    They behave very poorly in this store. Anyway I just wanted to show to these employees I shopped at the flagship store in Paris. They behave much better than you. Behave yourselves in the Vasant Kunj store. I’m better than you always will be. Enjoy the picture from Paris peace out ✌🏻

    I have made purchases here specifically 3 times. I visited the store today and I am shocked at how classless these sales people are. There was a girl today was showing me some belts, another sales girl just kept talking over me to her other client. I would have taught her some manners had she been a guy. Anyway I hope the head office looks into the cameras and the staff behaviour. This obnoxious behaviour and taking advantage and playing the girl card isn’t done.

    Decent collection of the brand's bags. I find the SAs helpful and friendly whenever I drop by. Tends to get a bit crowded. Ms Aditi was extremely helpful in helping me purchase a bag.

    I bought a belt from lv banglore store and leather got damaged in few months only when i asked them to return it or exchange it they started giving me lame excuses i think they have given me duplicate belt but when asked them give me u r contact details or mailing address they started making excuses (Can u plz give me head office details )

    Within so many fake reviews, you read the real reviews which probably management is trying to cover up. The store people are rude! I would rather shop at other luxury stores. Instead of being judgemental if the SA did their job, they would have more sales and commissions- but their loss

    Pathetic staff actually that is also an understatement for the people in this store specially this girl I feel I can’t stoop down to your level to name you but see for urself what u are actually after all u are selling things at a store aka salesperson be it LV doesn’t matter at all, I don’t know after seeing so many negative reviews about staff nobody is taking any action this is bad marketing anyways good luck hope ur staff gets ur store at zero business.

    we bought Dauphine bag yesterday from emporio store new delhi , the dust bag was completely crushed and the bag was pressed . It's a very sad experience as we have been very regular customer . We had a wonderful experience while unpacking Dior bag that we bought yesterday. Would like to share this feedback with your store manager. , grateful if he can speak to else share his mobile. Please take it as a constructive feedback from one of your loyal customer who cares for the brand. My very best poonam chanana , also sent an email to your after sales team

    It's wonderful for a family type outing for groceries,a bakery, the vet,buying gifts etc. But extremely good for women who love fabrics & clothes..many designers & boutiques here, offering a variety of apparel ,at decent rates.

    Absolutely worst after sales support, let the support be far they dont even answer calls or have the courtesy to revert. I have seen brands which are not even 5% pricey as Louis Vuitton have a far better support and courtesy towards the customer. It is completely taking the customers for granted very clearly. I have shopped from multiple LV stores in many different countries. This is by far my worst experience, really disappointing

    Entered the lv store at Emporio today and an SA came to me asking if she could help me. I wanted to see small wallets. She took me to the drawers where they were untidily kept and while I went through the wallets, Ritu, the SA busy clicking away on her phone, replying to my few queries (the wallets looked old and the button on one wasn’t closing smoothly) curtly and going back to her clicking on her phone on what looked like Instagram. I chose a wallet, paid and Ritu handed me the bag without a thank you or anything. I’ve shopped here several times and always had good experience with the staff. Desiree in particular. Disappointed this time.

    The Louis Vuitton store in Delhi is incredible. It's got the perfect mix of a fancy vibe, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a bunch of awesome products.     Condescending and judgmental staff. Very poorly kept inventory. Sales staff leaves products unattended on counters and walks away fidgeting on their personal phones. Poor management. SO NOT AN LV EXPERIENCE

    COMPLAINT COMPLAINT COMPLAINT I had order 1 Men’s belt from New Delhi store - emporio mall , vasant kunj The lady - Soumya attended me. I had given her advance full payment on 15th November & my birthday was on 23rd November. She confirm me The delivery on 22nd November, that is Monday. But after calling her again & again she didn’t pick up the calls , I reached out again on the store. Which is around 25 kms away from my house. My wife reached there & what I had ordered the belt. The staff gave another model belt to my wife & took again 6,000 rupees addition ( I already paid 48,000 on 15th November ) I think if we order To any store & they took full advance from us. Don’t they note down the model number which customer had ordered …??? Again after my bday on 24th November. I reached to ur store ( 3rd time ) to change my belt. Which I didn’t order That day Soumya meet me & after waiting me for 1:00-1:15 hours. She told me That she didn’t find my belt in stock again. N she want 2-3 days to find it & she will call me to replace the belt. I asked her the maximum time. She said she want maximum 1 week time again to give me my selected model belt. But yesterday again after 1 week I called her 6 times from mornin 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. She didn’t pick up my calls & store number which was written on bills is not working. Pls don’t mind but any other Indian brand has More professionalism then LV now. This is just like selling goods at any wrong commitment & just to increase the company sales.

    Had the worst experience ever with customer service. They have the worst mangement and the staff lies and keeps on confusing to protect their mistakes. Shocked and surprised to get such service froma luxury brand.

    I had gone to collect my gift ( second visit- they do not stamp on Weekends- I was in constant contact with the store and even asked for stamping- they replied they will get it done the same day) (anyway, gave the product for stamping), but the lady tore the leather by stamping on the button. She was unapologetic. She packed the product and kept it ready on the door. ( I was told to come back in 45 minutes ). When I went to collect it, I wasn’t allowed to enter ( how embarrassing ), I literally check my products in the corridor. When I confronted her and she simply put the mistake on my head by telling me that it was my mistake that I wanted hot stamping ! Luckily, her senior instructed her to order a replacement piece. I was told collect the order ( my third visit for the same product) but she ordered a wrong product (there was a price difference of 4K), which they realised after the stamping was some. I was asked to pay for the difference (for an order I was gifted by someone else ). I just wanted to get out of this mess and literally paid and left. It was literally the worst experience, do not recommend LV Delhi store. Poor management, rude staff and honestly, they are unapologetic about it. There is so much more that happened but I shared what I thought was the most relevant. PS this wasn’t my first LV experience, I have shopped from so many other stores.

    My experience was fine .. the product’s were good .. not just good but top class .. but these pathetic people in sales especially a saleswoman by the name of RITU she is so pathetic .. i bought a certain item from the store n she assisted me not that too well n after few weeks she was like please drop me a good review on the Loui Vuitton customer review mail n she was like ill b always there to assist you but i called her twice to assit me n all she gave was cold n rude what not attitude .. i just wonder how can such good n top class brands keep a assistant like her .. pathetic they are

    Emporio is the most premium mall in Delhi. If I talk about Louis Vuitton. It is located next to Dior. Due to covid , waiting of more than 15-20 min is always there. Collection is very limited as compared to Paris and Milan.. I have faced availability of size issue many times.. Wish they add more collection to the store..
