When you're in Kuala Lumpur is hard to ignore these two towers, no matter where you go in this city, most likely you can see some parts of twin towers. Although they're modern structures but somehow I get the medieval impression from them. They have designed the surrounding area interesting enough that makes your trip worthwhile. In front of buildings is large green space with water fountains and beautiful view of close by towers. And behind the towers is gorgeous park with a lake which they have symphony lake water show (illuminated with music in the evening).

KLCC: the heart of Kuala Lumpur. At once an entertainment, commercial and business focal point, KLCC is home to some of the most popular landmarks in Malaysia, making it a popular tourist destination. With a host of options to choose from - dining, arts, culture, recreation, sightseeing, shopping and entertainment – you won’t be stuck for ideas on what to do around here. Described by its developers as ‘A City Within A City’, KLCC offers a myriad of interesting attractions that never cease to wonder, as well as plenty of nightlife, dining and shopping options. KLCC is readily accessible via public transport with many buses operating on various routes within the area and a few train stations nearby. KLCC is a must place for both local and tourists to shop, dine, attend conferences and events.

Dancing fountain start at 730pm and music dancing fountain start at 8pm. These malls has many brands to offers. The toilet has premium toilet and cost u 2 RM. But i think there is no premium at all -_- just regular toilet. We just got tissue. Which odd. The crowd on the weekend is super crazy. So hard to get grab here.

Definitely one of the great Malls. Anything you name it you can find it. The parking is a bit complicated and costly. The design of the mall is modern, clean and comfortable. Hopefully the maintenance continue to be good. The Petro Sains the top floor, is great. It's good for both kids and adults. Can easily spend half a day there. Can do shopping in the mall.

A shopping mall that is located just next to KLCC twin tower. Pretty much an attraction spot for locals and mostly for foreigners and tourists, hence it is very crowded almost at all times. The prices are on the highside as it is a premium mall, and a lot of stores and restaurants, such as Isetan, Kinokuniya, Lego etc. Can see the KLCC park from within the mall.

Suria KLCC is a gigantic shopping mall located at the foot of the Petronas Twin Towers. Even though there are more expensive shopping malls in Kuala Lumpur, but in terms of strategic location and the ambience of vibrant, buzzing liveliness, I found this shopping mall to be the most attractive one. One can go to the aquarium though an interconnected tunnel from it. It has good seating arrangements in its corridors for the tires tourists, customers and window shoppers. The environment is clean, bright and lovely. The air smells of savoury foods and perfumes. It's truly a lovely place that uplifts the spirit. Surya KLCC has one of the largest bookshop of Kuala Lumpur and stores almost all the reputed Western brands for luxury commodities. Its sleek, glittering and stylish.

always filled with crowds during school holidays or public holidays. the mall has less crowd (sometimes) after 830pm. the Christmas decorations is always over the top. this year they have a train station and actual size train in the center court. they have added some old school train stations in places around the mall. there is also a moving train (paid ) for kids to ride. the sops is great as you enter the mall temperature will be scanned in a camera. so no waiting for manual temperature scan. however, those who cant wear mask, have high temperatures, or close contact. please don't come to this mall. it's annoying to see you argue with the guards, the safety guards are just doing their jobs, stop pestering.

Opened in May 1998, the shopping mall was conceived as part of the Petronas Twin Towers project, having been constructed alongside the towers. The back of the mall is designed to offer views of KLCC Park and Lake Symphony, and open pool in between the parkland and the mall. The mall's floor plan is L-shaped, featuring its two wings exiting to Jalan Ampang and Jalan P. Ramlee, and converging at the central atrium, where direct assess to the lobby of the towers, the Petronas Filharmonik Hall and Lake Symphony are available. Suria KLCC is the largest retail property under the management of Suria KLCC Sdn. Bhd. Other properties under their management include: Alamanda Putrajaya, a regional shopping centre; Mesra Mall Terengganu, a sub regional shopping centre; and Anjung Putrajaya, a convenience centre.

Awesome shopping center. It’s got all the brands under the sun weather it’s shopping or food & beverage. It’s connected by a Pedestrian sky walk bridge leading directly to Pavilion Shopping center as well, which is Air Conditioned and approx a 15 mins walk. The shopping center has a nice fountain outside in the open area and a large garden next to it. And of course the amazing view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice branded mall right under the Petronas Tower. A nice classic mall in KLCC area. The mall itself not too huge and has a decent amount of stores. Most of the stores are branded and some affordable food options can be found in the food court area. Facilities are good. It is also easily accesible by public transport by the LRT. It has several lobbies and access to the front of the Petronas Tower square for photo spots, and better view of Petronas tower from the KLCC Park. The pool in KLCC Park infront of the mall also has watershow and it is lighted at night. New year celebration in the area also great and well-known. Overall good.

Lovely view from the mall's outside. In close proximity to the Petronas Twin Tower, the mall serves as the primary draw. Inside, there are a lot of eateries and stores. Since most visitors and locals come here to take a walk and enjoy the stunning view, it is frequently crowded, especially on the weekends. Even at night, it is rather bustling.

Lovely shopping mall with a park. Probably the most visited mall in town...for locals and tourists. No doubt it was planned and designed to perfection. You tend to spend the whole day shopping or window shopping. Great place to hangout for all ages.

The view of the petronas towers is just wow!! The garden at the bottom of the towers is a beautiful place to sit specially during the evening times. The musical fountain show starts at around 7pm and is there every hourly till 10 pm. The mall has a lot of brands available for all the shopaholics & the food court will serve you with almost all the cuisines from around the world. There are vegetarian food options available too. The best time to see the towers is during the evening times when the lights are on. There are photographers outside the towers who will charge you a bomb for the pictures so it’s better to carry a portable ring light to get good pictures with the tower.

Convenient. Accessible via lrt. This mall has most of the brands you need. Two groceries; Isetan and Cold storage. 1 cinema, bookstore, science center for kids, 2 food courts, connected to a park, philharmonic, convention center, aquaria etc. A must visit if you’re in KL as the twin towers is also a landmark and you can take pretty good pictures here. So usually during the weekends especially you can find throngs of tourists at this mall. Avoid peak hours if you prefer a quieter time. My pictures are of cny 2024.

This is the recent views/decoration for Suria for the holiday season. It is trully amazing and wonderful to see in the eyes. The huge Christmas tree is a show stopper. Apart from the decor which is photor worthy, this mall has a lot of things to offer. Lots of restaurant, fast food and stalls to choose from. There are also tons of retail store which you can visit. It is easy to go here as there is an LRT station attached to it (KJ Line) and a bus station nearby as well.

This park and the petronas tower are the must-visit place in Kl ❤️ the iconic building of this city. A lot of spots to check-in and very nice place for photos. However, don't come here at noon because of the strong sun 😅 I think 4 or 5pm to see the sunset would lovely You can go inside the mall to chill and go around for food and shopping ❤️ Suria KLCC looks absolutely beautiful outside 🌺

Came here to see the twin towers’ lights as well as the fountain show. Was really beautiful! It rained quite heavily so they did not have the fountain show at 7.30pm, 8.00pm or 8.30pm. They instead started at 9pm which was no biggie! Would recommend y’all stay for the 8pm, 9pm or 10pm because they are longer and with music as well. The food court upstairs is also really great! Had the katsu udon. Enjoy your time in KL! :)

Went to visit Suria KLCC where the Petronas twin towers were at. Nice place for families to hang out. The mall has plenty of signature brands for those who like shopping this sort of stuff. I personally like being able to stroll around and enjoy the majestic towers with my daughter. There is a nearby park for nature-lovers. Pretty safe to walk around and is definitely a great work out! The mall itself is a breeze to walk in with plenty of space for window shopping.

The shopping mall is impeccably clean and well-organized. The ambiance is inviting, and it boasts a wide variety of shops. The Japanese restaurant I dined at offers a delightful culinary experience. I ordered a steak and white rice, and the beef was wonderfully juicy with a delightful flavor. Additionally, there's an Isetan store, a renowned Japanese brand, known for its high-quality products, which matches the standards found in Japan. The mall also features a scientific amusement area and an aquarium, making it a perfect place to spend an entire day and enjoy a range of activities.

We craved for a coffee and snacks after whole days fun at Aquaria KLCC and KLCC park. Get a drink and chill. Can spend some outdoor time too, especially in the evening. Kids can run about.

One would question the authenticity of these growing reviews because this is nothing more than an ordinary shopping mall and it doesn't even have Wi-Fi for the customers in this day & age that's a joke. It's a multilevel mall with a variety of retail in a few high-end stores and quite difficult to find your way around because there is only one information Booth on the lowest level every other level it you just have to wander around to see what's there. There is quite a large food court and it's hard to find a table. As far as world-class shopping centres this fails and would only get 2 out of 5 stars at best.

As its reputation stands. This is a lovely place to visit for a tourist photography experience. Lovely fountain spots. Great building view. Be it your first time or the 10th time the feel of the place largely remains the same. Experiencing the towers from the garden in front or the fountain area is lovely. Was lucky enough to catch the River of Life show on my last visit here (videos attached), where the fountain water dances along with the music :). Pleasant experience.

Probably one of the busiest malls in Malaysia, but not really for locals as almost everything is targeted towards tourists. But its still a nice place to visit when in the area. Lots of food available and the food court is quite impressive. I come here once in a way, only to visit Kinokunia book shop. But somehow, I'll still make the time to wal around. The outdoor park is also worth a visit, and a great place to take photos of Suria and the Twin Towers.

Slowly activities are picking up at KLCC after MCO 3. Most shops are imposing a double vaxxed policy as a condition before entry. Marks & Spencers have a dual system in place - only those going to the clothing section must be double vaxxed. A lot of the pushcart vendors have closed shop since MCO so there are less of those operating now.

Suria KLCC is home to a variety of local and international eateries, including Secret Recipe, Texas Chicken, Madam Kwan's, ParaThai, McDonald's, Nando's, Serai, Subway, Dome, San Francisco Coffee, Empire Sushi, Chili's, Starbucks, and the list continues on. For diners wishing to eat out at Suria KLCC, that's a lot of options. Suria KLCC is a high-end mall, thus the prices of apparel, items, and food will be higher than in other Klang Valley malls. The mall's Jalan Ampang entrance serves as a key rapidKL and GoKL bus hub for public transportation. Suria KLCC also has an underground pedestrian walkway connecting it to the KJ10 underground KLCC LRT station, which is located at the mall's Ampang end on the concourse level. Those arriving by car need not fret because the subterranean parking lot offers 54,000 parking bays. Please notice that parking fees will be RM5.00 for the first 3 hours and RM4.00 for the next 3 hours and every hour after that; and if you leave after 12.00 AM, you will be charged an additional standard rate of RM12.00, and a RM100.00 fine if you lose your parking ticket. Suria KLCC also houses an aquarium (Aquaria KLCC), a food court, a cinema supermarket, and a science gallery in addition to F&B outlets and fashion stores. Outside of Suria KLCC, there's a recreation park called KLCC Park, which has a 10,000-square-foot man-made lake called Lake Symphony. From 8 PM to 9 PM, there will be colourful Light & Sound Water Fountain Showtimes at KLCC Park. The waterfall will flow in time with the music... it's incredible to watch those water fountains. In terms of security, don't be concerned if there's a chance for terrible situations to occur because Suria KLCC's security is rather tight, and most of the time, Police Officers and Security Guards are on the lookout and walking around to ensure everything is in order. Suria KLCC has covert security intelligent measurements installed inside and outside that are not visible to the public for security reasons. Suria KLCC is located at the foot of the Petronas Twin Towers, and many local and foreign VIPs come here for shopping or meetings, therefore security is strong. Suria KLCC, despite its modern architecture, has a few details that harken back to classic European malls, such as plenty of greeny, white geometric-patterned marble floors and uncovered glass panels that let in natural light. Suria KLCC is one of Malaysia's greatest malls, with pleasant guards, staff, and stores. Many expats of many nationalities may be seen shopping in this area. Anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur for the first time should pay a visit to Suria KLCC.

Now I see what the fuss is all about. This building is a piece of art like no other. Really is impressive to look at and see it in different lighting and at different angles. Then it has a huge shopping mall and restaurants inside. We did not manage to get tickets to go to the top. Best you book these ahead of your visit.

Gorgeous view from the outside, the view of the Twin Towers was beautiful. Great assortment of shops, was able to find a few hard-to-find items. Also appreciated the guide kiosks, since it’s a large mall. Washrooms were a bit meh, could be a bit cleaner.

If you don't like crowds, don't come here. Especially if you're driving, on a weekend. We came here on a Friday afternoon and it was really crowded. Traffic was horrendous. Mall was super crowded. It's a very touristy place. If you want to go up the petronas towers, do purchase tickets in advance as they get filled up for the week really quick so they were not open for purchase. Parking was very expensive. It was 9rm for such a short time.

MUCH THE SAME MERCHANDISE AS OTHER HIGH END MALLS. Mostly international chains stores and a decent food court. gets very crowded - especially the food court at lunch time! Not really a good place to go if you are a tourist looking to buy something typically Malaysian - but a nice escape from the heat and humidity!

Symphony fountain show is worth for your time. The department store itself sells luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, MCM, Chanel, Gucci, Fendi, Balenciaga, de Beers and etc. By the way, toilets here is not that clean, I recommend you to find toilet in the higher floor.

A shopping mall.... Under a very tall twin tower! What more can you ask?! For me personally, the main attractions inside the mall are TGV Cinema, Auntie Anne's, the restaurants on the 2nd floor, Kinokuniya and Petrosains. The banks are open in weekends. Just outside you can enjoy the Fountain & also KLCC Park. And just beside the park, you have the KL Convention Centre, which is where my photo was taken from. They have Aquaria underneath this Convention Centre. I hope I can go there one day, with someone I love.

The mall is back on full swing! So many people and almost every shop is on sale! Managed to buy a few items. The cleanliness is on point. I hear constant announcement about sanitisers at every location though I didn't quite notice it cos I didn't look for it. I have my own. I especially liked how the moment you enter Gardens, there's a body temperature scanner and you scan a QR code fill in details. That's all for the test of your stint in Gardens. At every shop scan their respective QR code. That's it. No need to re-fill details. Awesomeness! Smart way of doing it for sure.

The Gardens Mall is a magnanimous mall with every facility a mall should have along with clean bathrooms, money changers, and printing and office services. The mall has all kinds of stores ranging from grocery, make-up, clothing and electronic facilities etc.The shops are a pleasant assortment of top of the line brands such as Gucci, Dior and Prada along with moderately priced stores where good quality Malaysian clothes are available. The crowds are reasonably large depending on the time and the day of the visit. The mall is a component of the KL ECO CITY and truly lives up to its name. There are many wise-spread or long floors so it would be recommended that one wears their walking shoes to ensure a comfortable walking experience.

Probably the most famous shopping mall in all of Kuala Lumpur, Suria KLCC has everything any potential shopping fan would need. Clothing and fashion boutiques, toiletries, technology, gifts, florists, sports equipment, pharmacies, a huge range of restaurants, cafes and takeaway places, there's also plenty for the family to find here with lots of fun activities to keep the kids entertained too. It's also well served for parking and you'd be hard-pressed to visit and fail to find what you're looking to buy. A little busier at weekends, if crowds aren't your thing then I'd advise you to visit early (between 8:00a.m. - 10:00a.m.) as it can get pretty crowded, especially during KLCC's many sales events. You won't be disappointed by what Suria KLCC has to offer.

Had an experience with non-social distancing at Suria KLCC yesterday. Just found out that the shoppers / people who visit Suria KLCC do not practise social distancing - they walk very near to you (almost stick to you) where there are plenty of space as it's not crowded at all. And the "BEST" part, they squeeze into the lift even though there's already more than 4 people in the lift, they just squeeze in till the lift can't fit anyone anymore. Even after I had shouted there's already more than 4 people inside, they don't care and just come in till the lift is full. How how how disappointing to experience this at Suria KLCC.

It's a mall. If you're interested in mindless consumption to dull the pain of an empty, purposeless existence, it's one of the better options. But I suggest that you save that money for a later date and maybe donate a fraction to a wildlife conservation effort. It's your choice.

One of the best malls in KL.. Variety of shops and brands.. Food court have good variety. Usually there's sales during new year and Chinese new year.. Istean is multi level store and literally has everything. Perfume offers great there. Ray-Ban also has good offers during seasons. Bottom line is suria is a must visit and at least 4 hours to cover most of the mall. Don't miss the fountain in front of the twin towers at night.. There's also bakery in the ground floor near train station has very delicious products.

Great Mall. I love coming here on the weekdays, the work crowds are quick and have good etiquette, they keep to one side of the escalator, don't over crowd the walk ways and follow the lift rules (with covid limits). Best tip is to use the side elevators Instead of the middle areas. Parking is great! They accept Visa which just makes it so much easier to pay than TnG

Huge shopping malls with luxurious brands and international brands. Isetan is connecting to this shopping mall. You could spend some hours if you want to take a look of everything. There is a supermarket on the ground floor with a wide variety of groceries.

  • 4/5 Nik N. 2 years ago on Google
Spend the afternoon here with the family and it was quite relaxing out near the fountain and the park. The malls were very busy so just get what you need then head out there for some family activities and leisure time. A lot of space for walks, huge playground for the kids, do come prepared for the wading pool cause kids love it. You can spend whole day here if you consider outdoor and indoor like Petrosains or aquaria, a whole weekend if you conside nearby places like KL tower. What I find confusing here is getting in and out of the basement parking. Plenty of public transportation options though so that's great.

Suria KLCC is a gigantic shopping mall located at the foot of the Petronas Twin Towers. And behind the towers is gorgeous park with a lake which they have symphony lake water show

Very nice place to hang around and window shopping even if you do not plan to buy something. There are many places to shop branded products, cosmetics, clothing, books, etc. Abundance of choices of food and drinks. But be prepared to pay a premium on food as compared to the outside places. Enjoy the fountains and great view of Petronas towers outside the place. A must visit place of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I didn't expect to see a mall nearby petronas tower (literally at the bottom of petronas tower). Really saves time to go here while having a seminar in KLCC (got bored, quick getaway and returned to the seminar). Place is ok like any other malls. Not superbig but not small either.

Suria KLCC, located at the base of the iconic Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, is a premier shopping destination that seamlessly blends luxury and convenience. Boasting an extensive array of international and local brands, Suria KLCC caters to diverse tastes and preferences. The mall's architecture is a testament to modern elegance, with its spacious design and high ceilings creating a welcoming atmosphere. Visitors can explore a wide range of fashion boutiques, electronics stores, and specialty shops. The expansive selection of dining options, from gourmet restaurants to casual cafes, ensures that every culinary craving is satisfied. In addition to shopping and dining, Suria KLCC offers entertainment options, including a state-of-the-art cinema and an aquarium featuring an impressive marine life display. The Suria KLCC Park, adjacent to the mall, provides a serene escape with lush greenery and a wading pool. Service excellence is evident throughout the mall, with attentive staff and a clean, well-maintained environment. Accessibility is a highlight, with convenient transportation links and ample parking facilities. While Suria KLCC caters to a more upscale clientele, its inclusive range of offerings and family-friendly amenities make it a versatile destination. Whether you seek luxury goods, casual shopping, or a delightful day out with the family, Suria KLCC stands as a prominent symbol of retail sophistication in Kuala Lumpur.

There is something for everyone here. If shopping is what you want, Suria KLCC won’t disappoint. If shopping is not for you, what else can you do here? I’d suggest that you book your tickets via Klook to go up the Petronas Twin Towers. There are Malaysian & Non Malaysian rates along with Senior Rates for those above Age61. Atop Petronas Twin Towers, you get an aerial view of KL. You ride a Double Carriage Lift! What is it? The Lift is double tiered & at times when it stops the doors don’t open as it has stopped for other passengers in either the bottom or top carriage to alight. Included in tje tour is a walk along the bridges that join Towers 1 & 2 on level 41 & 42. Surprisingly when you look down onto street level, it doesn’t feel as if it’s that far down. Apparently, the glass is magnified. Not keen on shopping, a 10 min walk out takes you to Saloma Pedestrian Bridge. Watch a concert at the Petronas Phiharmonic Hall. For the kids, there’s Aquaria KLCC & Petrosains Science Centre. Suria KLCC Twin Towers is right in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Crazy as it sounds, I feel that viewing the Towers from different angles - from nearby buildings/hotels - completes the experience. Check out the many sky bars which give an incredible view of Suria KLCC & KL’s skyline. Grand Hyatt Sky Lobby on Level 40, as soon as you enter the lobby, Suria KLCC Twin Towers view explodes in front of you. There is no other way of describing it. The view is FOC but maybe you’d like to have an Afternoon Tea or a Drink there. Vertigo @ Banyan Tree KL, gives another view from a distance. I’d choose the timing just before sunset when I get to see KL City as well as a beautiful sunset. Depends on your Luck – rain or shine. Marini’s 57, directly beside with a close up view of the adjoining bridges. Traders Hotel Sky Bar by the Pool. Wet Deck @ W Hotel, KL with KLCC at your face. The list is endless. From Suria KLCC take the elevated walkway to Pavillion KL, Lot 10 etc. My favourite in this mall is Isetan.

KLCC is always crowded with patrons, both locals and foreigners. The mall is so huge. The night view is the best, especially outside the musical fountain.
