    Mutuel provided by my employer. I'd rate this absolute shambles of an assurance company 0 stars if Google would allow it. Very hard to find a way to contact them outside of their website messaging form which can take weeks to get a response from. Frequently get fobbed off or stuck in a deferral of responsibility chain. Been waiting over 3 months now for a reimbursal of expensive dental work. Provide them with all the documentation they ask for and they still find reasons to ask for more. They were very quick to provide a quote, but trying to get them to pay the reimbursal is about as easy as drawing blood from a stone. Avoid them like the plague.

    Et encore je mets une étoile car il n'est pas possible de mettre 0 étoile. FUYEZ CETTE MUTUELLE, si votre employeur vous l'oblige, gardez votre mutuelle perso. Voilà plus de 2 mois et demi que j'ai souscrit, les prélÚvements ont bien été pris sur mon salaire mais toujours pas une trace de ma carte d'adhérent. Impossible de me faire rembourser mes soins alors que j'ai impérativement besoin de nouvelles lunettes. Lorsque qu'on les appelle ils ne sont jamais capables de répondre à nos questions... A FUIR.

    Forced to use this mutuelle due to my employment contract. They were great up until around 2018, ever since then they are very difficult to contact and trying to get a reimbursement for anything non-routine (i.e. hospital stays, complicated dental work etc.) is like trying to draw blood from a stone. It's 2021 and they still rely on email and snail-mail as the primary modes of communication. Get with the times. A complete scam.

I had dental work done in November and was never reimbursed even though I submitted all the correct documents because I have “portability rights”. I opened my account today and saw that Mercer no longer works with my old company and therefore need to contact my “complementary services” This is absolutely unacceptable and outrageous. Where is my reimbursement from November?! The guy wasn’t really helpful and it was long wait times on the phone.
