Dr Cooper is the most caring, compassionate and Present doctor I've ever known in my 50 years of life. He really listens and doesn't rush his visits (which is why I don't mind the long wait times that others complain about). In short he really Cares. When a doctor will cry with You and Pray over you and your situation you know you've found a Rare and Real Doctor

Dr Cooper is 1 of the best I have ever had care under. I am 51 loys if Drs and he is the first to ever listen. Listens to you as a person and patient. He understand that you yourself know your body. He does not not rush in and out and prescribe you just anything. As for me he takes good care of me and goes above and beyond to find answers. Thank you Dr. Cooper! And the staff is Amazing to!! I have been using Dr.Kevin Cooper since the first part of April 2022 for a fractured rib from a work related injury. He is a great doctor that really cares about his patients and he seems to be a real good Christian person. I would highly recommend him for a doctor that you can trust and depend on.

Dr. Cooper is amazing! He is so patient with his patients and takes all the time the patient actually needs. He is a truly caring doctor, not one of those who rush them through every 15 minutes. You will definitely have a wait time which can be a pain, but it is so worth it when you realize that just means he’s going to listen and address all of your concerns as well. I absolutely love Dr. Cooper.!!!

This office is entirely incompetent, and if you bring those issues to Dr. Cooper himself, he tries to cover for his office for not doing what they’re supposed to do at the most basic level, and tries to shift blame by incorrectly mansplaining insurance issues to someone who works in medical insurance, and when that doesn’t work he turns red and yells that you’re not even his patient and he’s doing you a favor even being there instead of his nurse practitioner. They are never prepared for the patients who come in, even when the sole purpose of being there is to review scans they didn’t bother to check, and no one with any medical issues besides wanting opiates and gabapentin should go to this office. I’ve started a complaint with the board of medicine.

Good luck trying to get in and see him. I’ve called several times and it goes to vm , sometimes it’s full or if you do get to leave a message you won’t ever get a call back.

This place is an absolute joke. You have to go in person to the office to speak with someone. They don't follow up with you. Save your time and go somewhere else.
