There are numerous types of Khadi and rural products brought from every part of the country. The only negative point is service. Employees don't bother much about customers. They need to be proactive.

I'd strongly advise you to steer clear of this place. It felt more like a government office than anything else. The place was dirty, disorganized, and chaotic. Nobody seemed bothered to tidy up or make things look presentable. The staff was a letdown, too. They lacked basic customer service skills and didn't seem interested in helping customers at all. It was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, the prices were sky-high for the quality of stuff they were offering. It just didn't make sense to spend so much. In short, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here. It's a poorly managed spot with unhelpful staff and overpriced items that don't live up to expectations. Avoid it if you can. Irony is that they have mahatma Gandhi statute right at the entrance who is known for cleanliness..lol!

A very good place for purchasing variety of Khadi products. You can buy clothes, hair oils, shampoos, kitchen food items, immunity booster products, agarbatti, dhoop batti, soaps, floor cleaner, hand sanitizer, hand wash, etc. Being new year, they are giving 10% discounts on other products and 20% discount on khadi products on 31-12-2020 & 01-01-2021. One must come and purchase Made In India products.

One of the best Khadi India in the NCR region. They have four levels inside the store. In the basement they have day go day ise products such as pulses, spices, cosmetics, cricketers etc. From Ground level till third level all kind of Khadi fabrics and stitched clothes are there. All ki d of traditional as well as modern outfits in Khadi are available. Good quality of stationeries are also available. Staffs are good and friendly. Security system is great. All Indians as well as tourists must visit this store for Khadi stuffs.

Excellent selection, huge space... Can easily spend an entire day here! The materials choice was really good too. So was the variety in the leather section (purses- awesome) and handicrafts! The honey and other grocery items are conveniently placed for monthly purchases... It was a really good shopping experience.

PATHETIC QUALITY AND UNREAL KHADI. I purchased 5 pieces of kurta fabric from khadi India. But just after two washes the colour of kurta is draining away. Besides their name is khadi but every process is not handspun, especially their weaving. The three process कताई, पुनाई, बुनाई, should be by hand. Various Gandhi ashram perform better in this regard

This place has the largest selection of creams and washes and treatments on the ground floor! I love it and visit everytime I'm in Delhi. The facial kits are my favorite and they are affordable and work great plus you can get many uses out of them. My husband has told me for the past two days my skin looks "amazing" and both days I did a different khadi facial kit. I like the chocolate anti wrinkle one even though last time I bought 4 of them 2 were moldy :( I'll just open the boxes right after I purchase them next time while I'm still there to make sure. Still love this place!

They have huge store in CP...you can find all kinds of ethnic wear shawl sweater here....I kind of like khadi herbal products as well....but the cloths prices are bit too much...if you are looking something in budget u won't b getting here anything..😅😅😅

The philosophy with which this store was established, and the rich history of Khaddar - a fabric of resistance as any resident Indian would know - are commendable. Having said that, not much about this store is actually that great; the location of the store, is pretty inconvenient because it's a short walk from the metro, and parking is a nightmare; able-bodied people may not mind, but we must consider the old, infirm and disabled too. The garments, produce and accessories are diverse in range and price. I found that visiting during sale days will get you some truly fantastic deals, but otherwise a lot is overpriced, and pure khadi is a myth nowadays. Heavy mixing of artificial fibres is prevalent. Moreover, most clothes don't carry the labels that explicitly mention the constitution of materials used, so the buyer is kept in the dark. A note to potential shoppers that the staff is rude AF, so please do your own due diligence, and don't rely on them for anything at all. Happy & intelligent shopping! Reduce, reuse, recycle.

In this place you will find a variety of things that are made in India. Nearby metro station is Rajiv chowk with gate number 7. Around 500 metre Nearby PVR rivoli, Indian coffee house, opposite (nearby) jain chawal wala. Sarvana bhawan is in close proximity. It has multiple floors, each meant for different categories such as men's, women's, grocery etc. They do accept cash, cards and UPI. There are many options to choose from. It is environment friendly and has swadeshi products. Only point that couldn't make one purchase many items from here is pricing. A little higher than usual products.

We went to change a payjama, because we wanted one size bigger. The security at the gate told us to meet another security lady standing at the table next to the security guard. This lady had a attitude of her own. She told us that this cannot be done today, as this saturday and her senior is on WO, and we have to come on a week day. We said that it is not possible for us to come on a weekday as we can come for shopping on a weekend. Frustrated we walked to a lady sitting inside at first floor and our meterial was changed without a question. The Khadi staff is extremely good, however the security which was a private agency was extremely rude and behaived as if they are owner there. I would demand that the lady security guard may be removed from her job, siteing the behavior and the wrong information and misleading the customers. People who are front ending customers should understand that their salaries comes from the customers only. Extremely unhappy and hurt from such behavior at Khadi CP.

Khadi India in Connaught Place is one of the biggest Khadi stores which houses natural, handmade products at three storeys. You can get almost everything in this place, from edibles like pickles, papads, fryms, snacks etc, toiletries including natural and herbal chemical free products which are one of my favourites, khadi clothes and many other products. It's a nice place to shop if you want natural, ayurvedic and chemical free products.

Its composit outlet for variety of Khadi and cottage industry products for kitchen , clothing etc. with justifiable cost. It's a great market place for incentivizing small artisans and village industry. However, its sales r determined solely by customers themselves. Staff is not found much tempting or persuading for sales promotion. If little assertive approach is adopted by sales team , results will be fantastic in volume and value.
