Rustic,
earthly
and
beautiful.
Thats
how
I
will
describe
Kohka
wilderness
camp.
There
is
huge
open
space
with
a
gazebo
and
a
play
area
for
toddlers
and
children.
The
restaurant
serves
freshly
made
food
and
one
can
choose
the
open
dining
area
or
the
one
that
is
indoors.
The
walls
of
the
open
dining
area
adorn
the
now-world-famous
warli
paintings.
The
rooms
are
clean
and
come
with
a
verandah.
It
is
heartening
to
see
that
the
resort
does
its
bit
towards
sustainibility.
For
instance
they
dont
use
small
dispensers
for
shampoo
and
soap
as
they
litter
the
environment.
Instead
they
use
a
500
ml
bottles
that
are
reusable.
There
is
a
cluster
of
4
rooms
bunched
together
that
may
be
very
good
for
groups.
There
are
2
small
bridges
that
take
you
across
a
small
stream.
The
camp
boasts
of
a
swimming
pool
too.
One
of
the
most
enjoyable
part
of
our
stay
was
our
interaction
with
Shourabh
who
left
a
job
in
Ireland
to
start
this
14
room
resort.
The
anecdotes
he
shared
especially
about
famous
tigress
"Collarwali"
(she
is
no
more)
were
gripping,
to
say
the
least.
A
cozy
little
resort
that
is
as
functional
as
it
is
beautiful.
God
bless
them
for
not
fixing
TVs
in
the
rooms.
