Worst place for shopping. Manger yasing is too rude to explain she was talking to her relatives or someone instead of assisting me while I was in need when asked again then she misbehaved. Products r not worth buying. Don't waste your time to shop from Jaypore either online or offline. I never faced such kind of pathetic customer experience.

Purchased items from both ends of the pricing scale. Quiet disappointed. Glamorous pictures on the online shop are overly done with Photoshop indeed. Expect the real piece to look 30%less attractive the than the pictures. Prompt delivery tho 2.5

The online brand Jaypore now has a store in N Block Greater Kailash I. They have themselves quite a premium position on a corner, immediately visible when you enter the market. The space they have is quite quite huge, and it's very spread out, specially on the first floor section. But I am a little surprised at the utilization of that space. They have little alcoves with just a few things. While that gives a feeling of openness the problem is that there's only a small percentage of what they have online...say 20 percent. I've taken points off for utilization of space. So much more could have been fitted in. Why, for e.g should they keep the same items on shelves plus hangers? The same stuff in sizes should be out of sight in drawers. And why should am entire little room be given over you a handful of items? All the same, there is something from all departments and it's useful to go there and understand the materials and fits even if you prefer eventually buying online. You'll find the staff very helpful and involved in the products and that's something nice as you feel welcomed as a customer.

Recently both two kurtas from Jaypore from their online store. Quality of the products was really good. One of the product was a bit loose though. But I couldn't exchange it because of their strange return and exchange policy. They will exchange only if the customer receives a damaged good! So, now I have to go the local tailor to get the kurta altered. I was thinking of buying some more things from them but now I have dropped the idea. Still if you want to buy from Jaypore, choose items that are ready to ship and are sold under the label 'Jaypore and not from the sellers who take months to deliver items.

HORRIBLE SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE. I ordered the black Mojaris from them on June 23, 2021 for my brother in law's wedding. After 15 days in today’s dynamic times they tell me today that it will take another 7-10 days to ship the product. This is ridiculous and on top of it if I had not gotten in touch with you, I wouldn't know what is happening with my order. There was no communication from your end for this delay as well. As if they don't care. Really bad Jaypore!

Not good experience from online shopping.....order a bottom yellow color ikkat pants but when I recd the parcel it was a pyjama instead of pants......disgusting experience

Terrible experience with the staff. Specially Mimi- She was rude and not willing to listen. A cousin of mine who was travelling from the US came twice to the store but she behaved in a very bad way. They don’t care about the customers. The store was supposed to open at 10:30 but it did not open till 11 o clock and we were getting late. They staff was having a gala time and laughing but were not ready to open the store. Never visit them. They do not deserve business.

I am writing this for their online services.. the most fraud and pathetic services they have..if place any order, you have to keep on following them..their customer services people have mugged up one line and they gonna repeat the same line every time. refund is such a pain. i am waiting for my refund but all in vein.. do not trust this brand..its like "naam baade and harkat chote"...

I went to get a specific item: Indian lunch box. They didnt have it in store. I went all the way there for nothing. The clerk could have help me order it so I can get the item before I leave India. The store has beautiful quality items but you go on line choose what you want to buy but when you decide to go to the store you are very disappointed that the item is not there. The store should be down town lkke Connaught place too far.

The online store service is pathetic. I ordered brass lights , they called me after a month to let me know it's not COD. And now they r saying pay cash first then we sent your order after a month total highway robbery.

The N block store staff needs a lot more training and he manager needs to take out time to listen to the client and not take excuse of meetings to avoid grievances. Clearly nobody seems to care enough to address client feedback

I made n order online by them they delivered wrong product and they provide wrong info contact numbers. They made froud.

ALERT JAYPORE is a cheat- both for sellers and buyers. First, they charge 40% commission of sales from sellers. Which obviously goes from customer's pocket. Sellers will not sell it at a loss. Buyers you are better off dealing directly with the vendors. Note the company name under each product and contact the sellers directly. You will get it at 40% less. Now for sellers, they do not give the payments at all that they receive from the customer. Not even 60% of the committed amount that was signed in the contract. To us, Sohum Sutras, they have cheated too. The product was given to them on 14th February. Much before the lockdown. Then they gave the excuse of lockdown. Then one or the other excuse and now their office staff has adopted an attitude of "do what you can do." We are today 22June- more than 4 months. No wonder the company is in losses. It has been sold to Aditya Birla group but this group is another cheat group. BEWARE of Jaypore. It is a group of cheats.
