I
am
writing
to
express
my
extreme
disappointment
and
frustration
regarding
my
recent
bus
journey
with
your
company.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory
due
to
several
issues,
including
a
non-functioning
air
conditioning
system
and
uncomfortable
seats.
Firstly,
the
lack
of
air
conditioning
on
the
bus
made
the
entire
journey
unbearable.
The
temperature
inside
the
bus
quickly
rose
to
an
uncomfortable
level,
causing
extreme
discomfort
for
all
the
passengers.
This
lack
of
proper
air
circulation
not
only
made
us
feel
suffocated
but
also
posed
potential
health
risks.
Additionally,
the
seats
on
the
bus
were
extremely
uncomfortable,
making
the
journey
even
more
unpleasant.
The
cushioning
was
inadequate,
causing
pressure
points
and
backaches
for
passengers
throughout
the
duration
of
the
trip.
Sitting
in
such
uncomfortable
seats
for
an
extended
period
of
time
was
not
only
physically
draining
but
also
negatively
impacted
the
overall
experience.
As
a
paying
customer,
I
expected
a
basic
level
of
comfort
and
functionality
during
this
bus
journey.
It
is
disheartening
to
think
that
these
issues
were
not
addressed
or
resolved
before
the
journey
commenced,
compromising
the
comfort
and
well-being
of
the
passengers
onboard.
I
kindly
request
that
you
take
this
matter
seriously
and
address
the
following
concerns:
1.
Improve
the
maintenance
and
functioning
of
the
air
conditioning
system
on
your
buses.
Proper
cooling
and
ventilation
are
essential
for
the
comfort
and
safety
of
passengers,
particularly
during
long
journeys.
2.
Invest
in
more
comfortable
seating
arrangements.
Good
quality
cushions
and
ergonomic
design
will
greatly
enhance
the
passenger
experience
and
prevent
unnecessary
discomfort.
3.
Enhance
the
monitoring
and
quality
control
of
your
services
to
ensure
that
passengers
are
provided
with
a
comfortable
and
enjoyable
travel
experience.
I
understand
that
unforeseen
circumstances
can
arise,
causing
temporary
inconveniences.
However,
basic
comfort
and
functionality,
such
as
air
conditioning
and
comfortable
seating,
should
be
considered
non-negotiable
for
a
reputable
bus
service
provider
like
yours.
I
hope
that
you
will
address
these
concerns
promptly
and
take
the
necessary
steps
to
prevent
such
issues
from
occurring
in
the
future.
