Horrible. The waiters are very annoying at the entrance. They don't include all prices on the menu and they add a service fee without telling you. The food is mediocre at best, and definitely not worth the price. This is likely a scam for tourists, so stay away from it.

Not worth it at all ⚠️ Awful service which they charge 10% for They give you a menu and when its time to pay they charge you a different and higher price for ,Food didnt even taste good at all other than them having us pay 1600 tl for 4 small meals which are barely worth it

They were friendly enough in the beginning to lure us in, but at end tried to charge 20% extra service charge. The food and service was just average. Would avoid going there.

Literally a tourist trap with unethical management! 😤 They added 20% service charge to the bill (for already expensive and frankly quite average good they served). When asked why, they showed us a menu with a handwritten footnote in one of the pages that bills incur 10% service charge (only in Turkish)! After some argument with the rude (apparent) manager we didn't pay the 20% service charge and walked out. Ruined our night.

The worst place ever to eat they are rude to customers one of the employees hit one of the customers and he’s only 16 years old they have no respect for ever for anyone I highly recommend not to eat at this place or support them

We had 3 simple breakfast( made with egg and sausage and cheese) , one chicken pasta dish with 4 juices today. They charged us 540 turkish lira. There was no printed or clearly written bill. When we got surprised they just wrote some messy prices and when total was lower, they said this extra amount is bill is our service charge( 60 Lira service charge). When you see prices in menu and compare with what they charge it is big difference. Staff were fighting with each other too. Only location is good. Food is expencive and average. Our pasta chichen dish did not have any chicken. I do not recommend this place.

Unhygienic, my glass still had leftovers from other guests. After that I asked for my glass to be replaced. On the second try, I noticed that only the rim of the cup was wiped off and served again. Absolutely not recommended.

Absolute ripped off. The bill wasn’t itemized and was just a number, when we questioned the bill he basically just said it’s a service charge. Claimed he doesn’t accept cash and when we were short he took our cash and later showed up with a card machine. Absolute liars

We ordered 2 isakender , 1 Kumpir and 1 beef skewers. Food was very average. Infact the worst isakender we had in Turkey. The sauce was watery and lamb meat was very blend. Baked potato/ Kumpir was good. They didn't give a proper bill and it seemed extra from what we ordered. Waiters don't speak English so it was useless to argue on amount. Don't waste money on this restaurant.

terrible food. order iskander kebab only to get sauce full of bread instead. Asked twice if the lemon juice was fresh, the answer was yes, but we got lemon concentrate instead.

Very poor experience! Ordered the Iskander kebab, the protein portion was very small, barely there. Most of the plate was bread and tomato sauce, with little flavour. Very disappointing.

I just want to say~it was the bad experience in this restaurant, food not good and expensive. Be careful with the bills, and better to remember the price on the menu, they would have a wrong number on the bills!! +10%service

Thieves don’t go there..I don’t recommend it at all..I took this meal (pic) and chicken burger taste was ok.. i asked for one more chicken burger take away when i got the hotel it was only bread and burger no cheese no anything like the one we had in the cafe

Food not tasty at all !!! Calamari from frozen pack 🤦🏼‍♀️ watch menu there is no price! Then they gonna charge you alot. Or bill was 430 tl, and we went out hungry, coz food its horrible.

While it doesn’t blow one's senses away, their food and service were allright. Located just outside the mosque, by the Bosphorus. Love the fries (patatos).

A nice choice near the water, the food was okay and the service was also okay. The ortakoy camii is right next to it and there is also a flee market next to it. It does not have a vibe but it’s a nice place for a quick bite.

Its sad that the least you can give is one star. This place is awful to say the least as you can clearly see from the pictures.

I don't know why all the bad reviews if you can't afford a restaurant don't go out. We had fried sardines, schnitzel, olive plate n tomato omelette all were great, service was also fast. From texas
