I
have
literally
never
been
treated
as
bad
by
any
customer
service
rep
as
I
did
yesterday
at
this
store.
I
was
returning
an
item
and
I
didn’t
have
one
of
the
receipts
that
is
needed
to
do
the
transaction,
the
supervisor
came
over
to
help
and
she
was
quite
possibly
the
rudest
person
I
have
ever
met.
From
the
offset
she
was
treating
me
as
if
I
was
lying
about
not
knowing
where
the
receipt
was
and
that
I
was
an
absolute
burden.
The
lady
tried
all
options
to
try
and
figure
something
out
which
I
appreciated
but
the
entire
interaction
between
us
was
so
uncomfortable
and
made
me
so
anxious
I
started
to
shake.
I
got
my
dates
mixed
up
as
to
when
I
bought
the
items
because
I
felt
like
I
was
being
interrogated,
and
she
started
raising
her
voice
at
me.
She
was
talking
about
me
in
front
of
me,
saying
‘she
just
can’t
understand
that
she
needs
the
receipt’
and
when
I
responded
saying
I
do
understand
I
just
don’t
have
it,
she
just
ignored
me.
The
rudeness
and
horrible
tone
continued
throughout
the
interaction
and
it
got
so
bad
I
said
that
she
has
made
me
feel
like
a
pain.
I
continued
to
say
she
was
very
rude
and
should
be
nicer
which
she
responded
with
pulling
a
horrible
face
and
said
‘well
there’s
nothing
I
can
do
about
it’.
I
am
not
one
to
complain
as
I
know
customer
service
jobs
can
be
hard
but
this
was
beyond
being
a
bit
fed
up
with
your
day.
This
was
concerning
to
me
that
she
as
not
only
a
supervisor,
but
as
a
grown
woman
thinks
it’s
acceptable
to
speak
to
people
this
way.
