This is another listing of the same clinic which is otherwise rated 2.3 and after coming here I understand why. 1) Staff isn’t uniformed, you don’t know who is staff & who is a patient. 2) Doctors come late. However, Doctor Was swift at her job. Don’t be fooled by 4 star rating. Better spend your time & money elsewhere.

Receptionist not only one.... All of them(receptionist) have bad behaviour towards patients, they are laughing and call patients by "O Bhai", "Payment Kardai", "Nichai Chaleja", "Pointing finger to call people" Customer wants service with politely manners. Customer never wants to feel disrespect in any how. Even some tie-up company should take it seriously like "Pristyn Care". Otherwise no one don't want any treatment/Surgery from Pristyn care. They are behaving like this.. This can effect you a lot in many manners. In front of me lots of people complaining about same. They are taking advantages of nearby MRI centre, I feel this place are MRI scan centre hub. Please go for nearby centres not here... Charges range ₹5000-6000. I my case, I was helplessness because of third party payment and treatment. & I already aware of this place through Google reviews and I can say Yes they are like this 0 star rating. Before MRI scan I informed about all reviews to Pristyn care, They said that we are taking responsibility to MRI report of any wrong with reports. Let's see. What will happen.. If there any edits through me that is mean. Reports have some problem. Otherwise reports are okay. I attached some pictures of receptionist...they are the person I written about... Horrible experience. Firstly they charged a hilarious amount of money for a scan. They asked for 8000 rupees for an ankle mri. The upper floor was sooo crowded, no AC in the waiting room, the building was filled with the smell of people’s sweat. It was so hot, I felt like I was about to die. Then they only informed me 20 minutes later that my scan was actually going to be done downstairs. When I went there it looked like a homeless people shelter, unsanitary, people putting dirty feet on the seats. The staff not wearing any uniforms. They made me wait 1 hour, even though there was only one person before me. Every time I asked what was I waiting for they just kept saying “5 minutes”. For the price I paid I should have been in a new, modern hospital but that place was just disgusting and pathetic. I highly don’t recommend

Useless center. Just a money making center. They don't value your time. Keep you waiting in the sitting area for minimum 1:30 hrs for any test. I have been twice to this center & faced the same situation both times. The staff is not at all cooperative. On asking where is the doctor they keep on saying he is coming & that doctor comes after 1:30-2 hrs. I won't suggest anyone to visit this center nor would be sitting self for any test in future.

All the 5 star reviews are fake for this centre. First of all you have to waste lot of time to find out this centre and again waste more time inside the centre. You have to follow the staff's useless suggestions that go here and there. None of them can help you properly. Please don't waste your time for this centre. Now this is proved that most of the medical labs or institutions are just looting the people in place of providing the good services by making them fool.

Don't believe the high star ratings... they are fake. Such pathetic service that I can't believe..., The medical field requires a lot of compassion and sympathy but in this so called health square , there is no seriousness towards patients conditions, no discipline, staff is ignorant , callous, only glued to their cell phones , no uniform to segregate patients from staff and the list goes on and on. The worst part is waiting for the reports/test to be done after the payment. They will make you wait untill you are about to die.. no sync between different departments... I am speechless that how a disorganised centre is still not inspected.. it should be shut down...

Very poor service. Booked an mri reached there. They send us to apple imaging hauz khaz saying that this service will be done there. Then apple imaging receptionist made us sit for an hour . Saying that they are confirming the booking. After one hour wait he told us that he can't do the mri as machine are not working. and then I got a call from healthiens that there is some payment updation issue. . Not recommended strongly.

Terrible experience, unprofessional and careless staff. Went there for my brother’s MRI. Firstly they were unable to find vein for saline. After much struggle it was injected incorrectly and the hand got swollen. After complaining they tried again only to leave the cannula without a lid which led to lot of blood loss. If I could, I wouldn’t give it even a single star.

People sitting in the lab are highly uneducated, they can't even read simple English. Online test booking was done through Healthians and printouts were given to the patient to visit lab and undergo tests. Printouts were clearly reflecting booking details, money paid and patient details. Still the staff made the patient wait for long as they were not agreeing about the booking details. Lab owner and staff are highly irresponsible, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. AVOID GOING THERE.

Worst service ever.. one should came here if he want to be humiliated by there service and waiting time.. they just keep your number postponed and entertaining others in the basis of some reference or may be some bribe. And if you are lucky to have ur scan then they will give ur report next day in the evening.

Won't recommend the lab to anyone, they have differentiated prices plus huge waiting time. The response from the medical team is extremely poor. The medical team needs to add some basic humility and less ego to themselves.

Worst service. I haven’t seen anyone slower than them. They took more than 3 hours to just give one x ray film (not report, I was asking for just the film so i could get it referred by the doctor). But they kept on giving excuses saying the machine is not working, “coming in 15 mins”, “almost done”. Humiliating experience. They get patients who are sent to them from shops outside AIIMS get no 1(Yusuf Sarai). I guess no legit patient walks in here. Would suggest to go for a reputed lab instead of this mess.

Horrible service. Absolutely disgusted with the staff. Delayed in servicing. Was promised to get the tests done within ten minutes (having it booked early), had to wait an entire hour. Quite filthy place as well. It's extremely hot and they refuse to switch on the AC. Absolutely not professional at all. The clerk at the reception desk is unbelievably rude. Not just that, he's also inept at his own job. He was quite blatantly mocking people. He refused to get the tests done without speaking to a doctor which is absolutely needless for something like xray. When I got the doctor on call, the clerk at the desk couldn't even understand the doctor speaking English then LIED saying the doctor had been speaking some other language, hence he doesn't understand. He makes rude remarks at people. Thought out the time he was giggling around with other staff. It's honestly appalling. I'm extremely shocked and quite honestly have no idea how they are still in business.

Worst service ever, Patients are in queue, but the lab assistants are busy in gossiping, having ice creams and spending their gala time. Less professional, no respect for patients time. Zero hygiene maintained.

I had a fibroscan two days ago at one of the top health centres in Delhi. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the facilities are cutting edge.

everyone who is wise must realise why the waiting period is longer here. The reason for this is the large number of patients who want to be scanned here because of the high quality of the reports. Keep up the good work, health square!

the medical experts in this region have a lot in common in their opinions and are quite skilled at doing exams and other responsibilities. If I have any type of illness, as a matter of health, I have myself examined for such disease. The best fibroscan in south and north Delhi.

The local physicians perform their examinations and other tasks expertly and share a lot of similar views. If I suspect I have a sickness of any type, I have a pathology test done on me. South and north Delhi's best fibroscan facilities.

I obtain these scans for my family members on a regular basis and have never had an issue. The reporting is good, and my physicians are pleased with the level of detail.

A well organised and nicely maintained diagnostic centre with best reporting system...ultrasound department and the doctor is the reason i will ask ever patient to go there for there check ups
