The most negligent place I've ever had to deal with. I have had to call back on more than several occasions to remind the provider to call in my meds. I've been left alone in a room for 2 hours waiting for blood work, when come to find out the lab tech wasn't there and they were about to close. Also I was a little annoyed when the N.A. couldn't even pronounce the meds I was supposed to be on. And their negligence just put me back in the hospital. BMS is the absolute worst experience ever!

I was seen by Dr. Linda Rainey on March 8, 2021 via a tele visit, I did not like her unprofessionalism. She really didn't do anything for me, She did not listen to anything that I was explaining to her, instead she talked over me. She asked me questions unrelated to what I had an appointment for. Dr. Rainey was rude and condescending. I will never return to BMS because of her actions.

Wildly mismanaged office. Multiple phone calls dropped, messages left and never returned, blood work 'lost', left without lifesaving blood pressure medicine for nearly month. Repeated requests made to Dr. Gibson for help with next to zero response. Disfunctional phone system that prohibits actually completing calls. Forced to walk-in to request med refill and referral, and am told by the very kind receptionist that essentially her hands were tied, and despite my multiple calls, attempting to make an appointment, it is MY fault that I had not gotten an appointment scheduled and therefore I was not elegible to have my referral processed of Rx refilled until I did. Borders on malpractice to accept patients with chronic illness and absolutely, completely ignore their medical needs and requests. Shameful lack of medical care.

My prescription was about to run out so I submitted a request through the pharmacy to contact my doctor for a refill. I had an appointment coming up but my pills would run out before that. Needless to say it was not approved by Dr. Carissa Gibson who I've seen a few times already last year. On top of that my appointment was canceled and when attempting to get another there wasn't any available for 3 months. At this point I decided to go with another doctor just to get my prescription and still had to wait another month to be seen. I'm searching for another facility because it doesn't seem like she cares too much about her patients. What's crazy is she makes you wait long periods of time before being seen and rushes once she's there. I had many concerns about my health and she basically brushed it off as if they weren't important. I'm over 40 and certain things needed to be discussed but Dr. Carissa Gibson is too busy to listen. I felt like I was mainly there so they could charge my insurance, the care or concern was subpar. Many years ago I went there to another Dr. Gibson, and HE was great which is who I thought I was getting when the representative told me Dr. Gibson was available, I was disappointed when it wasn't but decided to give it a chance which proved to be a huge mistake. Try anybody else because this new Dr. Gibson does not care.

(Please read this before going to this clinic!!!) March 28 2022 I was really sick and using the bathroom a lot so I made an appointment to see Dr. Linda Rainey. This woman literally almost killed me. I went into the office and they took a finger stick and saw that my blood sugar was 500+ indicating I am diabetic. She did blood work then gave me metformin and told me that I needed to walk around to get my blood sugar to go down. The next day (a Saturday) I got a call saying my a1c was really high and that I should keep taking the metformin. Two days later I was extremely weaker, falling asleep, my hands were turning black, and using the bathroom a lot. So I went to the emergency and they took my blood sugar and saw that it was 500+. They said that something was definitely wrong with me so they ran some blood test and found out I was in Diabetic ketoacidosis. The Doctor asked me if I knew that I was a diabetic and I told him that I had just found out that past Friday when I went to the doctor. He asked if my clinic did blood work and I said yes. He asked me what happened and I told him that they just gave me the metformin and told me to walk around. That man was in complete shock. He said that I would have went to sleep and never woke up again. I ended up in the CCU for 3-4 day and I needed 3 types of insulin, insulin pills, and an insulin drip. I know this was a lot to read but please use caution if you’re going to go to this clinic!!

My mom scheduled an appointment for us on the same day. I seen a nurse got a checkup and they told us my doctor canceled my appointment to write my prescription and couldn’t write a prescription for my medicine. The call center needs to be more organized.

Check in staffs were nice but has the worst waiting time in the USA. I recently had an appointment for my kid and we went 30 minutes prior to the appointment so we can do the paperwork. They took us in the room within 10 minutes and we waiting for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes in the room. NO ONE came to check on us and we just left. They do not respect our time. If they can't respect the appointment time than why make an appointment? BMS needs to change their system to first come first serve base and people would happily wait hours on this system.

Baltimore Medical System needs done SERIOUS reform. I called NUMEROUS times A DAY for THREE WEEKS to have a prescription resubmitted to my pharmacy. I was told messages were left for NP Chantal Tchoumba marked with high priority multiple times. I had my pharmacy submit a request. I asked to speak to supervisors and was declined on many occasions. I left messages with their grief department with no response. I had future appointments cancelled with no call or even callback to reschedule. I was only able to get in touch after I was offered to make an appointment with someone else since I was having so many issues. I was then informed that the NP I had been trying to reach the past 3 weeks and had already seen a week prior to that had a same day appointment. Let me make this clear. In order to get a message across that could have been done by the staff. I had to make an appointment. I didn’t need a refill. I needed a resubmission. No appointment was necessary. A carrier pigeon would have done a better job. Such an embarrassment to American healthcare. I was out of medication only to be told time and time again, “I’m sorry for all the trouble this caused you.” If you care about your health do NOT come here.

Their call center is the most inept facility I have ever dealt with in my entire 73 years. Just my latest experience, one of many: I’ve called four times in three weeks to get a prescription refill for diabetic supplies for my husband, even though his doctor was supposed to send in the refill when he had his virtual appointment last month and she didn’t do it. The first two times, I was told someone would call me within 48 hours. No one called, and there were no entries in the system for any of the previous calls. The 3rd time, I was told the request was in process. I waited two days and called back. The person didn’t even check the system; he supposedly transferred me to the complaint department. My call went directly to voicemail and no one returned my call. I decided to go directly to the clinic today. The person at the front desk said she didn’t see any entries in his file. She gave him a virtual appointment for tomorrow to request the refill he should have gotten at his last appointment. I am beyond disappointed and angry at the lack of customer service and the outright lies they tell at the call center. We will be changing our provider. I forgot to mention that I was on hold for at least 30 minutes each time I called.

The only reason I gave this disgusting place one star is because zero is not an option!!!!! I was literally tested then put out into the general waiting room where my results were handed to me and I was asked to leave. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The encounter ended with the nurse shouting out my pregnancy results through the glass in front of everyone. For the HIPAA violations alone this place should be shut down!!!!

I've been going to this clinic since I was infant I really wished my old pediatrician doctor was able to deal with me as an adult and she really cared and was passionate about her patients because this place has went down hill over the years I went in the office with a illness that they put me on antibiotics for which was supposed to be just a three day treatment I called the clinic two days in a row to get in touch with me because the antibiotics wasn't working no call back believe the negative reviews

Used to really enjoy coming here but now everything has changed. The woman at the desk was dismissive as I went to the wrong location by accident. She could have helped me by scheduling a new appointment.

This place is sorry they forgot I was in the building one time my appointment was at 10:45. I’ve never seen I stayed in that building until they were getting ready to close. I had to change and get out of there before they kill me.

I've been a patient at Erdman BMS for 15years and have had serval doctors which were great. I know the staff and nurses and have found them to be very professional as well as servicing the Belair Erdman health center with compassion . Dr. Erica Iles is by far The Best Doctor that I've ever had.

I would give 0 stars but that's not an option...I had an appt scheduled on a Saturday 3/12 to see dr. JAMES CARR Before my appt I received several calls stating he doesn't handle my issue (OBGYN) I explained to the reps. That I'm not coming to see him for that... I have other concerns. When I arrived his assistant came out to ask specifically what I needed to be seen for. I needed to have blood work done and discuss some things with the doctor. She then came out again and said you did blood work in 2020. So I said" im confused, is he refusing to see me" and she replied he's not going to see you today, no" not even for ordering blood work. I don't know what that was about. Maybe he wanted to get out the office on Saturday ( I was the only person there)and didn't want to do much work. Maybe he had a bad day... but im a patient and he refused to see me. I'll be switching my pcp having them run bloodwork to address my concerns and reporting this treatment to the proper outlets... I just want others to be aware of the treatment that you will receive at this facility and to look elsewhere for help.

Negative star! I normally don’t write reviews , but my appt today was trash & previous ones with this Dr wasn’t satisfying… I’ve been going here since a baby , i even have my child here now & this place has gone down hill tremendously … Dr.Isles is probably the only good Dr left at this facility … Dr.Cuishard Gibson is the worst , she doesn’t have a care for her patients , there’s always a long wait time to see her , than you left in the room for a 1+hr til she see you for 5 mins & tries to rush back out the door , instead of reading the chart first she asks why am i here .. i tried to give the benefit of the doubt b/c i know they lost a few doctors & figured she started taking on more patients but that’s no excuse, if you can’t handle the work load don’t pick it up !!! She don’t care about her patients at all! My mom just started going to her b/c Dr.Carr passed away & my mom hated her first visit . Currently looking for a better clinic & primary care doctor .

This facility is TRASH!!!! All the way around man! I NEVER get to see my doctor or my physiatrist via zoom calls that they set for the appointment! I can never get a decent time frame to get in person with them! Less than 4 months out I mean! My therapist was about the only thing worth going there for me. I can’t wait to get my healthcare elsewhere. This has to be some kind of joke.
