Hospital is nice situated at calm environment. Staffs are friendly. We went for my dad's surgery via pristine experience was very nice. I was hesitant after seeing 3.5 rating but it was nice experience. Want to thank the nurces and other staff's for taking good care of my dad.

My 2nd day of admission here after a minimaly invasive septorhinoplasty surgery through pristine care.. Hospital environment is very good. All doctors, nurses and paramedical staff are well trained in their profession and very patient friendly. Attendant and cleaning staff are very dedicated and provide timely services.Alltogether a very pleasant experience. Surgery done through Pristyn Care. Hospital staff was very cooperative. Cleanliness is at best. Few mismanagement as I went through third party otherwise everything worked fine.

I have undergone my Rhinoplasty and septoplasty at Irene Hospital through Pristyn care. Reception staff not at all patient friendly. They are rude and unprofessional..... I had to swing between Pristyn care and hospital to get my stitches opened. Doctors were not available, when it is required for the patients .... Never ever go through Pristyn care ..

This is the best hospital for Kidney Stone treatment in Delhi. I accompanied one of my friend here & had consultation with Dr. Majid. He took good care of my friend & suggested ESWL treatment as the stone was not that big. The treatment was done after 2 days & the whole procedure finished in just 2 hrs. Staff was very polite & took good care of the patient. Results are good.
