Nie Wieder !!! Unprofessionelle, respektlose, unhöfliche und unverschämte Mitarbeitern .. Ganz Schlimmer Service und Atmosphäre. There's no way we would eat there anymore.. the service is terrible and the employees are unprofessional and disrespectful !! unless the owner fires all the staff and hire some professionals, IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALLL !!! this one star is even overrated for the service but i couldn't write my review without it.

I like the food there BUT the worst staff, I only hope that the boy with glasses today at approximately 5:00 pm has not insulted me in Arabic, pity service. If you didn't want to attend to me, tell your boss that, it's better than to server in a very hostile way.

Worst manners. If the palce is only for students be it so . Put a board or message that no families with kids are entertained or so. Never again to this restaurant. By the food is not tasty any way. You might get the quantity but its definetly not so tasty.

Falafel Haus : I would rename this place as Freshness . Yes everything good of this place is the freshness of food. Falafel is simple recipe but difficult to execute it and bring out the correct consistency. Falafel Haus does it so well !! . Everytime you order something , falafel balls are freshly hand rolled and freshly fried in oil served with fresh hummus along with freshly baked Arabian flat bread which will be put into the oven only after your order. This freshness along with a perfect falafel recipe makes falafel Haus a great place to have this Mediterranean delicacy. He will make you wait for it a bit long sometimes because irrespective of the crowd he will start frying only on order basis. They a really good dining space , apart from falafel there is halloumi pizzas and pastas and all standard alcohol frei beverages , along with ayran is also available Everytime. Very friendly people and delicious food ! I have been here 3 times and the quality by far is very consistent ! I would definitely recommend this place ! Happy falafel in Falafel Haus !
