132 they have overnight parking on the company side building it has a sign that say coastal Pacific parking only if you deliver before 10 am you have to go to the south gate if you're turning on mission st that's the north gate the south gate on the other side. Just park it on the side on the company building and walk to the guard just in case you have to wait. They will do early delivery if you call ahead but If you have multiple drop there load has to be first on the drop fyi. They start at 3 am

extremely tight blind side backing, more than 50 docks, park on the street before checking in. two portapotties along west row of trailers. staff are extremely helpful and kind, and yard dogs have bolt cutters. really doing the best they can to help out when they can. receiving office is at dock 10.

3 hours waiting for a door. 4+ hours now, waiting to get unloaded. 7 hours total so far. North gate is exit only now. Park on acacia street and walk to south gate guard to check in. Gate guard will call with door number. Would be a hell of a lot better if the north gate was for check in rather than exit so you don't have guys backing in off of acacia street so they aren't blind side backing

Dry goods enter at Acacia street Lineup pointing west on the street walk in to guard shack. ( appointment 0700 let me check in 0300 which is lumper start time) takes 1hr to unload. This was a Sat.

This place sucks for unloading efficiency. We come in here every other week or so and it always screws something up. For example it was my last delivery on a Thursday morning at 0530. Didn't get into a door until 10. I had a pickup scheduled for 0830 and 1230. I didn't get to my 830 pickup until 1300 because I didn't leave coastal Pacific until 1245. I have to pick up my 1230 pickup on Friday putting me home a day later. The lumper service is fine just don't expect them to know anything because they don't know how much longer you'll have to wait. Overall not a good experience any time I go here.

I wouldn't have given a star worse place for delivery, I don't know if they are understaff or just simple lazy, more than 12hrs detention, supervisors or management is obviously not doing there job either can't seem to manage this place. They seem to have a problem with answering company phones, seems like there personal phones is more important. Just horrible. Been here twice in the last 6 months seems nothing is getting better. I tought first time is was just not a good day but 6 month's later seems like this is how they run this place down.

Whatever you dont follow the sign that says go to the south gate. It was closed and had to back out on to a busy road then go around to the north entrance. Old guy at the guard shack doesn't speak English very well are pretty much laughs at you if so much and breathe wrong. Lady in the receiving area is rude. No people skills at the place. I pray that I never have to come back. This place sucks.

One star for lady. Other than that i would give 0 stars if possible. I have one pallet to unload, checked in at 5:40 am, now it's 8:20, still no call, and you have to pay lumper fees for this? Pretty tight spot, parking is on the street, has two potties outside. Such companies spoiling businesses, should be closed.

Bad experience. Try to stay away from here if at all possible. They force you to park on the street prior to checking in and the guardshack is on the backside of the property (very hard to find). Plan on being in a door for multiple hours plus dock space is tight. Don't forget the lumper.

All the reviews saying check in at south gate are WRONG!!! It is however tight backing onto a dock, especially if you're not driving a cookie cutter truck: Volvo, cascadia, t680 etc. As for hours of operations, on Sundays you can't check in until at least after 0400. Either way, ya want to be one of the first truck getting on a dock, other wise you're gonna get your backing experience exercise!

Sunday is clearly the best day to deliver. Enter from Mission (Sunday only). Checked in 2hrs early. Unloading started 20 min later. Everyone helpful and had a good experience here. On a side note, blind backing is only hard if you make it hard!

🌿 Aka Topco so this is a A & B address, today is Saturday appointment at 430am so the unit B entrance was closed off Mission however went down the back alley & went in thru suite A. The guard lady wasn't friendly at all. Had a i don't care attitude. Was very short on her responses & unprofessional. Once assigned to a door was unloaded within the hour.

Checked in at 0500 for an 0700 appt. Got me in around 0645. Parked on Acacia. If your have a reefer load back in off the street into the docks. I had door 42 at the other end was able to back in a little blind side.

If I could give em zero stars I would. Your think paying as much as we do for lumpers they'd do their jobs in a timely fashion. Been in a door for four hours now and still waiting. Ridiculous unload times

South gate from Acacia blvd is closed ONLY on SUNDAYS. Nobody me, my dispatcher or csr either. I even asked the people in the office yesterday morning and the only thing they told me was that the lumpers get here at 3am. Make sure you enter from the NORTH from Mission Blvd on SUNDAYS because the south gate from Acacia is closed. I saw a bunch of other poor truckers waiting in a huge line at the south gate because they didn't know this.

Horrible place to deliver, they use the Buddy system here, if you know them, semi fast. If not be prepared to wait 8+ hrs to be unloaded. No structure what’s so ever.

Have access to Comcheck EFS for lumper they do not take credit cards and they do not take cash unless it's the last resort. Park outside in the street come in and check in with the guard then he will give you a call and give you a door.
