Waited about 16 months to get a tooth pulled. I finally get in and they don't pull the tooth I need. Instead they drill and fill other teeth. Filings came out immediately. I went from no pain to now having pain in 3 separate teeth. I've now been waiting months to get them to fix what they screwed up. Won't give me an appointment. Tell me to drive 40 minutes every day and wait and hope to be seen. Between a sitter and gas it costs about $120 a day to maybe be seen. Now over a thousand dollars out of my pocket nothing is complete. Then dealing with the nasty argumentative lady at front desk today I'll be filling a law suit

Premier Health Care, is my new Facility, I'm just not happy with my service, and caring there, I was in the hospital, and they never contacted me after I share I was admitted through my patient portal! What a waste of time using it, when hardly anyone answers or takes weeks to answer! I'm a sever diabetic and during the shortage of Trulicity, they was will nilly about finding me a replacement! My first experience meeting my dr and staff was excellent but then it diminished quickly! so sad had hoped I found a good PCP or in my case a PNP! I am now looking for a new PCP!

I was sick and received poor service from the doctor. She indicted that I did not have any symptoms even though I was congested, coughing with chest pains from coughing. Why would I go to this place if I am not sick? I walk in pay no insurance. I needed assistance for my medical needs. She was not very professional or compassionate for me as a patient. This is poor treatment of a veteran that has served his country. Thank you so much.

Dr. Hassan did beautifully with my two front teeth. They were very chipped and uneven. They have never looked better. She is very kind and thorough and always teaching the young woman that work with her. All the people that work there are very friendly and kind. It’s a pleasure going to the dentist. Thank you!

Susan was very helpful in the process of completing the Medicaid application. She made us feel welcomed. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. She answered all of our questions and took the time with my dad (who has dementia) to explain things. Dad has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer and we have applied several times and keep getting denied due to mistakes in answering all of the questions. We were frustrated and in desperate need of help. Susan was the answer to a prayer for us.

This is for the dental clinic! I usually love this place, I love the woman dentist she is so sweet & she takes her job serious. The staff I normally love but today was horrible, the dentist assistant was rude and so unprofessional, she had tattoos all up her arms that should be covered in this line of work. She talked over the dentist was very rude and nasty and my daughter said she was mean and ruff with her. I will not be returning

Everything was very excellent. Very easy to make a appointment. Hardly had to wait in the waiting room. Who ever worked on my teeth was very caring, gentle, and fast. Very pleased with my service and definitely will recommend this facility.

Let’s be honest… For those that have children with unique needs it is hard to find quality care like you may have experienced in other states. This makes finding a Dr that meets your needs strenuous. So without getting into all that let’s just get into the pros and cons of premier and our Dr. Pros: - ease of care: They have literally all major services within their network along with an online service to track you/your kids care. - referral team: goes with ease of care but this is a huge advantage over other Drs in the area. - you are not being shoved or brushed off and they listen. At least with our Dr you can see how she is paying close attention and takes her time. - Solution Driven. Again from what I have seen it’s problem solving and getting you connected to the services you or your kids need. - Open communication with an understanding of the local community and what it has to offer. They help you every step of the way and make sure you have all the information needed to succeed in this area. Cons: - waiting - scheduling Let’s be honest again. Look at the quality of care that is being offered. Then look at the lack of care in the area. Lastly, look at the increase in population in the area. For all that the wait and scheduling are honestly not that bad.

Genuinely kind, knowledgeable, compassionate staff and practioners who actively listen and are eager to work with patients to help achieve whole health. Completely blew me away and exceeded my expectations.

I really like the sliding scale they have for payment. Save me a lot of money. The staff are exceptional and carrying as a dentist is as well. I would like to personally think the dentist for the job she did it was exceptional and she expedited pulling five teeth in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend premier community health Care to anyone

Dr Perdomo is excellent!!! She takes her time to listen and understand me. I have never felt rushed. I always feel heard, understood, and cared about. Staff is wonderful as well as they are always so kind and pleasant. Wonderful office for sure ♥️

I was very anxious to take my son here as he is only 2 but started to get cavities. Everyone here was extremely nice from the front desk to the dental assistant to his dentist. It was a super quick appointment and we didn’t wait long to be seen. His dentist understood he would want to fight with her about cleaning his teeth but she was gentle and got it done super fast. This was a super stress free first dentist appointment for my son and i’m glad we chose them!!!

I have been going to their practice for years now and I am extremely happy with them. In the beginning I was seeing their nurse practitioners until I found a regular female doctor with them in spring Hill. Dr perdermo is excellent. Very thorough and always takes her time with me at every visit. Their staff from check in to the moment you leave are extremely friendly and helpful and informative. The rooms are always neat and clean and the whole building is well kept. I worked in the healthcare field for 28 years and I can tell you for sure this office will take care of all your needs from medications to any of your visits and call backs. It is so important and very comforting that they are there for me. Anytime I've had an urgent need to see them they got me in right away. Thank you to every one of you I appreciate you greatly.

Dental *** My daughter had brought home a paper about premier community dental from her school being they have a bus that does cleanings. A short time later in April 2022 she suddenly had tooth pain so I called the number on the form hoping for some help or guidance. They were very helpful and got her an emergency visit. They were very honest about what work my daughter needed and that while they could do the work they suggested being my daughter was younger she may be better to go to a different dental surgical center that provided sedation as they do not. We took their advice. Fast forward to March 2023 and my daughter had pain again. I called and again they got her in quick. Luckily it seemed to be minor gum irritation from molars growing in but Dr. Painter and the staff took great care of her. They took time to talk and answer my questions and concerns. They are amazing with their care and have patience with my daughter. Definitely a great experience. I will continue to use them going forward and always recommended them. They are also very fast and efficient, first appointment wasn't even a one minute wait and second was just a couple minutes.

Had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Chhadh at Premier Community HealthCare Spring Hill Dental office today! She is extremely professional and gentle in her manner and work. The hygienist My was also very thorough and gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had! Thank you!

Took 11 months for To get seen for the first time . After getting seen I needed work that my insurance would not cover (of course) called the scheduling to see if they expected care credit as payment . The woman told me YES . So I applied. I get there the woman at the counter says we don’t except that. Now I have Aline of credit that has been pulled that I can’t even use ! Supervisor called to just say sorry and talk about her day I guess . Bbb will get a letter. because these people make you feel like you are a joke , good luck you if go here

***DOES NOT DO SEDATION DENTISTRY *** The office staff upon our arrival was Good people. I am a caregiver for a man with a neurological deteriorating condition. We got our appointment 10 MONTHS ago from what I found out was a call center. Apparently the call center doesn't know that they don't do sedation dentistry. So make sure you follow up closer to the date of your appointment. That's the only reason I'm writing this review. I don't want anyone else to go through what we went through this morning. The office staff was nice. They were not ugly about it they were just matter-of- fact... "Oh, I'm sorry you got incorrect information." But were able to provide me a couple of other resources that hopefully we can get this done.

I love my Provider, Erin Jones! She takes her time and really listens. She is thorough and compassionate. Very little wait time, affordable treatment, friendly staff, easy to find. The ONLY reason it's not 5 stars is because the exam room floor was disgusting. It had paper garbage and lots of muddy looking dirt on the floor around the exam table. It's worth the drive for me.

Very streamlined for check in, and wait time was less than most MD offices. Extremely clean waiting area and exam rooms. Staff members were very courteous and accomadating. Addressed all concerns and were very efficient. Each staff member I encountered was friendly, happy, and obviously enjoyed their job. Premier has a well run clinic with compassionate and knowledgeable staff and clinicians. Thank you for being an asset to this community!

From reception to nurse to doctor, best experience I've had in Florida EVER! Staff treated me very well & showed genuine concern for my questions. Highly recommend this office!!

Called to schedule a replacement crown, a cleaning and check up. I was told they had to fix the crown before the cleaning, so I would have to schedule an emergency visit. They told me they didn't have any emergency appointments available but they would call me back when they had one. I called back a few times and was told every time they would call me when they had an emergency appointment available. Before I realized it, 4 months had gone by. I called again and was told that they had changed their scheduling system and to call them at 7 am to see if they could schedule any appointments. I called at 7 am the next morning and was told they had no openings for any appointments as far out as they were scheduling and to show up at the office at 7 am and they may be able to see me for an emergency appointment. I called my insurance, switched my dentist and was seen in 2 days.

My daughter saw her new doctor today. It went well with prompt appointment, little wait time for getting back to the exam room and actually seeing doctor. One of the quickest I've seen. Dr. Natalie Perdomo was very thorough with her questions and she was a good listener. Then the person that handled the paperwork and next appointment kindly directed us to most direct way to the parking lot for saving steps. I greatly appreciated it. My difficulty walking today was making it painful to cover long distances.

The staff in the Spring Hill location are so friendly and helpful. They made me laugh which help me put my mind at ease about being at the dentist. Wonderful environment. I recommend this place.

I have found the staff to be helpful and pleasant, the the providers take the time to listen to my concerns. The patient portal is great!! My question's are always answered promptly along with a follow up phone call always. I feel that I am receiving quality care, and they have many resources to help me with my concerns.
