Best retreat ever! The sisters have been like family; great food, wonderful accommodations and a very peaceful environment. My son and I have been welcomed with open arms❀

Very beautiful, peaceful and serene place. Received a very enjoyable tour of the gardens and fish farm from one of the Sisters.

The Sisters are all wonderful! We were getting rid of some of the black mold that was attacking their books

This facility and the grounds are absolutely lovely and conducive for quiet reflection and spiritual growth. The Benedictine Sisters of Florida are the warmest and most kind community I have encountered, and you always feel welcomed when you visit. Every time I visit there I am renewed and refreshed and always look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

I attended a memorial service for a young lady, and the sisters and family arranged a beautiful service. Beautiful. The sisters arranged a meal following the memorial. A peaceful place, and full of love.

This is where the benedictine sisters are ... They have come a long way... They were given a hotel built by Mr Sultenfuss but they had to move it from across the square at St Anthony's to pretty close to where it is now... They talked some dude from Tampa into moving it for them on the weekends...I'm sure a couple of women can be pretty convincing... Anyway they lived in it while it was being moved. They moved it a little bit every weekend, rolling it on logs and pulling it by oxen. I don't know if the dude from Tampa got paid or not...the oxen really did all the work. I'm sure the ladies took good care of the dude from Tampa...one would assume, right?

The Sisters here really know how to make a retreat house comfortable. A very peaceful place to get away from normal life on a private retreat.
