Horrible bad food. Ordering food here was the biggest mistake of my life. Drinks, cola, diluted with water. Tap water cost 3.50. lasagna was sour and I hope I wouldn't get food poisoning. Staff is rude and not caring. When I asked for bill, they didn't even give me receipt and asked to pay inside. Inside they had my order written on piece of paper and showed total price on calculator and immediately threw that paper in bin. I had to ask for normal receipt. Obviously this is done to pay less taxes to government and to avoid giving any proof to customers that they ate there in case of food poisoning. Can anyone help and advise please how I can complain to Spanish authorities to get this place reviewed by tax office and food hygiene??!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star, and I wish I had googled it before to see the reviews from other clients. Food was so horrible, ordered various tapas and OMG, the food ruined my whole day. THEY WILL NEVER SEE MY MONEY, not even if they were the only place open in town. And it's not freshly made food, it's frozen food. So disgusting my goodness. NO NO

The location is fantastic, but when it comes to authentic good tasting food, this place is the biggest let down. I failed to read the reviews before sitting down. Absolutely avoid if you care the slightest about food.

Good enough pasta hence 2 stars. Pizza made of Frozen supermarket boxed pizza sold for 3x the price. This is not a restaurant but a average bar. I do not recommend. Toilets are from your worst nightmares.

Rude & careless staff. Food was the worst we’ve had in the city. Paella was soggy & had no taste, Toilets were filthy; kitchen grim.

If I could I would give zero from 5 points. We ordered some tapas but what we got was food out of a can. It was completely disgusting besides the service as well. Restaurants like this should be closed just to prevent consumers health. Dear Manager of this "Restaurant", I would feel ashamed by this offer. Mushrooms with garlic and oil are NOT cold mushrooms out of a can.

Dinner time one day before Christmas. cheaper than other places as the portions were smaller too. There is no drinks menu to analyse before ordering. The staff is helpful and you'll get sorted with everything you need. No sweet food , the menu is not updated.

I have no words for this place, the worst food I ever tried in a restaurant. The first red flag should be the kitchen that is door to door with a dirty toilet. Service was terrible, Paella horrifying, burnt and overcooked rice with disgusting meat and some poor substitute for squids, not to mention the watery beer we had and wine that almost made me puke. Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I looked at the reviews before I decided to sit here. And yeah it's also very pricey.

The paella could have more sea products in it. There was almost only rice in the plate. Except the food, the location is very nice.

Should have been more careful and looked at a review before eating here. Frozen cardboard pizza from the microwave Tourist trap in a nice location.

The service was terrible, we was waiting over 1hr for a small tapas, which was a bit too pricey. After that we wanted to pay the bill but waiter didn't bring it for about 20 mins so I had to went inside to sort it out. Wouldn't reccomend it even to the people I don't like. Try to avoid this place guys.

Summary of this review: AVOID THIS PLACE!!! horrible food, awful service, dirty glasses, dirty toilet right next to the kitchen, we ordered steak which tasted and felt like shoe leather, cold fries and overpriced drinks. No drinking chart. Don’t go here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible. Dirty glasses, dirty tables, 45+ minutes waiting time, dry fries, chewy steak, «salad» is only iceberg lettuce, all the menus list different prices (and they charge the highest one), the toilet is right beside the kitchen (which looks super dirty). Don’t go here

This place is a trap. I wish I could give less than 1 star. It's honestly amazing how they can stay open serving the food they do. Beware!

Bad form! Don't stop just for drinks. You must order food also. This is what they told us when we sat there at a table for some drinks. We were thirsty but not hungry, not just yet anyway. Strange thing to ask paying customers to leave! Never experienced anything like this.

1 Coke Zero is 4.90 euros. Tomato pasta (should be simple) is clearly from a can. Pizza is a frozen base for sure. Terrible waste of money do not go

I wish I googled other reviews here before I made the order in this restaurant. I had the worst paella in my life, meat inside of it had a horrible taste and very weird smell, rice was overcooked and burnt. Beer we ordered was watery, red wine even worse than beer. That's being said, never ever sit here to eat. Service, food, drinks, toilets and overall atmosphere is simply awful.

My note: avoid this place. Drinks are too expensive. Service is slow and not really friendly. I got the worst pizza on earth. (Pizza Mexican). No fresh contens, Ketchup as souce.

There're 9000 languages in the world, I choose to speak facts. Awful frozen paella. Cola cuts with water. No price on drinks, not on the carte. Always read the reviews.

The waiter didn’t come to take an order from us. Instead he went eat his own dinner. They don’t care about their clients. Don’t go there.

Just been here, horrendous! DO NOT GO! Coke Zero was flat and cost over €5. Waiter slamming cutlery on our table, had to go in and pay. It was obvious he didn’t want us there.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. This is a bad joke not a restaurant. They have a kids menu in which they have homemade chicken nuggets which in reality is a Bechamel sauce in a crust without any chicken inside. In the same menu they have spaghetti bolognese which are having a brown sauce and are spicy. For sure not something that a kid can eat. Paella is a bad joke, very dry and sticky. Because I started to ask the waiter what is that food they took it immediately from the table and came with the bill from which they took out the food for the kids. For sure not a place in which we will return.

Tuna salad = some old lettuce. Old tomatoes. Bit of tinned Tuna. Tapas = tinned mushrooms in brine. Calamari from the frozen food aisle. Croquettes from the same supermarket. Seafood paella (unlike the picture full of wonderful prawns and muscles) = rice containing 2 frozen prawns and 2 frozen calamari. In short. Avoid. Just turn around and walk on.

We stopped for a quick lunch before leaving for the airport, had I read the reviews I wouldn’t have stopped here. Steak was like shoe leather, kids nuggets not cooked and salad mainly lettuce and not much else.

I should have read the reviews before spending money here. Canned mushrooms. Frozen shrimp. Expensive beers that aren’t listed in the menu. Bad service. The people who work there act like they didn’t want to be there. The ambiance just felt off.

Had coffee there since it was the only place open on a Sunday. The coffee was utterly disgusting (Cappuccino with cinnamon on top...) and the "service" terrible. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!

The most expensive beer we had to pay for in Palma and in addition the service was unpleasant, we felt uncomfortable in this place. I do not recommend.

  • 1/5 Olivia W. 1 year ago on Google
Pizza was a ready made base that was extremely tough and not even able to cut with the knife. When asking about paella options when asked if they do just meat the answer we got was just "no" and then the waiter walked away. The big tapas was not as described as it was supposed to have Spanish omelette but came with something else instead which I am not sure what it was, something deep fat fried. The toilets which were right near the kitchen was clean however the door to the kitchen was open and you could see them just microwaving all of the food. Would not recommend going here even though the square it is in is lovely

I have never complained in my whole life about food as i can normally eat most things however the food from this place was the worst i’ve ever eaten Having not checked the reviews before hand we ordered a bolognese and a Tuna and tomato baguette what was served shocked us. The meals tasted as if they were bought in a supermarket and heated up which to be honest i wouldn’t have minded if it was cheap!! NO it was more expensive than most places we ate at during our holiday. A glass of coke zero was 4.90 ridiculous! Would never spend my money here again simply awful.

The food was fine. Not very good but still edible. We bought paella and water. Water is 3.50 euros. They don't tell you how much each drink costs so beware. Only outdoor seating. Food tasted very frozen, and the mussels in the paella didn't taste fresh. Also, there is no wifi here, but there is a hotspot nearby that tells you that this place is a scam. This place is highly overpriced and wasn't worth the price. Would not recommend.
