I had booked this as a last minute treat for my partners birthday and the receptionist was so helpful explaining all the options of treatment packages and what to expect on the day. Upon arrival we were greeted by the same lovely receptionist who made us feel very welcome. The treatments were amazing and we left feeling so relaxed and pampered. The staff that work here are super lovely ! It was well worth the money and we can't wait to return.

What a wonderful, kind, relaxing experience. Fantastic and I smell devine. Shower, spa, soaping, hot rinse, oily massage, tea and Turkish Delight. What a treat from a friend for my birthday.

Pretty disappointing. Had the couple bath and massage package. After the sauna we had to wait 45 minutes for the second masseuse to arrive before we started the bath. The bath was very rushed and not very authentic to an actual Turkish bath. The only thing that was positive was the massage which was great but the mass disorganisation with staff made it difficult to relax

We went on Saturday for my daughter's birthday. The staff were lovely. Own changing room with lockers. Then went to the sauna, followed by full body scrub and then massage. Whole experience was great and good price too. Thoroughly enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend.

Been today as a birthday treat. Opted for the sauna, bath and an hour long massage. I can't say enough about them. The staff were all really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Siobhan and Laura were amazing at massage. Will be going every couple of months now. Thanks guys. Absolutely fantastic 👍❤️

We had much higher expectations. We were rushed through all the different treatments. 10 minutes sauna, then you were asked to move on b/c other costumers were already waiting. Body scrub + foam bath were okay, however the massage was disappointing. You fill out a questionnaire at the reception but they don’t take your answers into consideration (great tension, SKIN issues!) Every customer is treated the same. We also found it irritating my husband was washed and massaged by a lady, I was treated by a man (who also washed my breast and often touched my bare breasts during the massage). I wouldn’t go there again because the overall atmosphere wasn’t relaxing (always other costumers behind you waiting) and the massage was way too short and soft! At the end of your treatment you’re asked to „sign off“ at a book (only when you’re satisfied though!), leaving a short remark. That’s pretty much of a psychological trick (since everybody said „lovely“, „amazing“, „wonderful“, we also agreed, writing it was „okay“). In hindsight however, it was a huge disappointment!

We had an amazing time here. It was very relaxing and we were made comfortable the whole time with a place to change, shower, enjoy a sauna, wash and massage. Throughout there was music, candles, water features and all for a great price!

I've been here on a few occasions. The receptionist is very helpful and patient she explained all the treatments. The infra red and body scrub is fantastic Then moved on to a massage, and relaxed with tea, and turkish delight. It really was beautiful. Very clean and lasted about 2 hours.the cost was very reasonable as well Tea and the rlasing room

My daughter took me here on Friday for a birthday treat EVERYONE was amazing!! From as soon as we walked through the door and met Lily. The place is very deceiving from the outside, but inside was clean and well organised. The treatments that we had were absolutely fantastic. When I left Lily gave me a little gift for my birthday. We will definitely be going back.

Dosn't look so inviting from the outside but taken aback when inside. Fabulous, great experience. Went alone and was a bit apprehensive but it was fine. Lovely setting. Professional staff. Left feeling energised and totally refreshed. Definitely going back.

One week ago Had a wonderful relaxing first time experience at this Turkish spa and greeted by Lily the receptionist who was very welcoming. Siobhan was amazing very professional and highly skilled and i loved the Turkish bath. Currently on holiday and my skin has never felt so good. High recommend and can't wait for my next visit.

£58 for package 2 which is a shower , sauna a rinse and a bubble scrub and massage . A head massage or a facial. Ok sauna was about 6 mins with a glass of water to consume , straight into the Turkish bath area were I got 6 scoops of water on my body (1 on each leg)(1 on each arm)(1 on the back and 1 on the chest and stomach) Then plastic bucket with foamy bubbles on a cloth wiped very lightly on the body then a rinse again then straight to the massage table we’re I was just moisturised with baby oil no massage what so ever(just moisturised on wet skin) I opted for a head massage not a facial. The masseuse rubbed my forehead for 5 minutes. Then I got told to get up and chill on a lounger we’re a lemon tea and 4 small cubes of Turkish delight were presented to me . Start to finish 25 mins and £58 down. By the way you have to give 48 hour’s notice to cancel or re arrange otherwise you loose your money . They take the full payment when booking. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Any Thai massage for 30 mins is more money’s worth. I can do a better job to shower myself and moisturise myself without the £58 bill What a SCAM NEVER EVER AGAIN Leave it to you guys to make your choice I’m just giving you my own true opinion But seriously not worth £58.

It was a decent experience. The lady in the reception was super friendly and the staffs were really nice. Didn’t know sauna was included which was nice. But It kinda felt gay being massaged by a guy as a straight man😂. Other than that everything was great.

Worst massage I have ever had, very brief couple of minutes spent on each body part. Was asked if pressure was ok and I asked for more pressure, which I didn’t get. Very disappointed I had high hopes and was really looking forwards to a good massage. Staff were polite. The body scrub would have been better if the soap was applied to the skin first and not after. The briefest massage ever

Went for the couple's package which was sauna, body scrub, foam wash and a full body massage. A lovely little place very clean and loads of ambience inside after the treatments there's was apple tea and Turkish delight . Will be back a few hours TLC that everyone needs once in a while

Staff are just beautiful. Super friendly and welcoming. Best back massage I’ve ever had!! Only person who has ever managed to get the knots out my back instantly. The only negative is the place doesn’t look as nice as other spas. Totally worth it though. Great value!!!!

Receptionist was wonderful and staff was kind and polite. Facilities were clean and good. I enjoyed the body scrub and the soap bath as well as the sauna. Would not come here for the massage I would say it did not do much for the tension in my shoulders. It was more of a light body rub and it was quite short- maybe 30mins? Maybe the male masseuse might be better- we got the ladies and it wasn't what I would consider a massage tbh. But in terms of a relaxing atmosphere- it was relaxing and my skin felt really good after! So adjust your expectations.

Service was unprofessional, had two ladies do our massage for me and my sister that spoke to eachother about their personal life throughout our massage so it wasn't relaxing at all. The building is run down, and it was pretty rushed, we didn't have much time in the sauna before our Turkish bath and massage

Wonderful Experience Adam is a First Class Massuer/Chiropractor with the Sauna to start with then the Body Scrub and then the full Medical Massage, was suffering with a stiff neck and bad back all the staff are very welcoming and friendly with Lily on the front desk to greet you, walk out of there feeling a million dollars, I have already made my next appointment Highly Recommended.

Don't let the location and outside looks put you off. Excellent experience, friendly staff and good value for money. Will definitely go back.
