I got disappointed in this store just because the sales person was not interested in showing products and he directly said that we don't have more designs and he just showed only 1 tray wasn't expected from Kalyan they asked us thrice to change the seat. I will never visit Kalyan South extension again and I'll suggest my knowns to not to visit the store and they don't even deserve one star.

I had an amazing experience here. This is a huge gold and diamond jewellery showroom, located conveniently on the main ring road, very close to south ex metro station. The showroom has a wide variety of all kinds of jewellery. The staff is very polite and helpful. I went here to buy my wife an anniversary gift, met a sales person called Saurabh, he is a gem of a person. Saurabh helped us with all our product queries and other details and made sure we have a smooth and amazing experience. Five stars to Saurabh for helping us out brilliantly.

Kalyan was always my preferred jeweller till date but I am extremely disappointed after my today’s experience at south exDelhi store. I visited to buy gold jewellery but salesman at the counter was a bit rude and not welcoming. As a customer, it was not a pleasant attitude for me to face at the first place and I didn’t feel valued. Hence, I left the store without buying despite liking my chosen gold necklace set. I believe Kalyan needs to train their south extension staff on hospitality and communication skills.

Very nice ambiance, friendly staff...nice jewelry collection...i got best diamond set. They charged li'l bit high but it was beautiful so worth my price. Must visit once this mini store at south extension.

Our earlier purchase experience in 2015 and 2017 was good, but now it was not that much good. Their executives has also started behaving like other jewelleries shop who want to deceive their customers. Their process is also not that much transparent now as it used to be in earlier years.

One of the best jewellery showroom of Delhi. It has little parking space for customers. Very friendly welcoming staff. Lift is also available for wheel chaired person. It is a very large showroom with large numbers of salesman.

Pathetic experience in terms of commitment. We have opened the scheme for savings for 50K in the month of November and Manager at the centre has committed that they will provide the benefit as well as additional discount. However at the time of purchase they have outrightly denied for all the commitment. Though we have believed in Brand Kalyan just like Tanishq but they are not et all close to Tanishq when it comes to Servicing the customer.

Make sure that you check the product for weight physically rather than believing the tag, before making the payment because difference is found between actual and the weight in the tag.
