I opted for facial hair laser and i am really happy with the results. Loved the way they tell you about the procedure and deals with all your queries so patiently and professionally. Everyone here is so polite and special mention for Shweta, she is really taking care of my treatment not just professionally and also doing personal follow ups which makes youbtrust the brand more.

They are spamming me from last 1-2 years, never ever took their service, some stupid customer registered my number and i am getting unnecessary calls and messages for apportionments and feedback, i have even told their representative for removing my number from their calling list, but no resolution. I had the worst experience at Dermatech, Safdarjung enclave branch. First I saw a dermatologist who despite giving me an appointment was constantly in and out of the office. I patiently waited for my consultation to finish which was unsatisfactory to say the least. Then the worst part was that despite any proper in depth or understanding of my problem she recommended laser which burnt my skin for more than a month. i only did 1 session with them but the effects were horrible. I suffered so much and had to heal it with ice, cucumber, aloevera, cetaphil and homeopathy. When i told them to return my money (5000+ consultation+ products) they flatly refused. I decided to put this painful incident behind me and move on however till today i get marketing calls from dermatech including a while back. So I decided to post my review so others can be warned from going here. its a very commercial place and they don't really care about the person's wellbeing.

The Doctors & Technicians are well experienced. Staff is helping out by telling Do’s & Don’t by calling everyday. Clinic Dermatech is value for money.

Worst experience while iam taking signature facial of this branch my facial was complete I was feeling pain back side ear of my face this is first symptoms bell's palsy means facial paralysis after two days my back side ear pain increases and also water dropping of my eyes then that I was visit my doctor he asked me your face nerve loose. So guys please go this place.his staff and manager not taken their responsibility and not compensate me anything .

I have been a regular customer of Clinic Dermatech form many years. I love the customer service in Rajouri and Model town however i had the worst experience in Safdarjung enclave branch. They took the money from me happily for 6 setting of Signature facial however they completed the treatment in 10 mins. Usually Signature facial take atleast 25-30 mins however they were such in hurry to complete the facial that they skipped most of the procedure. I wanted to get my further appointment done in Model town branch since i was not not happy with the customer service of Safdarjung enclave branch. They took more then 2 days to send an email to model town branch after numerous calls. Due to this unprofessional behavior i have finally decided to follow some other brand rather then Clinic Dermatech.

All the employees specially Ms. Preeti the manager is very courteous with all the clients. Services here are top notch. Very well maintained and managed be it hygiene, quality of service and post service satisfaction, everything is a 10/10. During the COVID times I visited the clinic and I was pleasantly surprised at the number of precautions that were being taken. Net net everything here gets a 10 on 10 and I’m super happy with the services I have received here.

Clinic Dermatech is name which I will remember throughout my life. It’s the place whenever i recently had been for my face pigmented issues, which I was avoiding from last so many years till I met a friend who recommended me to go there and get it treated. I was always apprehensive about going and meeting Dr because I thought it might require multiple visits such treatments and due to paucity of time I was avoiding but this time thought let’s see … I my appointment was lined up on a particular day and I can’t believe .. I experienced highest level of professionalism in this center. The doctor checked me in few seconds and they applied a local medication - Doctor turned up equipment….Boom … it’s done … In just 3 more minutes … Thing which I avoided from years… They hold highest and best equipment’s available to for the treatment of various Dermatology treatments I would encourage everyone who so ever is reading this post to make a visit to this center and experience .. You will be amazed and you yourself will be motivated enough to write a review like I did… I wish all the best to clinic particularly Ms Preeti and led by his team and doctors..

I had requested for Dolly to do my facial but she was busy and Swati did my facial. No doubt I was late to the venue as my cab took a longer route and reached the clinic by 11:08 instead of 11 am, but the facial actually started at 11:23/24 am. I was tak end to the room by 11.15 and Swati came to the room by 11:19 am only to go back and get the machine. But the time things were settled and she was putting a cloth around me it was 11:24 am. At sharp 12 noon, Swati went to get the sunscreen. I was sitting up by 12:03 and signing the register. When I told her it’s not even one hour since the facial was started, she said advanced facial takes only 45 mins. This facial was over in 35 mins but I didn’t say that to her face. I’m really disappointed in today’s service as such an expensive facial but such a reputed clinic is done in just 35 mins. Needless to say, I’m never stepping into Clinic Dermatech again. Nor am I going to recommend it to any friend.

I called up clinic first at 10 am and then again at 11.05 am and took appointment for Dr Mansak. Was confirmed that Dr is available. Since, my residence is quite far from the clinic, I reconfirmed. But, when I reached there, staff said Doctor hasn’t come. Absolutely unprofessional working. They have no respect for others’ time. Would never recommend this clinic.

Bad hair transplant protect your money guys. They dont even call you for follow ups just waste of money. My hair are loosing more after hair transplant now 7 months completed still bald and they dont even sketched hair line well my whole family just sad be safe.

Took Roboderma anti-ageing face therapy at Clinic Dermatech today. My first time experience getting a medi facial and it was amazing! Clinic Dermatech did an excellent job introducing this 7 step therapy in India. I have booked another session already as it cleared up my face really well. The products are great! Prices are affordable too! Must try!

My experience at Clinic Dermatech Safdarjung has been deeply frustrating. Despite ten sessions of laser hair removal, I've seen no progress, leaving me reliant on waxing The clinic's appointment system is unreliable, leading to numerous cancellations due to machinery issues, technician absences, and renovations. This has been particularly inconvenient as I travel from Gurgaon. My complaints about the lack of results have been met with a consistent issue – they send a different technician after every appointment. These ever-changing faces have no idea about my previous concerns, making it impossible to hold anyone accountable. It feels like they deliberately avoid sending the same technician twice to evade responsibility Initially wanting facial treatment, I was pressured into a full-body service, with the technician taking full responsibility for guaranteed results. However, she left a year ago, leaving me feeling deceived and scammed. Despite having ideal characteristics for laser hair removal, dark hair and light skin, I've seen no results. Clinic Dermatech Safdarjung has failed to fulfill its promises, leaving me deeply disappointed.

My favourite skin clinic. I go here every month. And now I’m very familiar with the people there and have actually developed a good bond with some of them. I wanna give a shout-out to Preeti and Radhika . They’ve always been the best to me which is why I like coming back. And yeah Mehwish too! ♥️
