My experience with Dr. Sarah Nayeem went extremely well! She made me feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to the next appointment with her!

I have to say for today is zero stars if I could. I called this morning about some stuff I needed from my therapist. Needless to say the lady I first talked to wanted to over talk me, argue with me then when asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name

My therapist is great I’ve been with her a really long time but I have to warn you lifestance does not want to help you. I’ve been trying to get my medication fixed, I’ve called for psychiatry and got passed around and left on hold until I hung up and my therapist tried to help me get an emergency psychiatric appointment and told me to wait for them to contact me. After over 24 hours they contacted me…to remind me of a small bill. 30$ is worth more than your health. The therapists are amazing but the company couldn’t care less.

Always very informative with the info that i share. Very kind and understanding always follows up with wht they are making a change to meds or giving advice on other problems you may be experiencing. User friendly. Look forward to my sessions.

The clinical staff are good, but billing is not responsive. Example - I messaged them asking why they weren’t billing my insurance and they emailed me a copy of my statement with no answer. I emailed the new card as was requested. I uploaded copies of the card as requested, in the most complicated patient portal ever, messaged a couple weeks later why aren’t they billing my insurance and still no response.,they’re threatening me with collections but won’t respond to a message . Wait time in calling them is close to an hour,

Great experience. Hardest part was finding it and getting an appointment. Everything else has been great.

I do not recommend seeing Christopher Lautt. He rushes through the sessions and doesn’t give you the time to properly address concerns. It seems like he’s in a rush to get the session over with. As for Life Stance as a whole? Every once in a while I would deal with someone nice at their offices, but the majority of the time the employees had bad attitudes and acted like was I putting them out because I asked questions. I absolutely would not recommend Cristopher Lautt or Life Stance.

Cynthia is great! She is very personable, empathetic and understanding! Im so glad I was able to get scheduled so soon!

The psychiatrist that I met with remotely, was professional and really seemed to care about me. I felt like she took the time to understand my current situation and helped me make a plan that was reasonable. I look forward to working with her on my treatment plan!
