Have seen Tiana a few times now for a Brazilian and she has done a such wonderful job making me feel so comfortable during the session. She is knowledgeable and talks you through what she’s doing for your first time and if you’re a seasoned pro, her conversation skills keep your mind off the task at hand which is so appreciated! The rooms and entire salon always look super clean which gives peace of mind as well. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Waxing the City in La Vista and had an amazing experience with Alo. If you're in need of a waxing miracle, she's the one to see. The space it’s self is so cute and lots of yummy smelling and useful products !! I chose an ingrown hair oil and it worked great it’s been 3 weeks since my first wax with her. From the moment I entered the salon, Alo’s warm and friendly demeanor put me at ease. She made the waxing process delightful. The half leg wax was handled with skill and efficiency, leaving my legs smooth as ice. Alo worked wonders on my eyebrows, transforming them into perfectly sculpted arches. The underarm waxing turned into a comedy show, thanks to Alo's humor. She made the experience enjoyable while leaving my underarms silky smooth. And when it came to the Brazilian wax, Alo tackled the task with finesse. Her explanations and conversation made it surprisingly easy. Monica was incredible! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but Monica was so friendly and gentle. Waxing isn’t fun but she made it way more enjoyable with conversation and her tips. I really appreciate the time she took with me to make me feel the most comfortable.

This was my third visit in a row and prior to this appointment was very happy with my service. My cerologist was Monica. My appointment was at 9am. I was called at 9:03am and was told if I was more than 5 minutes late for my apt I wouldn’t be seen. I walked into the salon at 9:05am. They refused to see me. Apparently they must have so many clients back to back being a few minutes late will put them behind. Beware! I will never be going back. Never!
