I had experienced from this hospital that here is parking issue for 2 Wheelers and 4 Wheelers because they don't have own parking. All vehicles stand outside the hospital and Traffic Police can tow your vehicle from the outside of hospital. If you stand your vehicle outside the hospital then that is your own risk, hospital can not take any responsibilities of your vehicle. Second thing is here is limited lift available. Management, Housekeeping and Security are not listen for any patient's problem. They are available for only arguments from patients and their attendants. So, if you're fit and fine use stairs only. Those lifts are only for Management, Housekeeping, Doctors and Security purposes not for patients and their attendants.

Pathetic service of reception staff and admission process. Nurses are least bothered about patients even in ICU room. Their diagnostic machines are not good and they charge very high amount in comparison of other good hospitals. Think twice before admitting your belongings.

I would like to express my Heartfelt Gratitude to the management and entire team of Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, West Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. My Mother was admitted and stayed there for around 5 days. He received Excellent care. All the Staff was very supportive and friendly at hospital (cleaning, food service, nursing, and all other support staff) . The hospital is well equipped with all Modern Facilities and amenities. Besides the above, the management should take initiative for parking facility for two wheelers & four wheelers. I was experienced that Traffic Police tow vehicle from the outside of hospital.

A private hospital with no parking facility. Visitors are forced to park their vehicles on the congested and narrow road runs parallel to the hospital full of "NO PARKING" boards. Police can tow your vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE HOSPITAL IN YOUR VEHICLE. THE PLACE HAS NO PARKING FACILITY. The staff is so ill behaved. It seems the place is run by govt employees. very poor nursing staff . staff only treat well trustee and their relatives . poorest hospital i have ever visited. if any trustee is your known only then visit to this hospital. they constructed hospital for their relatives only. DGHS and CGHS pannel must be reviewd and govt just remove this hospital from the list as they earn lots of money from employees however they do not treat them well.

People are just making money here. No idea about other patients, but in my mother’s case, we are facing a lot of challenges. Few staff & few doctors are extremely rude & showing negligence towards the patient. Since two days the referred doctor hasn’t come to check her reports, the staff told us that they are busy in surgery. I’m shocked to hear this that they are continuously busy in the surgery from last 48 hours & moreover they only have one doctor and cannot align any other.

My Grandfather was admitted here on 3rd of may and he was putted on ventilator at mid night because of breathing difficulties. After that day by day his condition got worse and doctors there also didn't showed any positive sign and always tried that we shouldn't shift our patient to other hospital because if we'll put him off ventilator he will die.He has been on ventilator for 12 days and never once did he opened his eyes , he was perfectly speaking and was had all sense of environment at our home even he filled his the forum by himself at hospital but within 12hrs they shifted him on ventilator. We showed our grandfather's reports to a different hospital and we got to know that if he was shifted to a different hospital his life would have been safe.

This is wrost hospital in the world. I lost my father. In heart commando staff is not well expirenced. Doctors are also careless. What they only need is money. We have reached at 2:00pm my father was fine. He had talked with us. After 4 hours senior doctors available. It's a request to you please don't go there. Staff told us that my father is fine now. You please go back to home within 15 minutes they called me and told please come to hospital as your father is serious. They shifted him in vantilator till I reached hospital in 10 min. Without ot they put pacemaker and wire. Seriously, if you want Your dear ones to be fine so please don't go there. It's better to go to government hospital.

If there was a negative or below that I would have given that. We took our dad from Haryana there after someone referred us for dengue, even after we had all blood tests, they ran again. It was ok for us but worst on it they took 36 hours to start the treatment. Being a team of doctors knowing he had a major heart attack in past, he was diabetic and had a very low platelets count, and with the age of 70 years plus they should have started treatment and kept running the tests later or along with that. I lost my DAD and I can't forgive such an inhuman place where they think about money. We did all..he was shifted to ICU, went on the ventilator, and 3 days they tell us he had multiple organ failures, are you for real..How can you call yourself a team of professional doctors? Why you make me lose him, we didn't get to say Goodbye you put pipes in his neck, and mouth and he was just unconscious after you took him in ICU...A hospital like yours should be closed. SHAME on such doctors who just think of money and take the life of loved ones of us, common people. I know no one hears the pain of others. But for those who want to take their loved ones..take to Gangaram or any other place where your family will be at least treated like human beings... I lost my DAD, save yours. I have been thinking for 8 months to post this...as I didn't wanted to post in my grief but this grief never ends, you took away my DAD...

It may be that the hospital is good but Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta (Urologist) is a very rude non-professional person. He is even not interested in listening to your pain. I would suggest, please spend your hard earned money and time carefully on these kind of doctors who is interested in making money only. If you reach him out for a headache only, he might suggest you to get the Brain surgery done.

Worst hospital ever seen in my life, lived in 9 countries and had experienced their medical services, this was referred by some doctor and found out to be a pathetic one in terms of transparency. No look out to patient in time, poor quality of services. Don't want to even discuss about it here, be at your own risk if you decide to visit.

Hospital is good on cleanliness but that is not the prime reason we come here for. My experience has been terrible this time. Many complaints - miscommunication - not providing enough info to the attendants - Doctor said we'd get USG done., but the nursing staff had no info for 3-4 hrs until we checked. - they treat attendants like beggars who pass their time sitting on the stairs, lawn or anywhere here and there.

You can not go for cashless for new born baby,even if you mediclaim panel (mediassist) covers well beings baby charges within mother maternity charges. Even worse mediclaim panels will also deduct some percentage for not going cashless in there cashless network hospital. Not recommended to baby delivery,if you want to go cashless.

Worst experience that led to the death of my loved one after torture for months. Nurses and doctors are incapable and rude. They changed the iv set on my mother with someone else's when we went for her dialysis . We noticed immediately and they did not even believe at first, but later admitted. I am concerned with what their system is but I can't comprehend how could a hospital do such a mistake that can be life-threatening for the patient.nurses come after an half an hour when you call them. Mostly with rude faces and tone. They discharged after 5- 6 days without even telling us that my mother had serious sepsis infection. After over month when her condition worsened we admitted here again(we didnt knew at that time that the doctors are incapable, we trusted them.), they told us she had sepsis and need to go to icu . Condition in ICU is worse than wards, here when the patient can't even speak. Nurses are uneducated, they injected sodium bicarbonate when doctor wrote saline. They don't even notice when the patient is not able to breathe. So many times face of patients turn blue struggling for oxygen but they won't care to notice. Either they will notice after the patient has been tortured for a long time or attendants tell them to clear the tube. Diapers were changed so late. Nurses talk rudely to /about icu patients to them.my mother could speak a little at that time but i understood when she told me to not call nurses/ayas after her diapers got dirty. Change et tube very late when infection has worsened or never change at all. I am not trying to insult this hospital.. My above review is purely our experience that we faced with certain nurses/doctors, and i did not name any of them. I don't know about this hospital much , maybe some people got good treatment here (because they met a good doctor). On that note ,I want to tell all those doctors and nurses,Please be good people first, be more aware of your patients , patients are first priority.please treat patients with honesty and integrity. Above all, please love the weak first and then the strong. We know hospitals can't save someone's life in after a point. But we didn't knew they can prolong the pain and give the worse Deaths.

My aunt was admitted to another hospital when she got a heart attack. She got recovered and was able to talk and eat food after preliminary treatment in another hospital. However, that hospital was not equipped to operate stents. Thus, we decided to go to this hospital unaware that we were pushing our aunt into her death bed. During the transfer in their ambulance, her health deteriot and these money maker gave the reason that due to traffic, her health declined. Nonetheless, after 3 days, they charged us 2.67 lacs for killing my aunt without any hesitation. Stay away from the hospital at any cost. We lost ours, but you can still save your loved ones. My two cents to these greeders, They did earn the money by doing such in-human activity, but they forgot that what goes around comes back around.

We came here for dnc process . Worst nightmare of my life. Never recommend anybody here.. registration process took 2 hrs. Treatment took 4 hrs that is ok. But billing and discharge took 9 hrs.it is when advance payment was already deposited in full .They are even slower then the sloth. Non professional. Least care about the patient. Rude behaviour . Nobody bother to give information to the relatives of the patient . Treatment was completed by 11.30 and final recommendation by doctors to discharge over by 2 pm. It took them 6 hrs to generate the final bill and another 3 hrs to give final discharge. I could have given minus if google allows.

Pathetic hospital.. writing this review while sitting in one of the economic rooms. Senior citizen patient suffering from pneumonia and high fever, after the suggestion of sponging gave by doctor nobody came. Requested 3 times, also no nurse or ward boy comes to check on dripping and other necessary care. Pathetic staff.. they keep on laughing and make noises (like school kids) in the corridors instead of knowing that patients need silence and calm space. Spending 5k on economic room but feeling like as if we are in municipal hospital worst decision of getting my parent admitted here

I request you not to visit this hospital if you really care about your loved ones. The hospital service is pathetic, they will treat your patient like they own you. The staff is very rude and will not even bother to listen to you. I was made to run from floor to floor just to get warm water for my patient who was thirsty for the last 17 hours post surgery. The walls are patched with tobacco spits. The room smells like a damped walls and there is no ventilation you'll frequently find yourself gasping to breath I'm lucky that me and my patient came out of this alive else their service would make sure to turn you into a corpse.

Doctors here are butchers. People keep saying here that the doctors are good, they dont know that these doctors will operate when it is not necessary at all.Dr. B.b. Channana is the one who put stunt in vain where it was not necessary, it was gastric pain and he operated, that caused heart failure. When our patient coughed blood continuously, he didnt even bother. He kept saying it is normal for 10 days. We visited him 5 times in 10 days. He kept saying it is normal. And finally we lost our man. I wish the doctor and his family face the same fate and pain we suffered.

Dr. Sadhna Gupta in gynae department appears to be solely focused on financial considerations. Despite her seniority in the medical field, she refuses to treat patients covered by CGHs panels, insisting on exclusively tending to private patients who offer higher compensation. It's disheartening, and perhaps the only response we can offer is disapproval.

Horrible just horrible. Money making shop with poorest of services. They said patient vitals are stable but authorize for ventilator in case it is needed. Just 30 seconds after signing the form they called that vitals have gone down and immediately need to be put on ventilator. No signs of life and yet they kept on ventilator for 2 days and kept doing costly tests. Stay away from this inhumane hospital. Patient on ventilator and yet charges towards physiotherapy added. Forced an ambulance for Rs.5000 and declined to provide death certificate by refusing to send doctor to home. Charged Rs.2000 towards removing tubes - all this after paying 2 lakhs of rupees. One of the doctor verbally told that they have been given huge targets to meet and this is normal in this hospital.

There was no cleanliness in the so called ICU I saw by myself staff were sleeping in the ICU, this is what hospital is doing with everyone. Along with my father I have seen 5 deaths in a week. Maharaja Agarsain Hospital located in Punjabi Bagh main road that is on national highway from Delhi to Rohatak. It has all modern medical facilities from 24hr emergency and opd to surgery. This hospital is run by Agarwal society on so called charitable basis. One thing that you get good and cheap canteen facility 24 AR for attendnts.

I feel like services/quality of staff/dedication of doctors all have gone down bigtime. They started be more focused on making money then providing services. Don't recommend it further!

Dr RL BHAT IS a gastroenterologist whlo visits magh. He is the worst doctor and sitting to loot poor peoples money. He writes unnecessary tests and doesn't even talk for 2 minutes. He insists to see him privately to charge high fees. These type of doctors should be prosecuted by IMA and there medical license should be cancelled.

This place is getting worst and worst , my father was admitted for asthamatic case in the ICU and whenever we put a question to the doctor like is there any estimate when he will be ready to be back home the doctor is like "abhi man hai abhi le jao 2 din bad man ho tab lejana ya 5 din bad le jana" is this an answer you will expect from an mbbs when a guy is worried for his father who is still serving in defence . Just pathetic. Hectic experience I had the staff just wants to increase your bill somehow they always have thousand formalities even I asked can you just discharge my father I will take him somewhere else because my father was now stable and talking I just didn't trusted this hospital at all if I am paying for a private hospital being a middle class person at least I will expect good care for my father . Go to hospitals like bl Kapoor ,Fortis instead if you are paying at least you will feel safe leaving your parent in that environment with the staff

Had a wonderful experience in Maharaja Agrasen Hospital. I was admitted for 3 days. All staff was friendly and very supportive. Nursing, Food Service and House Keeping was very good. Special thanks to Dr. Deepak Gupta and Dr SK Sahoo. They explained me the procedure performed very well and also guided for post operative measures and follow-ups.

Very good hospital . Patient care is at the topmost priority here . The cardiac unit (heart command) is the best ..💕👌 All the cardiologists and the staff are good , well trained and experienced in their fields . I wish u all to keep up the good work and stay the best ❤️😊 .

Doctors in this hospital are useless unqualified and the services are totally useless and their billing department is just to make money my friend's wife was admitted for the whole week and she took money 1.30 lakh. They are unable to identify what is the problem. The problem still remains. Seriously, and they are threatening to my friend do not post anything in social media. And they're under threat from my friend throughout the hospital if any action is taken by him.

5 star bcoz of negligence of their doctors team. My mother admitted to emergency under low sodium in ICU, later two days she was on oxygen supporter in ICU due to oxygen dropped down, reason lungs had pneumonia TLC count was 26400 on third day and that is why suddenly oxygen dropped. On first day of admission as per blood report TLC was 17000 but there was no treatment given, only working on low sodium case. It was shocking for me to understand highly negligence of treatment given to my mother. If doctors would have treated her well on first day of admission then she wouldn't be under so critical situation in ICU. Maharaja Agrasen Doctors are really incapable to handle major case, they can treat minor illness only. I raised their doctors negligence to hospital chairman also why this kind of life threatening negligence done to patient on admission. Next day Senior doctor Mr Kapil said if you want you can take your mother home or can consult other doctors for satisfaction bcoz they knew they had done mistake,not treated patient correctly, that is why doctor said such statements to me. Asked doctor why she being treated earlier when infection was minor, patient oxygen level was ok then why not taken action immediately. Their failure made my mother condition serious. Also for every single thing we had to call nurse when my mother was in ward initially. Sorry from nurse doesn't work everytime boss. My mother condition was getting down day by day, they kept in ICU for 5 days. Unfortunately I lost my mother my world just bcoz of highly qualified doctors working in Maharaja Agrasen. Don't recommend at all for major illness, would suggest BLK max Sir ganga ram. Even I went for second opinion to BLK Max hospital for my mother case. He also said this is big failure of doctor.

It is a private hospital but you can use out patient departments on a budget of 70 rupees only . Economical weaker section can visit free of cost

The services of this hospital are pathetic although doctors and nurses are good. Air conditioners are not working on 6th floor. We are here for 3-4 days and the staff is saying we are working on it and working on it but there are no results we are complaining continuously and they don't take it seriously. In this hot summers they charging you for ac and instead giving fans only . This will only lead to the downfall of reputation of hospital .

One additional star for the surgical department and the doctor who actually did the treatment in my case. This used to be a good hospital in past but now only a few good doctor are left, most of the doctors are money minded and since they are working for a very long time with this hospital and now they hold senior positions. Our family doctor advised us to take a 2days hospitalisation for a very minor surgery without any cuts and same was done was hospital doctor as well, but hospital's medicine doctor said that it is a 28days medicine course and we cannot discharge you before that, and for a economy bed and 4day I was charged around 80k. Which is very very costly.

wanted to give 0 star but no option for that here. 7 hrs into admission of patient suffering from Dengue and no doctor visited niether any test reports came which other wise would take 2-3 hrs. The experience is absolutely terrible, the ward boys just tossed around my incapable of walking grandfather, the level of negligence is concerning, kindly visit a decent private hospital instead. They don't even allow any care for patients until the files aren't done which their staff took 30 minutes to handle.

Charges Rs 4250 for miscellaneous charges, actually this is corona cess hospital is charging. Hospital is not hygienic, Cockroaches can be seen wandering here and there. Administration is very poor, administrative staff give you headache by diverting you here and there. Only positive about this hospital is doctors. They give you proper time. I express my gratitude towards Dr BB Chanana sir for his services.

Worst hospital! No facilities for patients, no treatment, no care, not even poor rather 0.. Our family member was admitted in this hospital and immediate attention/treatment was needed, but this trash hospital delayed the action for 6 hours..And consequently we lost our beloved one due to the lack of facilities.. Moreover the doctors and nurses lacks sense here, they don't even know 'C' of care, they keep on lingering the process till the end when the patient is about to give up their life... We lost our member, but please you don't.. Spread the truth of this shabby hospital... Not even recommend this in negative values... I wish this hospital gets sealed and the lives of some are saved by not getting admitted in this 'garbage' in the name of 'hospital'.

Visited for Dr hemant kalra, one the best doctor, Listened my problems and also explained why this allergy happening and how to cure it .. Kalra sir staff's are good well mannered and cooperative Specially 6 ft wle bhaiya and bp check mam.. But one thing the administration and the computer staff are slow many are busy in there phones and not listen us well.. Overall dr kalra visit is I recommend must..

Till three years ago it was a good hospital. It was a relief to be here. But this time the experience was terrible. Especially with the cardiac care department. My patient with renal issue was initially taken in cardiac ICU for a possible cardiac complications. She was stable within two days, apart from unexplained infection. We kept on asking the doctor to look into her kkidneys. But that was ignored. Finally we insisted for a URO consult saying that we are paying for it. Immediately it was figured a possible case of sepsis in kidneys. Nephro came and within a day with a tiny procedure she got relief. The uro wanted to discharge her within a day. But the cardio team insisted on keeping her in cardiac care. Funnily the doctor confessed there is no cardiac issue yet he kept her there. She should have not been taken to heart command but normal ICU. Even if they took her to heart icu initially, they should have shifted her under competent internal medicine nephro/ uro. Not only this increased our bill, my mom did not get the care she needed. They were busy keeping her trapped in heart icu while her kidneys were swelling with pus & infection . Their only saving grace was their nursing staff and admin which really cooperates and wants to help. Nursing staff - homely but are not efficient. Many tests were delayed and were sent after us pestering them and reminded them of tests. Please do not go for their cardiac care. The doctors are money minded and inconsiderate. You wont matter to them. They don't explain the issue and won't listen to the patient. Twice we were prescribed medicines which are nephrotoxic when patient has compromised kidneys. The biggest problem is that they compromise patient care for money making. We didn't meet the nephro for four days while her creatinine and urea constantly increased. They pushed a patient towards renal failure because heart command wanted to make money. It qss not their case and that was clear on the second day itself.

I never recommend this hospital, only money making hospital. Even you have any policy never admit in this hospital. Govt hospitals are better than maharaja Agrasen hospital punjabi Bagh delhi.

Worst service in emergency. For simple dressing of a finger these people are charging 845 rupeee. This hospital is trying to rob people. Pathetic staff , ill mannered. They do not let you meet your patient ,guards and nurses talk very unprofessional ly. Poor management.

Very poor managment, no proper staff, my mother is hospitalised for her knee surgery, no proper medication she is receiving, no single staff visit for chk up after surgery, night time she is having lot of pain but no one to take care or give any medication, no staff member. Very shameful.what you need is only money, after talking money,you dont care about pt.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the staff at Maharaja Agrasen Emergency ward, specially Mr. Tushar. He handled my 4 year old child with extreme care and compassion in the middle of the night. Entire team was very responsive and helped my child while he was having difficulty breathing.

This is the most pathetic hospital I have seen in my life. I request you not to consider this hospital in any situation as this hospital services is very poor and bad. Hospital management is very bad and indiscipline even they are very rude and they force to pay in cash even if you have mediclaim. My one month baby was admitted as he was suffering from nimoniya and high level infection. from day one they force me to deposit cash and they rejected my insurance policy also. Hospital bill was very high and they force me to pay all money in cash. I requested them to wait for my insurance claim but they denied to accept my policy. These people are looting in the name of medical emergency. Such a bad hospital and bad people they are. God will see these kind of people.

This rating is for the staff who are working in Maharaja Agrassen Hospital. I mistakenly forgot my wallet while paying the payment in the counter. Mr. Rama Rao Sir whis is Security incharge got my wallet and called my number after getting from my DL. He took all care of my wallet and handed over my Wallet after checking my details. I heartily thanks Rama Rao ji for taking care of my belonging.

I came for OPD. I bought medicines from my nearby Chemist shop. Because I have to get first Not Available NA from my DGEHS dispensary. For reimbursement from my department. I needed hospital stamp on my pharmacy bills. But hospital staff denied to put hospital stamp because I purchased medicines from out side and asked to get the bills first signed by concerned doctor. It is just harassment. Therefore I have to once more visit the hospital and wait for Doctor to put signature.
