First of all I must say I had a tough choice as to which piece I would eventually buy! Each ring design was one-of-a-kind, truly living to it's brand name. My desire was to buy a ring for my birthday, my husband very sweet gift to me. My first and only thought was ZOYA. I visited the South Extension store in Delhi. The gentleman who assisted me throughout the process was Mr. Jatin Asrani. He was helpful, polite and very patient in showing me all the designs in my price bracket. The one I chose, had by mistake been given to another customer by their representative who was unaware that it had been kept aside for me. I was slightly disheartened upon hearing this. To my surprise, the same design was brought to me from their Bangalore store. I was overwhelmed by their efforts. I cannot thank Mr. Jatin, Mr Kapil and Mr. Manvendra Singh enough for all their efforts. Thank you. :) My experience was incredible and I thank you for all that ZOYA has done for me. I’m a regular Zoya customer from the time Zoya opened at GK (now South Ext.) I have always had a fabulous experience, be it the products or the service or simply the exceptional staff. Zoya South Ext has been brilliant! But during this pandemic I needed to buy a earring and right from sending me videos of the products, to sending me a huge range to choose from, to getting the delivery to happen (all without me stepping out of my house)...it was all so seamless! I was actually sceptic this time owing to the situation but Gaurav (Store Manager) as always was exceptional! I was honestly very impressed! Kudos and well done!
