    I asked for a Big Mac with NO Big Mac Bun. I received a Big Mac with all 3 buns and no Big Mac Sauce 🤦‍♀️. My Quarter Pounder with cheese was raw in the middle!

    I was in the drive thru 2/28/22 around 12:10pm I ordered my food large and when the woman with the blue shirt gave me the drink it was medium. She told me that they didn't have large lids and that's why she gave me a medium drink. As I was waiting for the rest of my food another employee dug out the large lids from under the soda machine. If you don't have something, don't charge for what we suppose to get. As you can see by the picture, large fries with the medium drink. The reason I'm leaving this review, is because it happens quite often with drinks or food.

    Absolutely garbage. Everything about this place…the staff especially the managers are incompetent and probably don’t have highschool degrees. The food is always rock hard and a waste of money. If u have time to kill this McDonald’s is great for you! Guaranteed 20 minute wait pretty much all day. I am writing this review because I went for breakfast this morning and got there at 10:12 and the line was in the next parking lot… I got to the window at 10:31 and they would not serve me breakfast because they don’t serve it after 10:30. I asked for a manager because that is absolutely ridiculous and she called me a liar and said I was not in the line at that time. Does she keep tabs on me lol. I could barely understand her with her rude attitude baby voice. She is lucky my day just began because if this was later in the day my patience would have been used up already. Corporate needs to observe this McDonald’s because it is literally trash on every aspect.

    Soooo, 😂 this was pretty bad! In all fairness; there was a lot of construction going on and they're clearly remodeling inside which is welcomed news! WITH THAT SAID, THE LOBBY IS CURRENTLY CLOSED (May 2023) there were three cars in front of us. (On each side there are two drive-thru) It took us 30 minutes to get through. NO THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. Not even close. If we weren't blocked in we would have left. Quite frankly there is a safety issue there in my opinion but I digress. I have visited this McDonald's several times in the past, and quite frankly the service has been pretty decent but it also depends on who's working at the time. Again it's 2023 after all. The food was fairly fresh. However, the fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a couple of months. UPDATE: 😩 THINGS HAVE WENT TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET! We have visited a few times since my last update. Tonight was the final straw. Obviously everyone orders from the menu electronically now. Fine. But, there was a mutiny going on in the dining area. The average wait time for our food was about 25 minutes. This is not an exaggeration I assure you! Not only that, let's double down! When people were expressing their frustrations with the manager he said "would you like me to lock the doors? Okay! I'll go lock the doors and nobody gets food!" HIS ACTUAL WORDS PEOPLE! 😆 Are you kidding McDonald's? Good luck with all that!

    Went inside to get food,stood at front counter waited for at least ten minutes,no one came to take my order , not even a greeting, (they saw me right when I walked in) even had one of the employees walk right by me , of course I walked out. Besides the food is not that great to wait that long for one of the Rude lazy people to take your order. If I were the manager I would have lost my mind ! News flash! That's how you loose customers! Will NOT return . This is not the first time this has happened. You should train your employees better , ( my cat is smarter) they freakin get , what 13 dollars an hour ? What a disgrace!! Even for a fast food restaurant.they could do a lot better. Gonna make the wrong person angry one day. I'm just saying, does corporate even read these reviews? If they don't, they should !

    This is my second time at this McDonald's and they cannot read. What I ordered is not what I received, and when you call they do not answer their phone. I don't know what kind of operation they are running, but it sucks. I couldn't enjoy my breakfast this morning because it was wrong. Please make sure your employees can read!!!

    l have ordered hot drinks by the touch screen and paid $5.87 by card. 5 minutes later they said there is no hot drinks available. Than they refunded the money but l just seen my bank account they refunded $4.48 so they have stolen my $1.39

    Not only did they get the order wrong, which was only 2 iced coffees but when we got it corrected it tasted like stale coffee. And they guy in the drive thru window swore he made it right the first time. Bad service and product equals 1 star.

    This is not the employees problem this is a McDonald's problem.. mobile app doesn't work.. sends you inside the store constantly.. what's the purpose to the mobile app!! McDonald's seems to be neglecting some of their stores..especially this one....it shows.. I love McDonald's but I'm thinking Taco Bell breakfast and service is much better! I'll be going there from now on!

    I have received in the past year about other McDonald's locations seemingly having turned around the stigma that once was over fast food and especially McDonald's for a while. In the past three months, I have eaten at this location half-a-dozen times, every time I go there my food is wrong and the service is horrible. Don't feel like this is an industry-standard with this company, I feel like it's an in-store issue. Won't be back.

    They said they were out of happy meals. I asked how the hell are ya out of happy meals? Sooo, I changed my order. Then no receipt, said machine was broken, then one entire soda machine was empty, All selections. Then they told me ,well we're out of happy meal boxes after I made another selection. I said well you could've said that in the 1st place I would've said just put it in a bag like back in the old days..service is terrible.!! Stay away.

    Not sure what was happening at this Mcdonalds today but, I was Charged $9.61 for an order that wasn't even mine, I believe it belonged to the vehicle in front of me. Then, I was handed a HOT coffee when i clearly ordered an ICED vanilla coffee. I was handed a bag with a single sandwich in it, and then $4.06 was refunded to me in cash. It does not stop there. When I got home to eat my food, I was given the incorrect sandwich as well. I ordered a Sausage and Cheese McGriddle (I cannot have eggs, because I have an allergy to them), and a Vanilla Iced coffee. I was given a Sausage, EGG and cheese McMuffin instead....... I have no time to go back as I work, and I am pretty sure I needed to be refunded a different amount. Not sure what was happening here today BUT, I am glad I looked at my receipt and realized I was actually charged for a completely wrong order but, I am very upset I still got the wrong order. It seemed only two people were working this morning. Could have been more but, I only saw a manager who charged me and the young lady at the window giving me my food.

    Went there around 2pm, there was a long wait. I placed my order thru the machine. Then was told they didn't have the adult happy meal. I ordered a happy meal also but never got the fries for the happy meal.

    This is the absolute worst McDonald's in Port St Lucie. Whenever I order food through the drive-thru or curbside pickup 99% of time there are no napkins with my order. I just went through the drive-thru they're doing renovations and the curbside pickup is closed. Based on the time stamp on my quarter pounde, my food sat there for well over 25 minutes before I finally made it to the drive that window. They need more than just renovations to that place. They need to get their act together.

    Drive thru service is really slow, as in VERY slow. Suspect -at least at times - it is due to a backup of the prep/serving staff and not the folks taking the orders. This morning I ordered two meals which should have had 2 of the potatoe patties but the bag only had the two sandwiches. No napkins. Had to wait after paying in parking lot because they were out of coffee. This has happened numerous times. In addition, the potatoe cakes and fries have tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a looong time. Sorry to say but having been to several hundred McD's over the years and this one is near the bottom for service rating. Wish it would improve.

    I thought the owner should that when this location is short staffed they tell customers the system is down. However, there was a nice young man with dreds that came to the window and took our order. In front of customers another worker walked up and very rudely asked "why is there an order on my screen". We have seen this trend in other states if customers cannot receive service close the store down. Why are people on the clock making money if they are trying to detour or stop orders.

    I asked for a fish filet meal without cheese, but when I received it, the sandwich contained cheese. Therefore, I informed them that cheese was added to my sandwich. They requested that I return the sandwich and instructed me to drive up to the curb to await the correct order. They came out and handed it to me, at which point I realized that they had simply removed the cheese from the sandwich and returned it to me. Do better and take pride in your work no matter what you are doing. Very disappointed such a shame.

    The worst McDonald's to go to. The drive-in takes forever. How can it take this long to get pre cooked food? Just go anywhere else... Literally anywhere. It took me 20 min to be able to order and there was only 2 cars a head of me. It took over 35 minutes to get my food. I devolped cancer from waiting..

    Worst McDonald's experience ever. Only kids working took us 25 minutes to get our food. They were only working drive thru orders. Numerous customers complaing. The Manager says well I am working the drive thru. All customers said well what about all of us? He said well I could just lock the doors. How would you like that? Ridiculous! When we finally get our food, it was wrong. My husband ordered extra big Mac sauce didn't happen. I ordered pickles on my sandwich and also none. I also ordered and paid for a medium lemonade and received a small lemondade. Every time I go there rude service and always a long wait. Owner, Big changes needed starting with your leadership at this location.

    I do deliveries for uber eats. I have been to this location multiple times. They consistently put cones up to block off the drive thru at night and stay out of view of customers. I knocked on the window and called the store to ask for the managers information once the employee said, "we're closed because we ran out of food." I've lost money to take care of my family because of these employees at this location.

    Would give zero stars if I could. Website says this is a 24 hour location but at 3:30AM they were not serving customers. The counter person said that they were cleaning and getting ready for breakfast which starts at 5AM. Pregnant and hungry drove from Traditions Hospital to this location. There was another customer getting food so I’m not sure why we were denied.

    This is THE worst McDonald’s in the country. Literally every time I go there is some kind of problem. They are consistently out of food, their employees have attitude, I have to wait forever and their third party deliveries never work. It’s always something. I can never have just a normal experience here

    This place is constantly lacking in the quality of their food and service. I think I'm now writing this review to say I'm done ordering from this place. Today I have found a piece of what I assume to be plastic from their packaging in one of my nuggets. The first photo is to show that yes I am indeed eating mcnuggets and the second to show the meat on the piece of plastic matches that of the inside of the nuggets. Horrendous quality control from the company and terrible service from the store. Avoid at all costs this place is not worth it.

    Unfortunately, this McDonald's routinely falls short on timely service and food preparation. As an example, we ordered a meal for 4. The food took about 45 minutes to receive and they forgot one of the sandwiches. Not the first time it has happened and certainly not the last time (but I am sure I will not be visiting the restaurant if I can help it). Save your time and money and visit another restaurant that takes pride in getting your order right and on time. There are many here in PSL that would appreciate your business.

    I always have a bad experience here! Very frustrating! Not once have I had a good customer service, fresh food nor fast service. I just ordered a happy meal for my 3 year old and the apple slices were expired and 2 of the 4 chicken nuggets were white on once side.

    Someone needs to get the older lady manager out of there asap. I've never heard a manager speak to her employees that way especially in front of customers. Leading by example maybe would work but after yelling at the staff and telling guests they were out of everything even toilet paper she had plenty of time to go outside and smoke 2 cigarettes back to back all while talking bad about the store and her employees. Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen. If anyone from Corp or the staff sees this definitely report her because you do not deserve to be treated that way even in fast food. Our food was missing numerous items, sauces, napkins, fries ect.. but hey its McDonald's so I'm sure they don't care and know by now that everyone goes back since it is what it is.

    This location needs to hire a whole new crew and throw this one away fr. Not 24hrs, they get lazy and say they’re closed at night, and don’t know the meaning of fast food, if you got time to wait, this is the place to go. Never get your order right & ran by immature kids, this place sucks.

    Stop taking your Mccrispy chicken sandwich that is already cooked and tired and refrying it, redropping, cooking it twice and reselling it back to the customer! Resulting in a xtra greasy cooked twice sponge. Trust me we know what your doing, lazy cooks and poor management.

    Stopped in for something quick before leaving town. Ordered adult happy meal and was told don't have any. Ordered happy meals and was told couldn't have it because they had no boxes ordered something else paid and was told couldn't have a receipt. Went to get my drinks and everything was empty was told to use another station. Management started screaming at me for asking for a cup. Absolutely NO excuse for horrible behavior. This place needs closed down.

    First of all McDonald's is a No Longer a fast food restaurant and No Longer a bang for your buck to eat. I walked in thinking it would be faster than the drive through and once they took my money it took 25 minutes to get my food. This was Sunday around 9pm. I also spent almost $13.00 on just 2 burgers and a large fries, nothing to drink. I thought it was very expensive for what I got and did even taste good. For this money I could get me a better burger at Applebee's. I do have to say, the Latin person who took care of me was very nice and courdial.

    Son talked me into stopping by this location. Not good. A 20-minute wait for "fast food." Gave them back 2 extra large cold fries for hot ones and watch the young man place them back to be served to someone else (I tasted a few before sending them back). Ordered 2 guava/cheese pies and was told the same thing that the person that left 10 minutes ago was told - it'll take 10 minutes before they would be ready. He didn't realize that I was at the register when the previous person was told that. They also had a young man that seemed to be walking in slow motion with a TERRIBLE attitude bagging the food. He should've been sent home permanently.

    We ordered our food and didn’t get a receipt, realized we were missing 3 hash browns and went back as it was only 15 mins ago when we last ordered. Went back and the guy at the window pulled up our order from a few mins ago no problem and said we could get the hash browns at the next window. We go to the next window and the lady there tells us they don’t have hash browns and can give us fries instead bcz it was now 10:50 and lunch time or we could come back tmrw and get the hash browns then. We said no and just wanted the refund (we were not going to waist time THE NEXT DAY to get 3 hash browns) she tells us we can’t get a refund without a receipt. A RECEIPT THAT WE DIDNT GET! I asked her how they would remember to give us the hash browns if we came the next day without a receipt. She said they would make a “note in their book” but I asked her again, why can’t you make a “note in your book” that we need a refund for the hash browns we didn’t get? She didn’t have a response and repeated the options of getting fries or coming back tmrw. We tried getting the manager and the lady gave us a corporate number after we told her we wanted the MANAGER OF THIS SPECIFIC MCDONALDS number. WONT BE BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS EVER.

    Ran by young little girls that don’t know the first thing about customer service. How is it okay to serve a walk up on foot through the drive thru that just skipped 10 cars that waited there 20 minutes in line. If the inside is closed DoorDash should stop sending orders to them or they should wait in line like other mobile orders have to. It’s dangerous, a liability and frankly unfair. Stop hiring high schoolers to run the place and get an adult in there.

    The worst experience for fast food. Three only good thing is the app. This McDonald's always has something wrong with it and I tell myself drive a little further is worth it, but today I did not take my advice. Waited on the drive thru about 25 minutes no movement. Finally when I get my order they have no ice for the drink and the fries were cold. I should have went back and asked for my money back and gone to the better McDonald's. Sometimes convenience is not the way to go. I am done going to this McDonald's, customer service is also the worst.

    This drive-thru is ridiculous. Waiting 5-10 minutes before a car moves up one spot and the drive-thru gets backed up far into the parking lot. Many places take their drive-thru time seriously, but this place does not seem to care one bit about making good time. Don’t not waste your time here waiting when there are McDonald a few minutes away from this one that will actually get you served within a reasonable time.

    Stay away. Just stay away from this location. I don’t know if they are understaffed, the employees don’t care, or they hire people and don’t train them properly. In all my years of eating at fast food restaurants this location is the most disappointing. I shouldn’t have to wait 35 minutes for a #7, with an extra order of small fries, 2 small cokes, and a caramel frappé. There was an older lady in the lobby trying to order food from the kiosk. She was asking for help but there was no one at the counter to help her, so she gave up and left. I could see inside the kitchen and there were maybe 8 or 9 people back there and they were standing around looking stupid. Someone finally came to the counter, I got my money back and left.

    This team definitely needs guidance. I ordered my food through the drive thru. The two males at the windows were polite and provided great service . The rest of the staff however needs more training. Many do not value customer service and in result will scare away all of the customers.After receiving my food I had to enter the mcdonalds because I did not receive my sauces. The place smelled of baby diaper poop. I waited and waited at the front desk and no one seemed to pay me any mind as I continuously said “excuse me”. The employees made eye contact with me and even walked past me. They heard me but chose to ignore me. There should always be someone standing at the front to take the orders of the customers that are within the building. Very unprofessional… I have no one else to blame but the supervisors.
