The team at Diana Rae are top notch! I was amazed by their support and transparency throughout the process. As someone not completely versed in the ring/jewelry world, I was comforted by their dedication and detailed knowledge for all of my questions. My only small complaint is there was a bit of a drop off in said communication. It was extremely nerve wracking in the moment but turned out to be an innocent accident since I requested keeping communication on email which is not their traditional means to communicate. I would definitely come back time and time again for any and all of my needs

Diana Rae Jewelry helped me with a custom engagement ring and the entire process from start to finish was amazing. Although I am located in a different part of the country, this was by far the best design process I've been apart of. Ellie was awesome, she helped me at every step, really taking the time to help me design an amazing ring. She was always easy to reach out to and was quick to respond to any questions. So a huge thank you to you Ellie! Once the ring was done it was literally shipped overnight. 100% recommend them.

Have only been in a few times, but the staff is always very pleasant and friendly - not pushy like some places. Their inventory is tremendous & beautiful - can’t afford to go in too many times (everything is reasonably priced!) though. Convenient location also.

My fiance wanted a unique engagement ring and I came across Dianna Rae. There was only one problem, I didn’t live in the state which I thought would mess up my plan to provide her with her dream ring. But they came through with a virtual consultation and 3d rendering of it as well. The custom ring only took a few weeks and they priority shipped it to me on a Saturday. My fiance loved the ring and it was all because of Dianna Rae. Quality customer service and genuine care definitely set them apart.

After having decided I wanted a bracelet and looking at the store’s website, I went in and was given a tour of the beautiful collections. The bracelet I wanted was a bit too large which is not a problem because the jeweler can adjust it. Im very excited with my purchase.

I was able to be in contact with the team at Dianna Rae in secret throughout the whole process and they assisted me in a seamless design/buying process even though I am from out of town. They were able to order multiple diamonds for me to see and touch before making my selection. The ring came out PERFECT and my fiancé still can't believe how amazing it looks. My experience at Dianna Rae was wonderful. The showroom is gorgeous!!! The staff was welcoming and eager to help. I had dropped off two timepieces for battery replacement. My work schedule hours had prevented me from being able to make it in a timely manner during their hours. I love this place so much! Dianna Rae gave new life and a whole new story to old, but incredibly meaningful jewelry that had been gifted to me. She worked with me to create new designs that are equally unique and classic. By doing so, she's helped my jewelry create a new story that I'll get to share with my nieces and nephew one day - a new story they'll get to share with the loves of their lives, or their children, or their nieces and nephews. 100/10 Absolutely recommend!

Great and friendly service. I left a message for at least 8 jewelers in Lafayette and Dianna Rae Jewelry were the only ones who returned my call. They were extremely helpful and went beyond my expectations of a normal jeweler. They even sent me pictures to my phone of items I wanted before I even went to their location. Price was very reasonable and they did not try to push you to buy. You can sit at a design table and look at your jewelry selection on a 40” screen which was very nice. I was able to get my mother’s cross custom design within a matter of a week. Beautiful craftsmanship and would recommend this store to anyone that believes in a quality and great customer service.

I used the custom design service to reset an very sentimental inherited diamond and I could not be more happy with my lovely ring! Hannah was amazing at helping me with this process. They sent me rough draft 3D renderings of the ring I envisioned and quickly made requested revisions as well as 3D printed a model of the ring for me to try on to assure I loved it before it went into production. It was ready sooner than expected even right after the holidays and it truly exceeded my expectations. I also had a repair done on my wedding band that came out perfect. I would 100% trust Dianna Rae again with any future jewelry needs that I have. Everyone was super sweet and made this experience very easy and special! All of their jewelry is to die for and I was super pleased with my custom design.
