,
making
it
difficult
to
stay
connected
and
attend
to
personal
and
professional
matters
during
my
stay.
Overall,
my
experience
at
Hotel
Sterling
was
subpar.
I
expected
a
higher
level
of
service
and
comfort,
especially
considering
the
price
I
paid
for
the
room.
I
regretfully
will
not
be
returning
to
this
establishment
in
the
future,
and
I
would
caution
potential
guests
to
carefully
consider
their
options
before
booking
here.
