Ben himself is a good guy but my phone has been back multiple times for a screen repair, face-id didn’t work, then the screen started lifting up and now it’s lifted again, I’ll be going to a different repair shop to get this rectified this time.

Ben was a fantastic help in getting my phone back asap His mascot also left me with a very big smile

I took in my girlfriends phone to get the screen replaced and I had it back within half an hour 45 minutes, I highly recommend Ben as he is such a genuine top bloke

Battery had died on my phone and didn't feel confident replacing it myself as getting the back glued on the phone again is a fine art. Rang around a few different places some of whom wanted to charge me the price of a brand new phone 😱 Bought a genuine battery and got Ben to change it for me, for such a competitive price that I didn't even bother to try anywhere else. Phone was fixed perfectly and service was honest and reliable and friendly. Would take my phone back here for any future repairs and also recommend to family and friends. Thanks again 👍

I seen all the reviews about how responsive and good he is but maybe I got the short end of the straw this time? Was not responsive as I thought, and some how getting my phone back and seeing it was disabled? Although you fixed my screens I'm grateful for that but not very impressed with the overall experience. Sorry

5 Star. Have been to Ben’s Iphone Hospital 3 times now and each time has been a great experience. Very helpful when it comes to fixing issues with my phone. Was able to fix my phone screen, charging port and battery replacement. Great prices and fast service. Ben is RELIABLE. Ben was amazing! From start to finish! I broke my phone late Sunday night, came to work early because I heavily rely on my mobile. Found him local , he came to pick up my phone from my work, called me to let me know it was fixed and had it shortly in my hands a few hours later!! Absolute gem! Will definitely recommend him and use him again! :)
