    AVOID THIS COMPANY. A blatant money-grab towing a car in an almost empty lot. You left my children and I stranded downtown with a $400+ bill to boot. "There's nothing we can do" was your response when I emailed you. Your app wouldn't load fast enough with all the details and permissions it requires, and I had an appointment to keep. A parking ticket would have been a sufficient penalty. You have ensured that I will never use your services again.

    This company manages the towing for my apartment complex. They do not answer their line. They have no respect for your time or your business. When I finally got through to them after 2 days of constantly calling them, the agent told me that their local office will call me back and then they hung up. So far, 2 days has passed and I have not heard of them. I called again multiple times and they did nit pick up. My recommendation: never ever deal with this company, especially for maintaining your parking spots. Nothing short of a scam.

    If I could put negative stars I would. I don't usually do reviews but the customer service is just appalling. I had a parking pass at 90 George, that was way overpriced I might add, when all of a sudden we get a note on the windshield that we are parked in the wrong parking spot. Turns out ParkSafe will no longer be managing that parking. They claim they sent me an email but i went through all my boxes and have received nothing. I am also trying to get my $100 deposit back for my FOB but nobody will answer me! NEVER use this company unless you want to overpay for big headaches. They won't even return my emails to tell me who the new company is!

    We used Park Safe for monthly parking at 261 Somerset in Ottawa and our experience was extremely positive. The lot was always cleaned even during what was a terrible winter. We never have had any issue with being randomly towed as some people claim. We found their online portal extremely easy to use and really appreciated the payment reminders which were sent out a few days prior to the payment being taken (not sure why more companies don't do this...). In addition to all of this, they accepted our cancellation with less than the stated lead time (10 days) with no hesitation. To the people who have complained of being towed, I would suggest if you plan to use a service, you should pay for it. You would not go into Rexall and pay for one case of Coke and try to walk out with two, nor should you pay for one hour of parking if you intend to use two. Companies like this lose money when people who have not paid for parking are taking space that is allotted for paying customers. Like it or not, it is completely within their right to remove you. Either pay or park somewhere else.

    Hey, I'd love to give this company a 0 but I'll have to settle for a 1 instead. I parked while visiting a friend and paid at a kiosk, displayed my slip, and went about my business. When I returned, not only did my car have a $95 ticket on it, but so did every single car in the lot. Turns out most people have made the mistake of parking in their lot, when the adjacent lot is the one for the kiosks. There is no information for how to pay at 126 York St, nor does it tell you ANYWHERE what the address is. I filed for an appeal that night, received no answer, had to go through so many hoops to get a living breathing human being on the phone, and finally got to make my appeal on the last of my 14 day period. Appeal was rejected, but I 'waited too long' so they tack on another 20 bucks. Don't park here, its not worth it. I hope the people who work for this company sleep well at night. I know I wouldn't if my job was to capitalize on the well meaning people who just want to visit Downtown Ottawa or visit a friend, like I was. Get bent, ParkSafe.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! I parked at 151 George St/ 126 York St lot and paid for All day parking but was still ticketed $95 because I apparently paid at the โ€œcompetitorsโ€ pay machine. Thereโ€™s no separation between two lots which makes it challenging to know which one youโ€™re parked in. I understand I made a mistake and donโ€™t mind paying for that mistake; however, a $95 ticket seems outrageous. Their customer support is so rude. Iโ€™m not surprised this company has terrible reviews cause it seems they only make money from excessively ticketing and towing people.

    I parked in downtown Ottawa and paid the parking fee online using my other family vehicle's plate. When I come back I found a ticket on my car. I contacted them asap via email to explain what happened, provided the supporting docs, and they removed the ticket. Good customer service, at the end. A bit unsure at the beginning, as there is no option to contact other than email, and the parking notice was missing how one would be able to appeal the fine - I had to trust my instincts when e-mailing info@parksafe...

    Hi everyone, if someone could give me the exact location of their office or their impound please. They literally stole my car. I was with my kid and was panicking as we were standing outside past midnight with no car at sight. I went to the address given on google but nobody was there!! I waited there for almost half a day. My car got towed from Montreal. Please anywhere in Montreal or Ottawa where do you think I can find it. Iโ€™m fed up, they dont answer and when they answer they donโ€™t let you talk and are very disrespectful. Thatโ€™s why I had to go to Ottawa.     They treat their clients like trash. They dont even provide any security. 6 catalytic convertors stolen in our apartment complex parking lot. Nothing done by them. They don't care. They barely patrol. Only give tickets. Don;t answer questions. Any property company looking for them as a company to maintain parking should look elsewhere they do not care about anything but giving tickets. Absolutely terrible company. Edit Park safe ticket person just got out of his car and tried to fight me. He was yelling at a delivery guy who clearly had his four ways on and still got a ticket. This employee was being racist to the delivery driver so I told him to leave the guy alone. Then the ticket guy tried to fight me told me to come closer I stood my grown on my rental property and told him to get lost. He still approached me and tried to antagonize me and threaten me. Very unprofessional. A disgrace.

    On Feb 27, I parked at their space on 151 George St/126 York. I paid for $ 8.30 with apps. I thought it was nice and easy. But I return after two hours, they ticked me $94. I called the number provided, and I can only call tow guy. Tow guy ask me to email them with the receipt. And I did send an email to them with detail receipt and ticket. On Monday, Melissa responded me that it was still my fault because I forget to write two letter of my plate number. She reduce to 50% cost $47. I ask her that I want to fight at the court because I paid for the parking, but she did not reply me anymore. It was not fun to communicated with them.

    I received a ticket without even being parked in an area patrolled by this company. The ticketing officer overstepped massively and gave my visitor a parking ticket despite being registered under a private lot in an area I've lived in for 10 years, this has never happened before. Car was parked directly in front of the sign indicating what group patrolled the lot. Hope you met your quota officer!
