NEVER STAY HERE One of the worst hotel ever... I trusted them stayed at their hotel, the cost of their hotel is really very high as per the quality of their room. Also, on the top of that they misleaded me. I asked them where I can go for shopping. A person from their hotel took me to a shop where i got the goods at really high price and they were really bad quality. I shopped of around 30,000. But when i came back to my home, my family members started screaming at me. They told me whatever I bought just cost 15000. Not more than that. What an irony, that i asked locals for better suggestions but they looted me. Do not ever visit this Place. DO Not Trust these people. Explore your self, where you will find what and at good prices. I will never go to Rajasthan again. @rajasthangovernment.

I had booked a room but they scammed at the end moment. I reached the railway station at night, they told me that they have complimentary cab service and sent an autowala who took us to another hotel which was horrible and way overpriced. We had no other option because we were tired and it was night. They scammed us for eating commission and then the hotel manager had the audacity to call me and ask me to stay the next day at their hotel and asked me to book cab for a high price for Jaipur tour. I refused doing that and booked an Oyo at much better price with better facilities. Please beware of this scam.

IF YOU WANT TO DIE, TAKE A SHOWER IN THIS HOTEL. Basically, i got an electricity shock while i was turning off the shower water, then when i told them about it they said they will check it, i reached for them again to tell them that its dangerous for the guy to check it, they started ignoring me, he looked at the computer and told me im working, very rude manager, like, very very vey rude, i could have died here and he ignores me because we had a little argument earlier the day before. What a joke. If you want to die, come take a shower here. They told me they will send the boy to check, ofcourse he checked while wearing shoes and dry feet, mister smart manager, take your shoes off, get them wet and go check if there is a current or not. Im sure he did not bring an elctrician, lazy manager. Ofcourse i hit the counter after i was being ignored by the manager after i got electricity shocked, my hand shaked for an hour after it. Good luck staying in this hotel. Lame roof top too.

Don't book this hotel based on past reviews. Hotel management has changed post covid and infrastructure and service are very poor. Rooms have earthing issue so you risk electrical shock, staff quarrel among them selves and everyone from hotel staff are there to just make money.

My experience....... recently i visited this place and I am really disappointed about this hotel i really wish I should have taken another hotel it was ok if i was alone but my family was also there first of all about cleaness they don't have any cleaning washrooms are filled with cigarettes and room also bedsheets are dusty and second thing is if u complaint anything they won't even come and see what we are complaing they will argue about the complaints especially there is one room boy who is soo arrogant and argue Every night he will come and take ac remote and if ask him to clean room or change bedsheets first thing he will say Is no bedsheets or my shift is over no other replacements and once we went to restaurant it's a funny experience the whatever we ordered the restaurant boy was telling we don't have that later we said whatever u have give it then he started telling us paratta i can cook but curry i won't tell chottu he is sitting simply that is the reason he gave us and here again the room boy if we tell him to give something he will tell we don't have it and later started talking arrogantly but the reception guy was cool but his manners was different when we check out so if u are prefering this hotel plz ensure that u will get good food and clean bedroom bathroom , ac remote offcourse just think about on one day u have ac and it's too hot but still u can't use ac just because they don't give u remote and u are calling at the reception at night 3 and no one is picking. And next day u complained and they turned on the ac and again here the room boy go with the remote and again u calling them at 3 to reduce the ac again i am telling this experience was with my family that's why I am concerned otherwise i should have left it so poor ......

We stayed at the hostel for two nights (we paid two nights straightaway because the price was cheaper) and it was our worst experience so far. The staff we had at this time was not very welcoming and professional, especially a young guy who was not very courteous but rather arrogant. Coincidence or not, I felt really sick after eating at their restaurant (after 1 week in India and two cities visited already). I advise the other people coming to this hostel to not drink from their water bottle or at least ask the waiter to let you open your bottle yourselves (he opened it himself, never happened before). A good thing, the bedroom was quite big. I’m never letting any comments on Google but I’m doing it this time to warn travellers if your tuktuk driver advices you this hotel.

Every thing is ok, but owner is not interested on maintaining best services and proper use of man power.

If u finding for a budget friendly hotel then it's the one of the best hotel in Jaipur . They treat u like there own family , services are fabulous , and rooms are well defined and maintained. They also arrange daily evening tours . And that's all what I want to reveal , just come and visit hear at least one and I am sure you will love it .

Very bad experience in my life, Im booked in a makemytrip application,The Room picture showing in very nice, booked through online payment. The payment is not refundable, the room conditions is verry bad. Im reported to reception, they asking to me your booked from online, you want choice here stay. This is one if the pathetic hotel i have ever seen. I have booked for an hourly basis and they charged ₹800 for just 3 hours. I had asked for food nothing was there except maggie and when i ordered from zomatao they wouldn’t allowed in as per their policy. When i asked them for water they took around 15 min to send water service was too slow, room was untidy, staff was arrogant and rude Will not recommend to anyone!!!

Nice hotel for family one should visit and feel the ambiance highly recommend. Thkyu guys for best hospitality.

The location was good. Well decorated. Cleaning was little less but service was good. Attire of the staff needs improvement.

The room was average with basic furniture, but it smelled smokey and dusty. The bed was squeaky and there was no television and duatbin in room. The washroom was big but the toilet flush and geyser was not working, and the basin drainage opening was not having cover and no toiletries were given. Overall very bad experience.

These people are fraud and don't respect customers. I booked room online by Agoda and booking was confirmed. When I reached hotel with my wife and 4 years old kid, they said that they had closed the online booking and they don't know how the booking happened. However they had also got the confirmation from Agoda. They just said all the rooms are full and I should talk to Agoda and look for some other arrangement. This questions the whole online system as we do online booking for our convenience.

My experience was cruel. I checked into the hotel room at 5:00 am and had to leave for work at 10:00 am. When I came back, he said, you have checked out. Your room was from 11:00 am and I had taken my room for the full day and the hotel staff was misbehaving. One of the boy in his staff, he is telling lie with me again and again you have left at 8:00 am so I told them, show me the CCTV recording but they did not show it and he was argueing with me.

Pathetic place for a stay! It was a last-minute, online booking as we were visiting Jaipur to celebrate the new year. They charged us around INR 1500 /- per night, which I think is double their usual price. Though, it has a working lift but the entire hotel, including the rooms, is in awful condition. We reached there at night, had dinner in a nearby restaurant and tucked ourselves in bed. In the morning, we started searching for another place and checked out. We then checked in to Hotel Garg Niwas, which again I found via Google search.

Friendly staff and relatively quiet, in a convenient location but the whole place needs money spent on fixing up and repainting .

Hi friends please don't it ever come to this disgusting, unhygienic,full of stinky things hotel because the following reasons number 1 The rates are very high compared to to IT infrastructure number 2 quality of food pathetic number 3 waiters and the staff are short of thief number 4 everyone in the hotel is trying to fox customer at any cost number 5 if you have a baby then please please please don't come here number 6 the management doesn't want to change they will not give proper GST bill a but they will claim from the customer

Absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful heritage hotel. Rooms were lovely.. I stayed in three different ones and they were all great.. food is delicious and most of all THE STAFF were amazing. Really looked after me the whole time I was there.. particularly Manjit and Vishnu. The owner Ajay is also great and will go out of his way to help you. LOVE THIS PLACE 🎉
