So, I went in here and was greeted by a very nice lady. I had several jewelry repairs, and only Eli could help with repairs. Eli was helping another couple. I stood there for almost an hour, and nothing. Finally, I said, "I'll come back some other time." He was like, "okay, bye." so it was a complete and utter waste of time. I do want to say his employee was really nice, but obviously jewelry repairs are not important there. If someone is there for over 45 minutes I kind of feel like out of basic decency some effort could have been made to help them. I actually won't be back but I doubt he cares anyway, honestly.

Fantastic place! Eli is a very talented healer, I showed him a picture of a ring I wanted to put my mothers diamonds in. He did it perfectly, and in a very timely manner! Live them!

I reached out to several businesses to find one that could repair an antique pocket watch that came from a family member and after dropping it off here for repairs life got busy and I forgot about it for a bit. The staff here were kind and understanding and most of all they kept my watch safe and in perfect working condition until I picked it up. If you need anything done, this is the place to go! We needed my husbands diamond ring (an heirloom) and my wedding ring appraised for insurance purposes. I also took my previous wedding ring (1st marriage) to have appraised as well because the main diamond was my mothers. For 30 years I wanted but never had it set in either a different ring or necklace. My current wedding ring needed to be remounted. Eli did a fantastic job! My ring looks brand new! He went on to show me some designs that I could use to make a pendant with my moms diamond. What a beautiful necklace I now have and can finally wear! It no longer has to stay hidden away! Plus, if you're in the area he will clean and check the mountings at no charge! And he does everything on sight. Forget the big name places. Love, Love, Love "Eli the Jewelry Guy"!
