One of the funniest places in town!! I went there for my annual medical checkup and found that the staff there is hardly paying attention. The staff seems unprofessional. The person who was authorized to take my blood sample dropped the needle twice on my foot, thus causing excessive bleeding (hopefully that wasn't his way to taking a blood sample). The person on the ultrasound was again unprofessional. My father has a stone, and he couldn’t find it until my father pointed it out. In addition to the above, the staff asked me about my weight because their machine was not working, asking me if I have weak eyesight even when they see me wearing spectacles. I would have given 0 star if I had an option. Not going to recommend this place to anyone.

It looks a small clinic from outside but when you head inside the clinic is really big. It has two floors in total. A very good clinic overall. Friendly staff with cleanliness of the clinic. The doctors are good. Had done my tests and got the documents that time only. They also have a canteen which serves delicious food at very affordable prices. Also the best part is the apollo pharmacy is attached to the clinic...so no need to head for another pharmacy to purchase your medicines. Overall a wonderful experience

This review is about Apollo clinic, Rajouri Garden, block C. NOTE- BREAKFAST MENU ATTACHED !!! From the outside, it has a short entrance and equivalent to two shops, but it has wide area inside. It has two or three floors and spacious numbered rooms for each test for example, for x ray, room number 7 is alloted and for X ray, room no. 13 is for stool and urine collection, room no. 5 is for ECG. Other facilities are ultrasound, vision test, audicity test for hearing, etc. TOTAL TEST TOOK 5-6 HOURS i.e. from 8 am to 1 pm For ultrasound, you have to drink many glasses of water prior to ultrasound to increase the urinal pressure. For ECG, glued vacuum spoons are put at the chest and observed in the screens for the zig-zag peaks which are highs and lows, and they are compared with the standard good heart beats and the bad ones. The doctors are very friendly and cooperative & they describe you about the test prior to performing the text. There are 2 blood tests, one before breakfast during the 10-12 hours fasting session and the second blood test after taking the breakfast from the cafeteria. If the breakfast is included into the package, then they will give the breakfast which includes mainly - a cheese n salad sandwich, a green Lipton tea, a bowl of ground oats (may be low-oil fried semolina) and third was yellow poha

I took Religare health insurance and got a free checkup from them and this clinic was registered with them. Its quite a nice place for health -checkups. Neat & clean too. Better to go on weekdays to avoid long waiting time. Staff is helpful but little rude. employees are usually busy in chit chats with one another. receptionist was busy on personal call fir more than 30 mins. i booked appointment through Religare app and i got half and hr. appointment time. all the test took place in 40 mins so thats ok. eye check up was worst. its without lenses test. so all that accumulates 4 star for this clinic.

1.Test were planned systematically but there was lot of delay in ultrasound as the person who takes care of this division comes only at 1030 where the patient are been called empty stomach :-(. 2. The lady in the ECG test room had argument over mobile call with someone before my turn which resulted in an arrogant behaviour from her side. She was not at all polite 3. Gynae appointed for PAP smear test was looking for nurse to conduct pap smear test and in the absence of the nurse staff on27 Jul she asked me to check with staff around that in case nurse is not available who will help Gynae to conduct the PAP smear. Her mood was upset due to which she conducted the test in a very rough manner. I had to say no for further check up. 2.walks in were given preference over corporate annual/pre health check up 3. The PFT machine is not working since a week and to avoid this test which is part of annual health check up and seperately @900rs was being discouraged by the staff by giving lame excuse of COVID. Please dont use COVID as reference for the machine which are not in working condition. 4. Male staff who received my call on 4th day for follow up disconnected my call without responding to my query and upon dialing again he kept on disconnecting the call by lifting the receiver and keeping it back . 5. Except two ladies at the reception were professional whereas the rest staff is not. 6. PAP smear test takes 4days where as the rest dont however its 4th day I am yet to receive my reports via mail :-( No body come to clinic and Lab with choice so please try to be humble with patients than rude. Your behaviour makes lot of difference in people life. I encourage the staff to bring humility

It is a worth place to go for any health checkup. I had to wait for more than three hours to get an ultrasound done, even after taking appointment. Please do not go to this centre if possible. If an appointment has been given it should be respected.

I recently visited the Apollo clinic for my annual health check up. All the investigations were done quickly and staff was supportive. They promised that the investigations report will be send to my email ID. However, I have not received any email related to investigations report. Upon calling them, the Apollo executive there simply said that the email has been sent to your company. When I asked to which email ID, he said whatever was provided by you and ultimately put my call on hold. Since then I am trying to connect with Apollo executives and they simply close my call. Really very bad experience. Not recommended at all

This clinic is very good in everything from the cleanliness to the behavior of the staff. You will get all kinds of medical checkup facilities in this clinic. Friend, here you will find very good Ortho doctors, along with other doctors also, who do a very good checkup for you. The biggest convenience here is that you do not have to waste your time for any test, every test becomes possible very quickly. If you want to go to this clinic, then you will find Rajouri Garden metro station next to it, from where autos will drop you for 10 to ₹ 20, so the network will leave you comfortably and if you come by bus, then you will find the nearest metro station next to this clinic. Bus stop is also available.

Very Good Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Centre with latest technology. Therapy given here is one of the best in the nearby area. I give 10/10 to this Physiotherapy Centre as personal attention is given to every individual beside regular and close watch on the progress in your treatment.

Worst lab I have ever visit. Doctor don't know what precautions should take with pregnant lady. Please don't ever visit this lab for ultrasound.My friend visited their and Doctor pressed her stomach so hard even after knowing about pregnancy and now we need to rush to hospital due to their negligence

I wish I could have given half star if that was possible, the staff is extremely rude especially when there are no doctors and patients around. The moment I entered they asked me to wait without even asking why am I there. I waited for 2 min for literally nothing. The thin lady with a bun with blue kajal and hair band (Manjeet) was just extremely rude. But when patients or doctors are around she is becomes extremely polite. She told me that there are no doctors available at 1pm and asked me to come the next day. I went the other day for and ultrasound. I asked them in 30 min and 44 min while waiting about the status and was asked to sit saying that your name is in the list later finding out it was not there. Then asking me why is it not on the list and started literally intorigating and getting frustrated on me. They made me wait for 1 hour for ultrasound and then told me the doctor has left. My friend has called the reception (Jaspreet) for her appointment. She was even rude to her and disconnected the call on her phone. Another of my friend got hit reports wrong. This unprofessionalism and unnecessary rudeness is absolutely not acceptable.

The main doctor (Dr. Amandeep Singh Narang) does not care to wear the mask while meeting patients. He came very late to the clinic, making everyone wait for him. The support staff, reception staff and technicians are good.

The service of the clinic is really bad. I visited them for health checkup and they delayed the whole process. On the day of the checkup the doctors where not available to support and after 2-3 days the reports where expected to be delivered, however, even after multiple follow ups I was not able to get my reports. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Worst service….Dr. Amardeep Narang don’t do proper treatment, he just make patients depend on painkillers … I personally don’t recommend them at all.

Recently I completed my annual health checkup in this Apollo centre. All staff are very cooperative to schedule tests in time. I appreciate support from Nisha Chadha(Admin/HR) who share my reports proactively.

One of the worst labs I have seen in my life ,no commitment, no timely updates about reports, unprofessional staff,TMT machine remains malfunctioned all the time ,HR(Ms Dimpy) is busy lying and manipulating patients 🤮🤮, So called eye tests in which no standards are maintained, poor sanitation and Dustbins are over packed 1 out 10 .Don’t go there instead visit some Government run labs they are far better then these fraudsters 😤😤

Worst experience, 1. Crowded like fish market. 2. 9 am slots given for tests but our turn came at 12:30 pm, for this also we have to beg that our 5 year old child has not eaten since morning. 3. For ECG three to four peoples diagnosed in one room in hurry. 7. There is no consultation after tests. Please keep away.

Very unprofessional staff, ECG is done by making the patient stand, no proper tools are used. Doctors comes late by 9:30 if you have an appointment of ultrasound for 8am.

They are unprofessional. They call you at 8 and will have you started at 10, doctors are not on time always. They spent 30 minutes to find the hard copy of reports when I had an appointment. Infrastructure inside is quite old and needs improvement.

Staff is polite. In corona times they should take more precautions on how people should sanitize their hands before entering the premises and sitting arrangement should have been changed accordingly.

Pathetic experience. They take more than 2 days to give you the reports for simple blood test. On top of that they force you to take some card worth 1000 INR. They don’t understand the severity of patients conditions. When you call them, they put your call on hold. In today’s world, every diagnostic centres are so advanced that they send the reports in mail, but Apollo clinic doesn’t have that facility also. I will never recommend this clinic.

Wow!!! Such low in service. I called them once to ask for my report. One contact person said its ready, other said to come on monday. When i called for confirmation they disconnected the phone. When i called again just to ask if they mail the reports. Guess what, they disconnected the call. Not going there again.

Visit here if you want to test your patience. They have th ability to irritate u to any levels. If you want to get any tests done, Delhi govt hospitals are better than Apollo. Apollo clinics makes u wait for at least 1.30 hours to accept ur form. If u are lucky u can get ur test done on the same day. And they will treat u as if you have borrowed money from them. All this just because they already have your money in advance. The receptionists have taken rudeness to different levels. Never ever fall in their trap.

This is one of the worst testing centre i have ever been. I wont recommend this to anyone not going again ever in my life Its been 4 days i have not received my wife reports and the same happen with me, i received my reports 1 week late. Also there are serious mis management while managing queue and people have to wait for hours to get the test done , staff behaviour is worst , when try to reach to get the reports status they dont respond to call and nor provide any status of the report., i am going to lodge a formal complaint against this test centre now

Bad service👎I went there for annual checkup through my company I got worst service. I m unsatisfied with this clinic because of the Dr. Pushpa Vasudeva which is consultant of Gynaecologist. She was rude when I went for pap smear test in the room all time she replied very rudely and misbehaved when I was asking some questions again for clarity. Worst experience of my life in a medical setup. This clinic extremely unhygienic, if a patient is going for a urine sample, he/she will definitely get infected because washrooms are extremely dirty. There’s no drinking water to create pressure for ultrasound. Internet isn’t working. Staff is highly unprofessional and they do so much of bulk testing that I myself saw the reports getting mixed up and samples too! The doctor said your bp is very high and when asked how much it is, she said 120/80. I told her this is normal not high. She was so confused herself. Please don’t waste your money here.
