    I went into the store to have a chain repaired and I was left standing while new customers came in and were waited on, then I was told that I couldn't get help without my warranty paper. Then the clerk told me I could get another chain in sterling silver because I couldn't afford the white gold ? Really! Another clerk came over and asked what the problem was and then she just walked away without any help. I believe the clerks number is 9630 or could that be the store number, I'm not really sure. But if this is the way you treat loyal customers in guess I'm in the wrong store. One other thing is, they don't answer the phone.

    GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! I got my ring 6 months and ~15 days ago. Not very long. A diamond has fallen out of my ring. Luckily they’ll replace it if you have them look at it every 6 months. I’m in love with my ring but I’d love it so much more if they at least halfway tried to make a decent ring. There is no excuse as to why a diamond is falling out of a ring. And I take my ring off when I do dishes, shower, sleep, or do anything with my hands. The only reason we went to Kay for my ring was because it was in our budget & can finance

    I was standing at the counter with my jewelry and paperwork waiting for someone to assist me. Another woman got behind me in line. A black woman with a head wrap came over, failed to greet me and took the woman behind me in line. I continued to wait for someone to be available to help me. A woman finally came over to help me. I recognized her from over 2 decades of being a customer of this family of jewelry stores. I know who she is by name, but I won't post it publicly. I asked if she was the manager and she indicated she was the manager on duty. I asked if there was a reason the woman I earlier described would have taken the woman behind me in line first. The manager never said a word in response and proceeded to carry on with my inspections. I can only assume this was mask discrimination as I was not wearing one and the woman behind me in line was. No worries because I wouldn't want the woman who passed me over to lay her fingers on my jewelry and I would never give this store any of my paid business again.

    My sister brought me in to look at a birthday/Christmas present. Margaret showed us several beautiful pieces from cross necklace to birthday stone. Right beside that was the opal collection. I picked out a necklace I liked but gave my sister a great deal on a set with a coupon. She was so accommodating to us for the generosity my sister wanted to purchase. I really love the collection she put together for us! Thank Margaret! ♥️

    I take my earrings in for a checkup every 6 months the lady barely had the earrings for a minute she brought them back dirty she didn't offer too take them back and really clean them and check them very disappointing 😒 I don't recommend this place again I will find another Kay's Jewelry

    Brittney was awesome, went in with my Fiance for wedding bands and left with an engagement ring we were both very happy. I don't get the low rating for this store, everyone was really nice that helped us. I'm very satisfied.

    Kay Jewelers advertises things on their website that they don’t even have in stock, then accepts your order , then later cancels your order and tries to get you to buy something else. Kay Jewelers wasted my time on March 3, 2022 by doing this. They later sent me an email saying there was a problem with my payment processing (Paypal). There was NOT a problem. That was their excuse for cancelling my order. So I went to the website and the idiots at Kay are still advertising the Citizen Watch Model CB5848-57L on their website at a price of $287 to drive traffic to their site when they know damn well that they do not have this item in stock. I called their customer service number and held for 30 minutes and finally hung up. They want you to chat instead. So I chatted, and that’s where the rep told me my order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. It is still on their website as “IN STOCK” as I write this. I will never shop at Kay again. There are other Jewelry stores out there that deserve your business more. Remember …………… “Every wasted minute begins with KAY”

    Horrible experience purchased online.. got too the store couldn’t find the item because the system shut them down. Then to find out we got charged twice for one item now have to go through hell & back just to speak with someone who knows about refund. Never received a call back, if it wasn’t a gift I’d just return eveything. Don’t recommend

    My fiance and I originally went to this location to purchase a second wedding band that pairs with her engagement ring. We decided to take the rest of her jewelry in for routine cleaning and inspection. It was found that an earring had a loose setting and needed to be sent out for repair. JJ, our sales associate that helped us even took the time to show us exactly what was wrong. Plus, the jewelry we had cleaned seemed to look better than when we had it inspected at our local store. The ring we went for was sold the day before but, JJ was able to order one in for us to pick up when we returned for the earrings. With such quality service and friendly staff, we have decided that from now on we will go 45 minutes out of our way and return to this store for any of our future needs. JJ, if you see this, you are awsome and thank you for everything!

    District manager went above and beyond today to help me with an ongoing issue I was having with another store. She was sooo very kind, helpful, understanding and went way way beyond any expectation that I had. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for jewelry as they back up their warranties. This piece was something sentimental to me, and she really made my entire holiday. She fixed my concern immediately and was very pleasant.     I have been shopping at Kay's Westfield / Franklin Park Mall for decades. Over the past several years I have received exceptional service from Jennifer. She has gone over and beyond for me. Her customer service is impeccable! I have also received outstanding service from Nick. If you shop there you can't go wrong with either one of these two!
