The women doing our nails were extremely rude and constantly making remarks about the fact my friend still had her own nails on, when filing our nails down the woman left cuts and slices on my fingers and completely ignored the fact one of my fingers were bleeding. Then when applying the glue, even though I was zoned out on my phone, she managed to catch my attention when the glue was burning my hand, makes me wonder what they used in that glue? When my friend said the slightest thing or her finger moved for a moment, the woman would aggressively grab her and “tell her off”. The end results were not worth the $100 we paid for small nails with one design! I CANT see my design, it’s not even visible, the nail shape is nice but it was not worth it and I won’t be returning. I do understand if it’s just a place near by or known as the best place at central square but do try to get them done some place else, it’s not worth the amount they ask for. (Try to find the red star on my ring finger)

Really disappointed today. I've been a loyal customer since they first opened their doors in Sanctuary Lakes 10+ years ago. Living in Altona I was so excited when the store at Central Square opened. Especially now, as I work in the Centre and it's so convenient. Service has slowly been going downhill while the prices keep going up!! I have arthritis in a couple of my fingers and some of the girls are so rough. There is no need for it! The girls used to interact and chat to you, but not anymore, they just talk to each in their own language... quite rude when I know most of them very well. I enquired about booking in for a spray tan the other day and got told that the girl that does them only comes in on certain days, when I asked when, she just mumbled something and walked off. Really sorry to say that I don't think I will be back. Time to look for somewhere new. 😔

Not satisfied with the atmosphere and attitude with ladies. The watersoak was cold,used a vege grater on my feet,and tissue paper inbetween toes to apply polish,I got ripped off $60. Will not be using this business again. Also they should do their shop cleaning services after all client's leave,the vacuum cleaner was loud as came home with headache.

I've been doing my nails for many many years but I've never come across a nail tech like Emma. Emma is considerate of making sure that my real nails are still healthy by making changes to what I used to do before going to her. She is proactive in suggesting different designs and offering advice on what colours will look good. It really helps because I'm usually very indecisive 😂 She is a real hidden gem in this massive industry!

It was easy to make an appointment however I asked if I could change it & was told no. However, upon arrival, we were kept waiting for 30mins, so I could have turned up when I wanted. Thos frustrated us. I got SNS French nails & they were beautiful however, I've had them 4 days & they're all cracked! Really didn't go the distance. No wonder the one at sanctuary lakes shopping centre is more popular

Absolutely disappointed with customer service that I received at my recent experience at the salon, after requesting for a paper towel then having them talk in their language before they started laughing whilst mentioning paper towel in English I sat there feeling ridiculed. 50 minutes later my acrylics were removed, Keep the wait time in mind before going! Your hands will sit in acetone for them to talk about you!

Originally I came here because it was convenient, but I stay because of the service! Staff are always friendly and I’m very happy with the attention to detail, my nails always look great.

I've had my nails done twice there now. The price is higher than my last nail salon ( I was going to Werribee Plaza earlier ), AUD55 for SNS with tips. I can feel that the ladies aren't trying to finish the job quick - I mean it as a complinent, my nails are thin and there was always some pain during the visit - it hasn't happened in this place yet :) I'm happy with service provided by ladies at glamorous nails.
