The Dr was great. He made my daughter very comfortable getting her first true eye exam. The nurse tech was amazing. Funny and laughing and still professional. Overall I'm glad we went here.

I have been going to Novus Clinic for 20 to 30 years , I have had 2 eye surgery's multiple glasses filled, plus contacts years ago . I had a eye exam on 7/18/23, it went fine , went to get my lenses while i was there the lady was nice. So i was told that i could get 2 sets of lenses for the price of one ( I have 2 pairs of glasses) So i even asked again if that was correct she said yes . I said I wanted to keep one to use while the other pair was getting new lenses , she said no problem , and I asked if i could just drop the other pair off the next week , it was no problem , so I thought. I had my wife drop them off , Then they said I only paid for one pair, and told her it would cost over $700 for another pair of lenses, she called me I told her they were already paid for , then she told my wife that they could do them for $350 , ( how did the price drop so fast ?) So I told her to forget it I take them myself . So I went before I talked to a lenses specialist I had the lady behind the counter pull up my receipt And asked her if the receipt reflected that I bought 2 pairs of lenses she didn't know so she got someone else to look at it, she told me I paid for 2 pairs of lenses. So i waited to get seen by the optical people after she went through a bunch of stuff and came back she said she would send them in . I thought it was taken care of , that was on Friday 8/25/23 , I got a call on 8/31 saying that to send the lenses it would cost me another $350 . So I went down there to find out what was going on on 8/31 , but I couldn't get no answers , so I went back on 9/1 to try to find out what happened , NOBODY KNOWS , BUT I CAN GET NEW LENSES FOR $350 . I am so disappointed with this company , I have aprox. 4 hours of time wrapped up in this mess , needless to say I will not spend one more penny at this business This is only the second review I have wrote I am not a internet person , but I feel very cheated by the way I was taken care of . The way they sell lenses when they told my wife over $700 , then changed while I was on the phone to around the $350 price range is very disturbing , they really tried to rip us off , I will never ever go back there again

All staff members were courtesy, knowledgeable and concerned. The entire staff were very professional! Dr. Cassell was very pleasant and explained my diagnosis in terms I could understand. After his diagnosis and explanation, I was less worried about my diagnosis! Thanks for making my visit comfortable and sharing your time with me.

I've been going there for quite a few years, and they've been ok, up until this last visit. Exam went fine except the fact I told them repeatedly I didn't want or need progressive lenses. When I ordered the glasses they came with the progressives. And now since I sent them back, they have broken my new frames twice. It's been almost a month with no new glasses. Sad because they used to be good. Definitely won't be back.

My 4th time coming here for a corneal ulcer. I made an appointment for 3:15 pm, left work early to make it to the appointment by 3:02 pm, I checked in and sat down. Other customers came in and were seen in a reasonable amount of time…I sat there until 4:00 pm and decided to ask when would I be seen to which I was told “someone has your chart so you should be called soon.” I waited until 4:15 pm…an hour from when my scheduled appointment was to reschedule for another day…only then when I went to reschedule was my name called. What is the point of making an appointment if I’m not going to be seen within a reasonable amount of time??? Waiting an entire hour and still not being seen is ridiculous.

Wonderful all in one place to get your eyes examined and then select a pair of glasses! They have a very knowledgeable team of doctors and friendly people to help you order your glasses. There is always a wide selection to choose from. I have been going for years now, and I do suggest Novus to all of my friends!

Dr. Pirman is knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very thoroughly. The staff was exceptional. First time ever going to Novus. So glad I chose this place for my eye- care needs!

I'll be upfront my husband was the one with the appointment but I was with him from the call to appointment. When they called they said they accepted his insurance that the appointment would be covered. Get to the appointment, all the way up to him being taken back to a room he then asked if in fact they accepted his insurance. The nice lady went and checked and when she came back she told him they do not accept his insurance and he would have to pay at the end. This to me is not ok. We will not recommend to anyone and we will not be returning.

Novus Clinic is just awesome! I couldn't have had better care during both my cataract operations. From the time you walk in until you leave everyone that works there does their jobs professionally, kindly and with a smile!

Dr Gratton is very thorough and personable. He has definitely helped me with my fears after a surgery near my optic nerve. Great doctor!

I really wish I could give 5 stars. Nice looking and clean. Decent staff. After that my wait times both visits and especially the unnecessary excruciating pain I had was absolutely terrible. I’m not sure how I got through it. Bottom line the second time I went hoping I’d be taken care of.Of the assistant put some numb in my eye, it wore off almost 1 1/2 hours later when the doctor arrived at the facility. He said there might be.A pinch but he knew immediately how much incredible pain I had, mentioned it to his assistant and kept going. I can’t suggest any such unfortunate experience to anyone. I may be ok but it was very unprofessional not to help me before continuing

Very Professional!! No Waiting. They were ready for me at my scheduled time. Dr. Gratton and his staff were very knowledgeable and thorough. They listened to my concerns, and it was a 2-way conversation. I'd highly recommend them.

I always have a pleasant experience at my Novus eye appointments. The staff is professional and always friendly. Dr. Pirman always gives me clear explanations of what's going on with my eyes. He also gives me time to ask any questions I may have. I would recommend Novus Clinic to anyone needing expert eye care!

Excessive wait times for a scheduled apt. 1hr 15min just for evaluation period and then 30 minutes before seeing the dr. This is a scheduled event! The purpose of an appointment is to be efficient. I’m offended that they do not respect my time, but I’m expected to respect the dr’s time. This is not the first time either. For my care period, which has been over a year, the wait times have all been over 45 min just to get to the evaluation period. Looking forward to finally being done with treatment. Not recommended due to lack of respect for my time. The care was necessary and effective just not timely.

This place is horrible they allow patients to be seen without papers or identification to cosmetic procedures. They are allowed to pay cash and leave without even a name sometime. The books are always off because they find placement for funds received for undocumented services. Patients love it here because many do not want to have recorded documentation of cosmetic surgery. Which is a very big health risk of saying the patients drive away with a blood clot from procedures. No one would know what procedures was performed or with what provider (Dr). The clinic is constantly busy and the surgery center grows every 5 years. You can probably get a full body augmentation, if you paid the right price since they allow provider (Dr’s) to transfer for cosmetic procedures as needed. They have multiple locations and continue to grow. The bookkeeping is always off and large amounts are placed on patient record that would not add up to the services in records that would have been received.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Johnson was very nice and professional. He was able to tell me about the condition of my pupils very quickly by simply looking at them under a microscope; which was the entire reason for my visit. I feel that the refraction and other parts of the exam were not necessary since I had just had an eye exam the week before and was referred to your office simply to check my pupils. I would have preferred to skip any part of the exam that my insurance will not cover such as the refraction. It would have been much simpler to just have Dr. Johnson check my pupils. After he checked them, he found that they were small but reactive. This would have. a quick visit with a great result!

The staff at the clinic were very kind and considerate. I got in quickly and there team got down to business. Very professional experience. I would definitely recommend Novus. They take care of there clients. Once again very professional. 👏 thanks team.😁

Dr. Stephens, Terri and his team have put me at ease with treatment recommendations and the care provided. Over the last year I have put my trust into his very capable hands. BUT as important as my eye care is to me, the respect and "chair-side" manor is amazing. Knowing as busy as he is he takes time to explain and cares for each patient with respect and kindness. I see Dr. Zachary Sherman at Novus. He is personable, caring, and thorough. He explains his findings in layman’s terms. Prior to leaving the exam room he takes the time to detail his recommended plan of action and allow time for questions. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard. Facility staff are all friendly as well.

The staff was wonderful. The nurses/assistants treated me with respect and were very friendly. The doctor was so nice. He explained everything about my eyes very well. I will recommend the clinic to everyone

This was an evaluation appointment to see if I require cataract surgery. My appointment started on time. I answered some preliminary questions and then the eye tests began. The eye tests took about an hour and were the most comprehensive eye tests that I have ever had. The Novus employees whom I dealt with were very professional yet friendly, thorough in there testing, and answered all questions that I asked.

I love Novus Clinic! All of the people who work there are very professional & at the same time, they are very kind, considerate, & caring. Dr. Todd Beyer is the best doctor I have ever had for my eyes! Not only for my yearly exams, but also did a great job doing my blepharoplasty. I am very happy with all of the care I have received at Novus! ❤

Dr. Sherman is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly throughout the procedure. The facility is top notch and everyone that I came in contact with, including ny intake nurse (sorry, I forgot your name) was pleasant and welcoming. It is refreshing to have great customer service in this day and age.

The doctors are well versed in the treatment of your eyes from a routine eye exam to all surgical procedures. The staff are extremely professional & friendly. They make sure all your needs are met from checking you in & out to taking exams before the doctor visit to helping you choose contacts or the perfect frame. The doctors are very nice and thorough and professional. The staff are mostly helpful and courteous. I have had an issue with the billing department but the Dr. Promptly took care of the matter when I brought it to his attention. The only other issue I’m not pleased with is the wait time. It is ridiculous and somewhat rude to keep patients waiting in a room full of people to the point that there are no seats available. If you’re going to make us wait for hours at least have seating and water available for purchase. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received.

Worth the wait! While most medical practitioners seem to be distant or impersonal, Dr. Donald Stephens takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions you might have. He and his staff are very professional yet personable and caring. He is one of the best ophthalmology specialist of the retina. I highly recommend him.
