Visiting this office is such a pleasure. Thomas is possibly the easiest person to work with on the planet. Dr Murphy is wonderful and makes life easy. I appreciate the office very much for what they do.

I remember the day I first spoke to Thomas, and decided to spend the money (Dr. Murphy does not take insurance) hoping it would be the best money I’ve ever spent. Prior to this day my PTSD was so crippling I was considering applying for disability. 6 months later, with a lot of work and Dr. Murphy’s guidance and support I am a happy, healthy, functional person and feel healed. I used to have panic attacks every day, sometimes multiple times a day and have had zero panic attacks since May (4 months!) Dr. Murphy never pushed medications on me (which I previously had 8+ years of from various doctors), NEVER made me feel as if anything was wrong with me, truly listened to me, and I leave each appointment feeling lighter and more educated. I went in an anxious mess with very little hope, and now I have a life I never thought I would. Thank you Dr. Murphy, sincerely. Do go see Dr. Murphy if you truly want to better your health. He will challenge you, but it is so worth it. Your health is your priority and Dr. Murphy will educate you, support you, and help you take charge of it. It did end up being the best money I have ever spent. 😊

I have never been asked for money weeks prior to a "Dr" visit. I called and was asked for $50 per person up front for 2 of us to make an appointment. So... $100 Then when I called back an hour later they asked for $150. So, not wanting to get another surprise charge at the office after paying upfront... I decided to go somewhere else. The fact that they collect up front and then changed the price tells me to stay away.. Weed dealers used to be honest

Dr. Murphy and Thomas up front are very awesome! I appreciate all the helpfulness and effort they put into the practice. Dr. Murphy is a very good Dr. who knows his work well. He knows what is needed to help various issues and his recommendation is always accurate. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Murphy was awesome. He made getting my medical marijuana card a learning experience. I just received my approval email yesterday and enjoyed my first visit to truleave in Vero. Dr. Murphy, thank you so much for your help. I will be referring all my family and friends who are interested.

He's pretty good but hard to get ahold of. Will call multiple times over multiple days with maybe or maybe not a call back. Voicemail box consistently full. Hours are not clearly posted anywhere I can find. He is nice but very difficult to get ahold of.

I recently visited my MJ doctor, Dr. Murphy, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite being a patient for over 4 years, my last two visits have been nothing short of terrible. The staff was unprofessional and disorganized, no one was even waiting or in the office. I left feeling unsatisfied and unheard. Kim, made the experience even worse. When I walked in, I was asked if anyone had helped me yet and when I said no, she asked if she could help me. However, Thomas was talking loudly with a customer over the phone that I couldn't hear her, so she responded rudely with, "So you're just here to sit in our office?" This type of behavior from the front desk sets a negative tone for the rest of the visit and shows a lack of customer service skills. The icing on the cake was when I had to call back after my visit because my script for edibles and concentrates were removed. This was particularly frustrating because I had driven an hour to get my scripts corrected, only to find out that they were not complete. This type of mistake is unacceptable and a waste of my time and resources. It is clear that the staff at this practice lacks attention to detail and does not prioritize their patients' needs. Dont expect call backs either after leaving voicemails to rectify the situation. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and efficient mj doctor.

The best psychiatrist I've ever met, he is one that really cares about his patients and his staff are also wonderful, always a good experience going there. They deserve 10 stars.

Saw Dr. Murphy for the first time yesterday and I could not be happier to have met him. The staff was so kind and the office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Murphy shows great verve in what he does and is eager to help. My renewal got approved in less than 24 hours! I could not be more thrilled to recommend this office.

Completely disorganized office. Made an appointment several weeks ago for a specific time, thought it was strange not to receive a call the day before to confirm but showed up for my appointment for them to say my appointment was an hour and a half ago. I never got a text that they said they sent and Tom told me to check with my phone service because I must have their number blocked 😂 for a $400 visit I’d expect much better customer service.

Dr Murphy is an amazong doctor.... only thing i can complain about is the office never answers the phone

Terribly run business. I have been trying to call for 5 days strait all within business hours and no one will answer the call. Save your time and avoid this place

Dr. Murphy is excellent. Makes you feel comfortable, very knowledgable and the office staff are friendly. Every time i leave a voicemail, i get a call back the same day. Thank you, Dr. Murphy for getting me back to work and more in control of my life and mental health. I wouldn't be where i am today without your help. That is invaluable.
