I
went
into
this
clinic
on
November
17,
2020.
At
the
time
there
was
one
doctor
working
and
as
many
times
as
your
rang
the
bell
no
one
would
approach
to
assist
you.
I
had
to
self
register
at
a
kiosk.
During
my
two
hour
wait
for
a
doctor.
I
watched
many
people
approach
the
desk
looking
for
assistance
and
at
one
point
had
to
assist
people
at
the
kiosk
because
they
also
were
elderly
and
incapable
of
doing
so.
After
two
hours
a
gentlemen
called
me
and
told
me
I
can’t
be
seen
but
to
schedule
a
virtual
appointment
with
a
doctor.
I
was
blown
away
considering
I
was
there
for
a
potential
strep
throat
and
how
could
someone
possibly
know
how
to
treat
me
without
a
proper
exam
or
swap.
The
video
chat
lasted
5
minutes
and
I
had
a
prescription
ready
to
be
picked
up
off
a
presumption
based
on
symptoms.
This
couldn’t
have
gone
more
wrong.
Due
to
me
being
in
crucial
amounts
of
pain
I
had
no
choice
but
to
fill
it.
The
next
morning
I
woke
up
in
anaphylactic
shock
and
had
to
be
rushed
to
the
emergency.
I
also
explained
this
story
to
doctors
at
the
hospital
and
they
couldn’t
believe
a
doctor
would
prescribe
something
without
a
proper
assessment.
This
clinic
should
be
happy
I
don’t
sue
their
practice.
The
system
is
broke
and
this
needs
to
change.
Do
not
open
your
doors
if
you
cannot
properly
treat
someone.
