    Worst customer service ever! Drivers from this distribution center continue to drive across my lawn several times a week, I call the main number and no one does anything about it. Today, a driver threw a delivery into a large water puddle on our front porch. 04/21/23 The problem continues and no one from FedEx will address the issues. There is a regular driver in our area that throws the packages from about five feet away. About two months ago the same driver drove over my lawn over the top of a large rock at the end of my driveway and proceeded to get an attitude with me when I confronted him. Also, it pretty interesting how my RING camera stops working only when the FedEx truck comes within a few houses of mine. Unfortunately, there is no one to contact to address these complaints. When you call the toll free number, you're speaking to someone in another country. And, I don't have control over companies I order from using FedEx. I personally will never use them to ship a package, they are awful. My next complaint will be to the State of Michigan Attorney Generals office.08/11/2023 driver did about 40 mph down our street and drove up on my neighbor’s lawn. I sent a message through Messenger and was told this would be addressed. I seriously doubt it. The local drivers are horrible. No local contacts and they don’t read these reviews.

    Absolutely atrocious shipping company and this hub is a joke. Delayed my package for over a week after being scanned at Oak Park, and now they tell me it's not able to be located. How do you magically misplace and mess up so many orders so consistently? The customer service representative was very nice and helpful, however.

    Do not let your packages go here. They'll get delayed forever. They don't know where your packages are or which container they're on. A package could be out for delivery, or maybe not. But if it ends up here, you will expect the package to be delayed by AT LEAST a week. Turn over is apparently high at this facility... So there's always new blood there who doesn't know what's going on.

    My package was supposed to be delivered September 2nd, I got it today September 17th after it was delayed on the 2nd, the 11th, and the 16th. After finally getting it delivered, this is was the condition it was in. There is a hole that goes all the way through both boxes. Had to call the 800 number to have them take it back for a refund.

    Would give FedEx negative stars. It's absolutely horrible that companies still ship thru FedEx and even worse is that it has to come through the Oakpark location. They fraudulently stated they attempted to deliver my package for three days. I had a person sitting at my house 24 hours a day during this period. Furthermore to add insult to injury. I received separatae package from FedEx during the same time period. Ask the driver if my missing package was on the truck. He denied it. 5 minutes later the website stated delivery was attempted and no one was home. Worse customer service ever!

    Of course they stole my expensive package. Marked as delivered but never came by. What amazes me is that this continues to happen despite all the reviews here. This is grounds for legal action. How can this go on? It's like robbery in broad daylight. FedEx is complicit for not doing anything about it.

    NEGATIVE STARS! Long list of complaints for this location Today was the last straw. The delivery man dropped the delivery box on my mums, smashing and breaking them. ( I moved the boxes to inspect damage, box was dropped literally right on top) Just rude and really crummy thing to do. I cleared the entire left side of porch so there would be plenty of room for expected delivery. Fed ex is a let down, I actually avoid companies that use them as delivery if I can help it, service is nonexistent

    I was at home all day two days in a row to receive a package that requires a signature. The delivery driver went to the neighbors house, didn’t knock or anything, just slapped a sticker on their door and ran. I was outside yelling I was home! He drove off about as fast as possible. Their customer service offered me ZERO help. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Day THREE of watching the FedEx truck break the speed limit past my house without stopping…. FINAL update: the package was NEVER delivered. FedEx can’t even give me an update on where the package is. The delivery still says out for delivery on Friday a WEEK ago. They never even stopped to try and deliver. FedEx is a scam at this point.

    Regularly from this location I get notifications that there was a delivery exception saying "customer not available", but I am almost always home when that happens. Today I received this sort of notification, despite the fact that the time they claimed to attempt delivery I was sitting at my table and could see out the window. No FedEx truck had driven by, and no one had even knocked on my door or rang my doorbell.

    Packages are always delayed because the drivers are looking, stealing packages and sending them pack to the warehouse. Once you receive them they are half open like someone took a peek and then did a bad job of tapping them back up after seeing if something is worth stealing first. This location needs to be investigated and it’s drivers.

    This company is a Joke. Terrible service every time I receive a package from here. I have a doorbell cam, the driver came to my house, never got out of his truck and somehow marked my package as delivered. now I need to wait another week while Fedex investigates what they did with my package. There is no entry to this location or a phone number so all you can do is wait and see what they do. I HATE FEDEX....

    Has been over a week since my package was supposed to be delivered and still no package. This location is being ran like it’s in a 3rd world country. Build back better right? I’m unsure of how this location is still open. I went to the location to try to get my package and all the employees barely spoke English, it’s some ghetto ebonics. These type of people should be shipped out of our county. They have ruined it.

    Lost my package , no updated info for a week started a trace. Said they would call no one called .. 5 days later I received a text saying my package was delivered, when they know it wasn’t . NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTED , I have 3 different motion cameras in front of the house plus I was home..WEEK LATER NO PACKAGE NO UPDATE. this location is scheming.. and committing FRAUD!!!

    No stars. Negative stars. I have been waiting on my package for days and im so close to losing jy job because of it. Kept getting new delivery dates then was told it was put on the wrong truck. Or it never leaves the wear house. Worst location ever! I WILL ALWAYS CHOOSE UPS OR USPS OVER FEDEX.

    It stated my package was out for delivery on 5/25/23. I waited all day nothing showed up. I ended up opening a case. I called the shipper, I called fed ex support. The station said it is 24 to 48 hours to follow up with my package. The following day I'm showing the same scan out for delivery 5/25/23 6:54Am. It's now 5/26/23 covid is no longer an excuse it never was. They have been doing a terrible job for years now. Impeding logistics flow for that entire region of the state and they have done nothing. Somone needs to fly over there from the head office to fix there act beacuse honestly everyone in this area has been expirencing these problems for quite sometime. Amazon created Amazon Logistics in order to circumvent some of these rampant problems and you would think after loosing a client of that scale and having that much of a hit they would clean up thier act however they haven't. Honestly if this keeps happening companies like Walmart,Homedepot,bestbut are just going to have these items shipped to thier retail stores by freight and have cargo vans on standby at the store parking lot to drop it off at your doorstep. They have been really upsetting this region of the state I don't see how much longer this can be sustained. Management doest care now but they will care once thier are massive layoffs from a corporate level.

    I came here to write a scathing review after fedex once again without fail, I’d delayed for the fourth day. But what’s the point, the current reviews speak for themselves. The truck was literally in front of my house and drove off without getting out of the truck. And per usual they say “address corrected”. I am going to pop a bottle of Champaign when this disaster of a company shuts their doors for good.

    Three days in a row I’ve received text notifications that there have been unsuccessful attempts to deliver a package which requires my signature. I’ve been home each day but no one has contacted me to get my signature. The only notifications I get are after 1pm or so when I’m told the driver was unable to get my authorization. It took me several attempts to get a live person on the phone. I was told the driver would contact me to let me know he was on his way. I’m not very optimistic.

    Poor service never will I ever refer a friend a dog a cat I wouldn’t refer my fish to FedEx they are the worst delivery company ever!!! Y’all really need to get y’all’s shhhh together. They KEEP delaying packages. They say they attempted to deliver but NEVER SHOW UP! I hate this company! I want my package and be done with y’all once and for all!

    I dont have a problem a with the drivers. Although the sorters are very Slow... Had multiple packages arrive here early and online the fedex website would list them as set for an early delivery only to sit in the warehouse for an additional 2-3 days past the original delivery date. Terrible smh. They dont scan these packages enough either.

    This fedex location needs to be shut down. Pretty sure they're just stealing our packages and forcing us to get refunds from the companies we buy from...meanwhile they walk away with a free iPad. Fed ex, you need to do something about this.

    I have had numerous issues with the Oak Park location but most recently I had a driver put in the system that my address was incorrect so they were unable to deliver my package. I received a phone call and verified that is was the correct address and that they did not attempt a delivery. I have been sitting at our building all day and have multiple guys working outside so if they would have attempted it someone would have been able to receive the package. I tried calling customer service about this issue and they told me there is no way for me or them to contact the station and that I will not get my package for 2 days now. I try to avoid my packages going through here as much as possible and if I would have know it was going through fedex I would have shipped it somewhere else. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

    Copied from another User because I am currently experiencing the same situation. I have had numerous issues with the Oak Park location but most recently I had a driver put in the system that my address was incorrect so they were unable to deliver my package. I received 2 phone calls and verified that is was the correct address and not even 5 mins later I recover a delivered email and a picture of a completely different location. I called and they said someone had changed the address in the system after being called 2 times to confirm the correct address. The lady said the new address that was put in was no where near my home address. She assured me a driver went back to get my package and would receive the following day. It is now the next day and nothing. There is always a family member home so she said no delivery today. When I called customer service she now changed the story to my package being back in sorting. And said it’s best I come pick it up. It’s now Thursday mine you my package was already supposed to be here Monday.

    These thieves stole my package! I was expecting next day delivery…it’s now day three and I am still not being given a solid answer from FedEx about my package. If I had known the vendor would send my package via this facility/company. I would have found somewhere else to purchase.

    Avoid signature required delivery. Last time I had one I stayed home but got ghosted and I got the missed delivery email and had to drive around my neighborhood to find the truck and get my package. Today, again the driver did not ring doorbell or knock, even left one package that did not require signature, did not deliver the package that did require signature. Did not leave slip, only received email that it could not be delivered because business was closed. I stayed home only to receive this package. I called customer service and told them I can't sit at home another day and they told me I could still get it today if I came to this distribution center between 4pm and 5pm. I arrived here at 4:50pm and they don't even have a anyone there, it's an empty lobby with a telephone and a couple chairs and you have to call and beg for your package. I was told that once the trucks come back the packages are unloaded and resorted and my package was in sorting so they could not get it to me. They also tried to guilt trip me that they close at 5pm, it wasn't 5pm yet so just do your job. Anyway I drove 30 min each way to get here for nothing! The best they could do was have the package sent to another fedex location, terrible terrible customer service.

    Let’s just say I CRINGE whenever I have a delivery coming from FedEx. This is the WORST facility. You leave instructions to leave packages by the door…they won’t even step foot on the porch, they just throw them in the middle of the porch. No knock on the door, no doorbell…nothing!! This has been going on for a year and a half straight. Multiple phone calls made to FedEx and still the same ol’ story…nothing ever changes for the better!! It’s like night and day between FedEx and UPS…I can always count on UPS to take that extra step to make sure the packages arrive safely and are put in a secure spot between the doors (if possible)

    Was trying to give a package back that had been wrongfully delivered at me address for the past 4 months. Each month, here's a package. I would understand if it had the same address. It's not the same address, name, or zip code!!! Nothing. But this driver keeps putting packages at me door. Called to talk to someone about it, but there was no answer.

    FedEx is garbage! Unfortunately it’s the only option for RockAuto. Claimed they tried delivering it to the repair shop I had the parts delivered to, said business was closed. I contacted the business and confirmed they were open all day and they said they never saw a FedEx truck. Requested the driver return to deliver the shipment and was assured they would the same day. Still no delivery, if I could give a negative star I would. Absolute garbage!!
